【摘要】 目的:探討3D打印技術(shù)在四肢近關(guān)節(jié)骨折中的治療效果。方法:選擇2016年1月-2018年6月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的61例四肢近關(guān)節(jié)骨折患者作為研究對(duì)象,分為研究組(31例)與對(duì)照組(30例),對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)手術(shù)治療,研究組采用3D打印技術(shù)輔助手術(shù),比較兩組療效、臨床相關(guān)指標(biāo)、愈合時(shí)間及關(guān)節(jié)功能。結(jié)果:研究組手術(shù)時(shí)間(58.61±16.33)min、愈合時(shí)間(9.62±2.13)個(gè)月,均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);研究組出血量(101.66±23.57)ml,少于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);研究組術(shù)后HSS評(píng)分(98.88±1.17)分、臨床優(yōu)良率96.77%,均高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:3D打印技術(shù)在四肢近關(guān)節(jié)骨折中的治療效果顯著,有利于減少出血量,縮短手術(shù)及愈合時(shí)間,提升臨床療效。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of 3D printing technology on the proximal joint fractures of the extremities. Method: From January 2016 to June 2018, 61 patients with proximal joint fractures in our limbs were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with conventional surgery. The study group used 3D printing technology to assist the surgery. And compared the effects, clinical indicators, healing time and joint function between the two groups. Result: The operation time (58.61±16.33) min and healing time (9.62±2.13) months in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The blood loss in the study group was (101.66±23.57) ml, less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The HSS score after operation was (98.88±1.17) points and clinical efficacy was 96.77% of the study group, which were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: 3D printing technology has a significant effect on the treatment of proximal joint fractures of the extremities, which is conducive to reducing the amount of bleeding, shortening the operation and healing time, and improving the clinical efficacy.

四肢骨折為臨床中較為常見和高發(fā)的骨折類型,遠(yuǎn)關(guān)節(jié)端骨折的手術(shù)治療較為容易,可實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的恢復(fù)效果,而近關(guān)節(jié)端骨折與關(guān)節(jié)挨近,若想有效保存關(guān)節(jié)、避免出現(xiàn)創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎需于治療后進(jìn)行解剖復(fù)位[1]。3D打印技術(shù)屬于新型的制作加工技術(shù),可起輔助作用,近年來發(fā)展愈發(fā)成熟,被廣泛應(yīng)用于各大領(lǐng)域中[2-3]。本文旨在探討3D打印技術(shù)在四肢近關(guān)節(jié)骨折中的治療效果及對(duì)關(guān)節(jié)功能的影響,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
以筆者所在醫(yī)院2016年1月-2018年6月收治的61例四肢近關(guān)節(jié)骨折患者為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為研究組(31例)與對(duì)照組(30例)。研究組男20例,女11例;年齡12~60歲,平均(34.27±10.89)歲;15例車禍傷,7例重物砸傷,4例高空墜落傷,5例不明原因。對(duì)照組男18例,女12例;年齡16~65歲,平均(37.68±10.35)歲;16例車禍傷,5例重物砸傷,6例高空墜落傷,3例不明原因。兩組基線資料比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),有可比性。研究符合醫(yī)學(xué)倫理會(huì)批準(zhǔn),患者簽署知情同意書。
