摘 要:為改善現(xiàn)有礦用防爆柴油機(jī)車(chē)的排放性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)性,以某型柴油機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有電控技術(shù)的分析,提出組合式電控單體泵系統(tǒng)為研究的技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。對(duì)其進(jìn)行電控防爆改裝,改裝后并對(duì)其進(jìn)行臺(tái)架標(biāo)定及性能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:改裝后的柴油機(jī)CO、NOX排放均有很大下降。該升級(jí)改造變動(dòng)小,能達(dá)到預(yù)期排放性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)性目標(biāo),適于在煤礦上推廣使用。

System Research and Development of Explosion-proof Diesel Engine Based
on Combined-type Electric Control Unit Pump

Abstract: In order to improve the emission performance and economy of existing explosion-proof diesel locomotive, a type of diesel engine is used as the research object, analysis of existing electronic control technology, this paper presents a series of integrated electronic control unit pump system for the research of the technical route. After the electric control explosion- proof modification, the calibration and performance testing of the platform are carried out, the test results show that the diesel engine CO、NOX emission have decreased greatly after the refit. The upgrade is small and can meet the expected emission performance and economic targets, it is suitable for use in coal mines.

引言
節(jié)能環(huán)保越來(lái)越受到重視,煤礦客戶(hù)對(duì)礦用防爆柴油機(jī)的排放性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性也提出了更高的要求,但目前在煤礦輔助運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域仍普遍存在著防爆柴油機(jī)“三高一低”的問(wèn)題。隨著柴油機(jī)電噴及后處理技術(shù)的發(fā)展,柴油機(jī)油耗和排放已有大幅度降低。但煤礦特殊的使用環(huán)境限制了電控技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,如何將電控技術(shù)應(yīng)用到煤礦輔助運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域,是急待研究的問(wèn)題。
現(xiàn)代電控噴油系統(tǒng)主要有電控泵噴嘴、電控單體泵和電控高壓共軌系統(tǒng)。電控高壓共軌系統(tǒng)是目前市場(chǎng)上主流的電控噴油系統(tǒng),具有噴油壓力高且恒定,低速性能好;響應(yīng)速度快,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多次噴射;靈活控制噴油量、噴油定時(shí)等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),性能優(yōu)于電控單體泵系統(tǒng)。但其對(duì)柴油品質(zhì)要求很高,這與煤礦使用環(huán)境差,燃油品質(zhì)參差不齊的現(xiàn)狀相矛盾,為此選擇組合式電控單體泵系統(tǒng)為研究的技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。
1 原型機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
基于組合式電控單體泵的防爆柴油機(jī)是在機(jī)械泵式柴油機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)之上升級(jí)改造而來(lái),現(xiàn)以某型柴油機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,其原型機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)見(jiàn)表1。
2 主要部件防爆技術(shù)方案
依據(jù)MT990-2006《礦用防爆柴油機(jī)通用技術(shù)條件》中所提的要求,以下幾項(xiàng)需做改進(jìn):
(1)進(jìn)、排氣系統(tǒng)需增加符合防爆要求的柵欄阻止柴油機(jī)內(nèi)部火星引爆瓦斯;
(2)在緊急情況下,通過(guò)增加進(jìn)氣關(guān)斷閥、停止噴油的策略,以停止發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī);
(3)讓柴油機(jī)尾氣經(jīng)過(guò)廢氣處理箱,對(duì)其降溫及凈化,使排氣溫度低于70℃;
(4)排氣歧管、增壓器外殼等采取水套結(jié)構(gòu),利用循環(huán)水對(duì)其冷卻,使表溫低于150℃;
(5)增加自動(dòng)保護(hù)功能,在表溫、排溫、機(jī)油壓力、冷卻水溫等超限時(shí)報(bào)警并自動(dòng)停機(jī);
(6)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)防爆改造以滿(mǎn)足MT990-2006的規(guī)定。
根據(jù)GB3836爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電器設(shè)備通用要求對(duì)電控系統(tǒng)防爆處理,對(duì)電控系統(tǒng)中ECU、電磁閥、傳感器、顯示器等進(jìn)行防爆處理。
