摘要:目的? 研究肝功與血脂血清學(xué)指標(biāo)水平檢驗(yàn)在脂肪肝診斷中的應(yīng)用。方法? 選取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院治療的35例脂肪肝患者設(shè)為脂肪肝組,另選取同期在我院健康體檢者35例為對(duì)照組,比較兩組天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)。結(jié)果脂肪肝組AST(81.55 6.82)U/L、ALT(57.23±7.85)U/L水平高于對(duì)照組(41.17±6.19)U/L、(25.88±5.86)U/L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);脂肪肝組TC(6.86±1.31)mmol/L、TG(2.36±1.22)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.98 1.31)mmol/L水平高于對(duì)照組(4.22±1.08)mmol/L、(1.23±0.65)mmol/L、(3.98±1.31)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.06±0.78)mmol/L低于對(duì)照組(1.06±0.78)mmol/L,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論? 脂肪肝患者肝功與血脂血清學(xué)指標(biāo)水平與健康者存在差異,臨床可通過(guò)篩查肝功與血脂血清學(xué)指標(biāo)脂肪肝,為早期診治提供參考依據(jù)。

Application of Liver Function and Serum Lipid Levels in Diagnosis of Fatty Liver

Abstract:Objective? To study the application of liver function and serum lipid levels in the diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods? 35 patients with fatty liver treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the fatty liver group, and 35 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Aspartate aminotransfer Enzymes(AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).Results? The levels of AST (81.556.82) U / L and ALT (57.23±7.85) U/L in the fatty liver group were higher than those in the control group (41.17±6.19) U/L and (25.88±5.86) U/L,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the levels of TC (6.86±1.31) mmol/L, TG(2.36±1.22) mmol/L, and LDL-C (3.981.31) mmol/L were higher in the fatty liver group than in the control group(4.22±1.08) mmo /L, (1.23±0.65) mmol/L, (3.98±1.31) mmol/L, HDL-C(1.06±0.78) mmol/L is lower than the control group (1.06±0.78) mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion? The serum levels of liver function and lipids in patients with fatty liver are different from those in healthy subjects. Screening for liver function and serum lipids in patients with fatty liver can provide a reference for early diagnosis and treatment.
