2021年高考文體寫(xiě)作系列2：申請(qǐng)信

素養(yǎng)解讀

申請(qǐng)信主要用于就某一崗位、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、求學(xué)、簽證等問(wèn)題提出申請(qǐng)要求。申請(qǐng)信是高考中常考的交際性應(yīng)用文體之一。寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)信時(shí)應(yīng)注意三個(gè)問(wèn)題：第一，語(yǔ)氣要誠(chéng)摯友好，千萬(wàn)不要表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)求的意思;第二，對(duì)于申請(qǐng)的內(nèi)容和原因一定要寫(xiě)得非常清楚;第三，盡管不能表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)求的意思，但是期望得到的心情一定要得體地表達(dá)出來(lái)。寫(xiě)信時(shí)既不要過(guò)分奉承對(duì)方，也不要自吹自擂。如不要說(shuō)I always studied

well， and all my teachers loved me，而應(yīng)用自己的相關(guān)履歷、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)單和獲獎(jiǎng)情況等“硬件”來(lái)說(shuō)明。

申請(qǐng)信一般分為四個(gè)部分，對(duì)應(yīng)的流程如下：

（一）常用句式

第一部分：說(shuō)明寫(xiě)信目的

1. 茲申請(qǐng)刊登在……上的……工作。

I am writing to apply for the post of...advertised in...

2. 見(jiàn)……上刊登的貴公司廣告，我謹(jǐn)申請(qǐng)應(yīng)聘貴公司的……職務(wù)。

In reply to your advertisement in...， I beg to apply for the post of...in your company.

3. 一看到貴公司在報(bào)上招聘……的廣告，我就感到這正是我這段時(shí)間所要尋找的工作，并且我能勝任。

Immediately I saw your advertisement in the paper for...I felt it was just the kind of post for which I have the qualifications and which I have been looking for for some time.

4. 我想申請(qǐng)加入貴校學(xué)習(xí)。

I would like to apply for admission to your college.

5. 我想在貴?！道^續(xù)深造。

I would like to further my studies in...department of your university.

第二部分：介紹詳情

1. 我的專(zhuān)業(yè)是……，我了解貴校在上述領(lǐng)域有極好的項(xiàng)目。

My major is...， and I understand your university has a good program in this field.

2. ?……年，我出生于……，畢業(yè)于……大學(xué)……專(zhuān)業(yè)。畢業(yè)后一直在……工作，因此積累了該領(lǐng)域豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Born in...in...， I graduated from...University majoring in... I have been working in...since my graduation， and I have therefore attained rich experience in this field.

3. 畢業(yè)后，我先擔(dān)任……，隨后擔(dān)任……，現(xiàn)任職于……

Upon graduation， I first worked as... The following job was...and currently I am working for/in...

4. 我現(xiàn)在就讀于北京第二外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)，即將畢業(yè)。

I am now studying at Beijing International Studies University and will soon be graduated as an English major.

第三部分：說(shuō)明申請(qǐng)?jiān)撀毼换驅(qū)W校的原因

1. 我對(duì)貴公司目前做的工作特別感興趣。

The kind of work in which your company is engaged particularly interests me.

2. 我認(rèn)為我具備了報(bào)上刊登的貴公司……一職所要求的必要條件和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

I feel I have the necessary qualifications and experience needed for the position of...advertised in the newspaper.

3. 受我所學(xué)課程的影響，我對(duì)餐飲和酒店管理產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。

Under the influence of the courses I have taken， I have developed a special interest in Restaurant and Hotel Management.

第四部分：懇請(qǐng)招聘單位或所申請(qǐng)的學(xué)?？紤]自己的申請(qǐng)，并表示謝意，期望回復(fù)

1. 如能盡快回復(fù)，我將不勝感激。

Your early response will be much apprec?iated.

2. 希望貴校能給我寄來(lái)空白申請(qǐng)表。

I hope you will kindly send me an applica tion form.

3. 如能收到所需的申請(qǐng)表和有關(guān)入學(xué)的指南，我將十分感激。

I would greatly appreciate receiving copies of the required application forms and any instructions you may be so kind as to give me regarding my possible admission.

4. 希望您能同意我面試，屆時(shí)我可以更詳細(xì)地說(shuō)明我的技能。

I hope I may be granted an interview， when I can explain my qualifications more fully.

5. 我很樂(lè)意在您方便時(shí)接受面試，屆時(shí)我將進(jìn)一步介紹自己。

I should be pleased to attend an interview at your convenience， when I could give you further details concerning myself.

（二）寫(xiě)作佳句

篇首句：介紹自己，簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明信息來(lái)源，并提出申請(qǐng)

1. 我是李華，來(lái)自高二（1）班。

Im Li Hua， from Class One， Senior Two.

2. 我在報(bào)紙上看到你們公司在招聘一名秘書(shū)。

I have read in the newspaper that a secretary is wanted in your company.

3. 我在網(wǎng)上看到你們發(fā)布“體驗(yàn)生活”的消息，我對(duì)此很感興趣。

I read the announcement of the Experience Life that you have posted on the Internet and I am interested in it.

4. 我很高興在報(bào)紙上看到你們招聘英文家庭教師/助教的廣告。

5. 我寫(xiě)信是想申請(qǐng)加入你們學(xué)校的夏令營(yíng)。

I am writing to apply for the summer camp in your school.

I am writing to tell you that Im suitable for the job you are advertising.

7. 我寫(xiě)信是想詢(xún)問(wèn)（我得到）這份工作的可能性。

篇中句：突出自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具體說(shuō)明勝任理由

1. 我認(rèn)為對(duì)于這個(gè)職位我是有資格的。

I think Im qualified for the position.

2. 首先，我有很好的寫(xiě)作和交流技巧。

In the first place， I have strong writing and communication skills.

3. 而且，我非常熟悉西方文化。

寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)

2019年全國(guó)乙卷的書(shū)面表達(dá)要求考生寫(xiě)一封申請(qǐng)信，仍然屬于書(shū)信應(yīng)用文。試題要求考生給倫敦一家將舉辦中國(guó)畫(huà)展覽的美術(shù)館寫(xiě)信，申請(qǐng)當(dāng)一名志愿者。本篇書(shū)面表達(dá)體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的傳播與中外文化交流。同時(shí)，考題還融入了美育知識(shí)，引導(dǎo)考生關(guān)注和提高審美情趣。在備考時(shí)，考生要集中看一些與日常生活和傳統(tǒng)文化有關(guān)的話題，如文學(xué)與藝術(shù)、風(fēng)土人情、社交禮儀、飲食、體育運(yùn)動(dòng)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)等，按照話題復(fù)習(xí)，效果會(huì)更佳。

寫(xiě)作時(shí)，考生要從寫(xiě)信目的、個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)和能做的事情這三個(gè)方面展開(kāi)。考生在寫(xiě)作時(shí)要做到層次分明，應(yīng)著重掌握個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)的常用表達(dá)，如Im good at、I have the ability to、Im experienced in等。從語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格來(lái)講，短文應(yīng)該是正式文體，應(yīng)運(yùn)用得體的語(yǔ)氣和禮貌用語(yǔ)或結(jié)構(gòu)等。
