中學體育田徑教學的安全問題研究

摘 ?要：為了全面提升青少年的身體素質，我國對中學體育教學高度重視，其中田徑教學作為中學體育教學的重要模塊，其安全問題是不可忽視的。本文對中學體育田徑教學的安全問題進行了分析，并立足于中學體育田徑教學現(xiàn)狀，從提升教師教學素質、健全安全保障機制、優(yōu)化田徑課程內容、明確安全教育標準等方面對中學體育田徑教學提出了相關安全實施對策，希望能夠有效改善中學體育田徑教學環(huán)境。

A Study on the Safety of Middle School Physical and Field Teaching

Abstract： In order to improve the physical quality of the young people in a comprehensive way， our country attaches great importance to the high school physical education teaching， in which the track and field teaching is an important module of the middle school physical education teaching， and the safety problem is not negligible. This paper analyzes the safety of the track and field teaching in middle school， and based on the present situation of the physical and field teaching in middle school， from the aspects of improving the teaching quality of the teachers， improving the safety guarantee mechanism， and optimizing the course content of the track and field. In order to improve the teaching environment of the middle school physical and field， the paper puts forward the relevant safety measures to the high school physical and field teaching in the aspects of the standard of safety education and so on.

中學體育田徑教學的安全問題已經(jīng)成為了中學體育教師需要重點關注的教育問題，教育部等五部門印發(fā)的《關于完善安全事故處理機制，維護學校教育教學秩序的意見》中，著重指明學校不得為防止發(fā)生安全事故而停止體育活動，基于此，在中學體育田徑教學中，全面保障學生的運動安全是至關重要的。

1 ?中學體育田徑教學的安全問題分析

中學體育田徑教學的合理開展能夠有效地滿足學生的運動需求和運動期望，促進學生健康成長，幫助學生建立優(yōu)良的體育核心素養(yǎng)，提升學生的身體素質水平。在長期的教學過程中，相關人員采用了實踐研究法對中學體育田徑教學中的安全問題進行了全面整合，以下對其進行分析。

（1）當前中學體育田徑教學中教師的教學素質具有著明顯的差異化特征，部分教師難以滿足中學體育田徑教學的安全要求，在教育教學過程中忽視了對學生進行安全教育，導致了中學體育田徑教學安全問題頻發(fā)。

（2）中學體育田徑教學的復雜性較高，學生在參與田徑運動的過程中，面臨著多種多樣的安全風險，由于缺乏健全的安全保障機制，導致學生的安全未能被全面保證，因此也增加了安全事故的出現(xiàn)概率。

（3）當前部分中學體育田徑教學在田徑課程內容的設置上產生了明顯的不合理現(xiàn)象，不能充分貼近學生的心理素質和身體素質，進而造成了安全事故的發(fā)生。

（4）中學體育田徑教學的安全教育標準不明確，導致部分體育教師難以在教學過程中按照安全教學標準進行實際教學，教學的危險系數(shù)較高，不利于中學體育田徑教學的持續(xù)開展。
