隨著工作時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，設(shè)計(jì)師們的生活受到困擾，創(chuàng)造一個(gè)不僅在美學(xué)上合理、功能上符合工作性質(zhì)、而且還能提升創(chuàng)造氛圍、培養(yǎng)充滿魅力的工作區(qū)的空間是很重要的。這座有著50年歷史的建筑，是這個(gè)倉(cāng)庫(kù)社區(qū)中最古老的建筑，其充滿優(yōu)雅時(shí)代榮譽(yù)感的木柱和屋頂桁架捕獲了它作為菲亞特汽車組裝廠歷史的每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。設(shè)計(jì)中，選擇保留這一特點(diǎn)，與新金屬和鋼一起形成鮮明的對(duì)比，確保棱角分明的同時(shí)保持一種原始的魅力。

With extended working hours plaguing the lives of designers, it is important to create a space that is not only aesthetically sound and functional to the nature of work, but one that also promotes a creative atmosphere and fosters an inviting workspace. The 50-year-old structure, oldest in this warehouse community, boasts the elegant time honor timber columns and roof trusses that capture every detail of its history as a Fiat car assembling factory. The design choice to preserve this feature together with the contrasting new metal and steelwork ensures a clean-cut yet raw charm.

自然光和人工光的結(jié)合使用為有效的工作環(huán)境和輕松氛圍創(chuàng)造了平衡。側(cè)面天窗保證了全天自然光照充足且不會(huì)吸熱，資料室的正面天窗能提供足夠的光源進(jìn)行材料審核。

The combined use of natural and artificial light creates a balance of an effective working environment and a relaxed atmosphere. Side-skylight ensures natural light throughout the day without drawing heat, and direct-skylight in the materials room allows for proper material review.

作為一個(gè)（后稱為）中心，倉(cāng)庫(kù)也有社交區(qū)域，如多功能大廳、閱讀室、會(huì)議室、健身房、音樂室和娛樂室。因此，翻新的倉(cāng)庫(kù)作為一個(gè)真正的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)中心，滿足了創(chuàng)意機(jī)構(gòu)的功能區(qū)、健康區(qū)以及酒精飲料區(qū)和環(huán)境。

Functioning (and was later called) as a hub, the warehouses also feature social areas like multipurpose hall, reading, meeting, fitness, music and recreation rooms. The renovated warehouses,thus, function as a true modern design hub that satisfies function, wellness as well as stimulant space and ambient for creative agencies.
