摘要:通過選擇贛北地區(qū)種植較廣泛的太空長椒606、西域椒王、農(nóng)望更新28、青花韻贛雜8號、青花韻贛雜5號、青花韻余干椒、青云16號、萍椒19號、農(nóng)望辛香2號、盛螺958F1、萍螺188、春椒19號共12個辣椒品種進行對比試驗,從農(nóng)藝性狀、豐產(chǎn)性、商品性及經(jīng)濟效益進行比較分析,以篩選適合贛北地區(qū)露地栽培的辣椒品種。結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)望更新28產(chǎn)量和收益均最高,經(jīng)濟效益最好,果肉較厚,果面皺少,口味辣;青花韻贛雜8號果肉厚,產(chǎn)量和收益較高;萍椒19號口味微辣,產(chǎn)量和收益較高,果面皺少;這3個品種具有較好的豐產(chǎn)性和明顯的經(jīng)濟效益,推薦在贛北地區(qū)適度規(guī)模種植。但萍螺188果大、味極辣,青花韻余干椒果小肉薄、味極辣,太空長椒606果長肉薄、味極辣,具有鮮明的特色,可作特種需求種植。

Abstract: By selecting Taikongchangjiao606, Xiyujiaowang, Nongwanggengxin 28, Qinghuayun Ganza 8, Qinghuayun Ganza 5, QinghuayunYuganjiao, Qingyun16, Pingjiao19, Nongwang XinXiang 2, Shengluo958F1 , Pingluo 188, Chunjiao 19, which are widely planted in the north of Jiangxi Province , and their 12 pepper varieties were compared and analyzed in terms of agronomic traits, high yield, commercial properties and economic benefits to select suitable pepper varieties cultivated in the open field in the northern Jiangxi. The results showed that Nongwanggengxin 28 had the highest yield and profit, the best economic benefits, thicker fruit flesh, less wrinkles on fruit surface and spicy taste; Qinghuayun Ganza 8 had thick flesh, higher yield and profit; Pingjiao 19 taste slightly spicy, higher yield and profis, less fruit surface wrinkle; these 3 varieties have good yield and obvious economic benefits, and it is recommended to plant them on a moderate scale in northern Jiangxi. However, Pingluo 188 had heavy fruit and extremely spicy taste; Qinghuayun Yuganjiao, small fruit, thin flesh, extremely spicy taste; Taikongchangjiao 606 had long fruit, thin flesh, extremely spicy taste, and has distinctive characteristics. It can be grown for special needs.

0? 引言
辣椒的維生素豐富,是四川、湖南和江西廣大民眾喜愛的蔬菜之一,是人們?nèi)粘I畹闹饕巢?,亦是制作調(diào)味品的主要材料,市場需求量大。辣椒的種植面積在全球位列蔬菜作物第3位,僅次于豆類及番茄類,而在我國辣椒種植面積位居春播蔬菜的首位,且種植地域廣,面積大,品種繁多[1]。因此,作者選擇贛北地區(qū)種植較廣泛的12個辣椒品種于2020年在江西省棉花研究所試驗基地進行對比試驗,從農(nóng)藝性狀、豐產(chǎn)性、商品性及經(jīng)濟效益方面進行綜合比較分析,以期篩選出市場前景好、經(jīng)濟效益較高的品種。助力于贛北地區(qū)菜藍(lán)子工程建設(shè)和鄉(xiāng)村振興、產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧。
1? 材料與方法
1.1? 試驗材料
供試的12個辣椒品種,分別是湖南省常德市湘豐種子服務(wù)部經(jīng)銷的太空長椒606、安徽蕭新種業(yè)有限公司的西域椒王、江西農(nóng)望高科技有限公司的農(nóng)望更新28和農(nóng)望辛香2號、江西新九鼎農(nóng)業(yè)高科技有限公司的青花韻贛雜8號和青花韻贛雜5號及青花韻余干椒、北京大一種苗有限公司的青云16號、江西省萍鄉(xiāng)市鄉(xiāng)豐種苗中心的萍椒19號和萍螺188、安徽禾盛種業(yè)有限公司的盛螺958F1、江西省宜春市春豐種子中心的春椒19號。
1.2? 試驗設(shè)計
試驗設(shè)在江西省棉花研究所試驗基地,該地土質(zhì)為沙壤土,土壤肥力中等,前茬為大白菜。12個品種隨機排列,每個品種種植一小區(qū),兩邊設(shè)保護小區(qū),不設(shè)重復(fù),小區(qū)面積18 m?。雙行高畦栽培,畦寬1.2 m,畦高20 cm,畦凈寬1 m,每畦栽2行,行距50 cm,株距44 cm,每個小區(qū)68 株,栽植密度為45000株/hm2 [2]。
