建筑構(gòu)思

Architectural Concept

去醫(yī)院對(duì)每個(gè)人來說往往都是恐怖的經(jīng)歷。疾病本身就是沉重的，而病人還總是要面對(duì)緊張而不友好的氣氛；對(duì)醫(yī)院里復(fù)雜路線的懷疑；看到手推車上其他病人的一些令人不安的形象等等。新Ratchaphruek醫(yī)院的設(shè)計(jì)意圖是通過以下目標(biāo)“將恐怖的醫(yī)院變成人們熟悉的家”（從醫(yī)院變成家庭醫(yī)院）：

Going to the hospital is often a horrible experience for everyone. Only sickness alone is heavy, but patients always face with the intense and unfriendly atmosphere; suspicion from a complicated route in the hospital;and some disturbing image of other patients on the trolleys; etc. The design of the new Ratchaphruek Hospital is intended to "Changing the horrible hospital into a Home that people are familiar with" (from Hospital to Homepital) through the following goals:

1.利用以下因素，創(chuàng)造有利于心理治愈的環(huán)境，“即使身體生病，但心理健康”：

1. Creating an environment that is conducive to psychological healing, "even if the body is sick but the heart is not sick" by using the following factors:

1）自然療法（綠化區(qū)、水（溢流池）、自然風(fēng)）包括：·在項(xiàng)目的中心，即門診區(qū)和接待區(qū)（二樓），創(chuàng)造一處大型綠化區(qū)域，通過建設(shè)帶有綠地和樹木的大庭院，以及在停車場(chǎng)增加更多的樹木來實(shí)現(xiàn)?！ぴ谖鍢堑奈蓓敾▓@區(qū)域創(chuàng)建一處大型綠化區(qū)域，作為住院病人感知和使用的區(qū)域?！ぴ诿總€(gè)樓層設(shè)置通風(fēng)口（由內(nèi)而外），使患者在任何走廊和庭院都能感受到?jīng)鲲L(fēng)?！ぱ馗鳂菍硬贾靡缣梁途G化區(qū)（四樓是員工樹庭院，十三樓是辦公室旁談話區(qū)花園，二樓是員工休息區(qū)、陽臺(tái)及花園）

1) Natural therapy (Green area, Water (overflow pond), Natural wind) including: · Creating a large green area at the heart of the project where is the outpatient zone and the reception zone (second floor) through the construction of a large court with green area and trees and adding more trees at the parking lot. ·Creating a large green area on the fifth floor at the ROOF GARDEN area, which will be the area for the inpatient to perceive and use. · Arranging air vents (in-out) at every floor level in order to make users always experience cold wind when they are at any corridors and courts. · Arranging overflowing ponds and green areas spreading along various floors (The staff tree-courtyard at the fourth floor, garden of conversation area beside the office on the thirteenth floor, balcony, and garden at the Staff rest area on the second floor)

2）友愛治療——為每個(gè)人（包括工作人員、項(xiàng)目官員和經(jīng)常與許多親戚一起前來的病人）準(zhǔn)備跨建筑的互動(dòng)空間（社區(qū)空間）。

2) Friendship therapy - Preparing areas for interaction space (Community space) separate across the building for everyone, including staffs, the project officials, and patients who often come along with many relatives.

3）建筑療法——利用建筑元素，通過以下因素進(jìn)行治療，例如與人類規(guī)模相關(guān)的建筑比例，使用當(dāng)?shù)厝耸煜さ牟牧?、圖案和比例，避免疏離感，創(chuàng)造一種讓患者“在家中般輕松自在”的溫暖氛圍：·二樓的迎賓區(qū)是項(xiàng)目的中心，用于迎接項(xiàng)目用戶。那是一座有屋頂、木柱、低檐的庭院，四周設(shè)有木質(zhì)陽臺(tái)。中間有一個(gè)花園，其中栽滿樹木。此外，當(dāng)進(jìn)入這個(gè)區(qū)域時(shí)，用戶會(huì)意識(shí)到這個(gè)建筑像自己的家一樣只有兩層?！ぜ词惯@是一個(gè)高大的建筑（共14層），但它與同等高度建筑的質(zhì)量不相稱，其比例從屋頂?shù)降孛嬷饾u下降，同時(shí)在建筑表面種植綠色植被，如常春藤墻壁/樹木，以減少建筑物的硬度?！げ捎媚举|(zhì)材料和Chaleo圖案墻面，在建筑設(shè)計(jì)上保持溫暖的氛圍。木材是當(dāng)?shù)鼐用袼煜さ牟牧?，而Chaleo圖案（源自古代智慧的圖案）也傳達(dá)出建筑繁榮的含義。

3) Architecture therapy - using architectural elements to heal through the following factors such as proportions of the building that related to the human scale, using materials, patterns, and proportions that the local people are familiar with to prevent alienation and to create a warm atmosphere that they would"feel at home": · Welcome court area on the second floor is the heart of the project for welcoming project’s users. It is a court with a roof, wooden column, low eaves, and surrounded by wooden balconies. There are a garden and trees in the middle. Also, when entering this area, users will recognize that the building has only two floors like home. · Even this is a large and tall (14-story) building but it has been disproportionate the masses of the building and descending its proportion from the rooftop to the ground level together with the inserting of the green areas on the building surface such as ivy walls/trees to reduce the hardness of building. · Using wooden materials and Chaleo pattern wall to keep a warm mood on the building design.Timber is the material that familiar with the local residents and the Chaleo pattern (the pattern from ancient wisdom) also convey the prosperous meaning to the building as well.

4）冥想療法——通過在醫(yī)院的各地點(diǎn)確定神圣區(qū)域，使用神圣物品和信仰作為心靈的寄托。在一樓布置梵天神龕和一個(gè)大庭院，在五樓為所有宗教（佛教、基督教、伊斯蘭教）提供宗教房間，這將使患者記住美好的事物，從而形成仁慈、放松和無壓的心境。

4) Contemplative therapy - using sacred items and beliefs as an anchor for the mind through the determination of sacred areas at various points in the hospital. This will make the patient's mind remember the good things and leading to a charitable, relaxed, and stress-free mind by arranging the Brahma shrine and a large courtyard in the first floor and providing religious rooms for all religions (Buddhist, Christian,Islamic) on the fifth floor.

2.打造功能齊全、易于管理的醫(yī)院

2. To be the functional and manageable hospital

1）規(guī)劃分區(qū)明確，既相互關(guān)聯(lián)又符合醫(yī)院特征的空間門診，如急診科必須靠近放射科等。2）提供清晰的循環(huán)，以便將病重患者（這會(huì)使一些普通患者感到不安）與普通患者分開，并將其他循環(huán)與主要循環(huán)分開。3）組織簡單的循環(huán)，便于記憶和識(shí)別，確保用戶不會(huì)迷路。采用庭院式結(jié)構(gòu)確定一般用戶的主要路線。

1) Clear zoning, related, and meet the space stand of the hospital such as the emergency department must be near the radiology department, etc. 2) Providing clear circulation in order to separate the critical patients (which are disturbing some general patients) from general patients and separating other circulations from the main circulations. 3) Organizing uncomplicated circulation and easy to remember and recognize in order to help users not getting lost. The courts are used to determine the main route for general users.

3.打造與環(huán)境背景同步的醫(yī)院

3. To be the hospital that synchronizes with its context and surrounding

1）因?yàn)闁|北部像大家庭一樣共同生活的文化，為用戶的親朋好友準(zhǔn)備空間。2）將當(dāng)?shù)厝说闹腔圻\(yùn)用到大型建筑中，打造屋頂式、東北太陽式山墻和木質(zhì)材料的現(xiàn)代建筑3）采用一種與古老信仰相關(guān)聯(lián)的圖案，如Chaleo圖案，它象征著繁榮，可以趕走厄運(yùn)。這種圖案被用到第三層和第十二層的建筑表面。

1) Preparing the space for relatives, friends of the users due to the Northeastern culture which living together as a large family. 2) Applying local wisdom to a large building becoming the contemporary building by using the roof style, Northeastern Sun Style Gable, and wooden materials 3) Using a pattern associated with ancient beliefs such as Chaleo pattern which is a prosperous pattern and can eliminate unfortunate things. This pattern is used as a building surface on the third and twelfth floors.
