探討運(yùn)用“PDCA”循環(huán)實(shí)施手術(shù)室護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理的方法和成效

[摘要] 目的 探究將PDCA管理法引入手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作后的效果。方法 在2017年9月將PDCA循環(huán)管理法引入手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作中，回顧性分析開(kāi)展PDCA循環(huán)管理法前2016年9月—2017年8月期間的手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量，與2017年9月—2018年8月期間開(kāi)展PDCA循環(huán)管理辦法的手術(shù)室護(hù)理質(zhì)量進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果 護(hù)理安全評(píng)分方面，實(shí)施PDCA管理后顯著高于實(shí)施前，實(shí)施前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;手術(shù)室護(hù)士管理綜合評(píng)分方面，實(shí)施PDCA管理后顯著高于實(shí)施前，實(shí)施前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;患者生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分方面，實(shí)施PDCA管理后顯著高于實(shí)施前，實(shí)施前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 將PDCA管理法應(yīng)用于手術(shù)室管理工作中，可綜合提升手術(shù)室醫(yī)療水平，值得大規(guī)模推行。

Exploring the Method and Effect of Using the "PDCA" Cycle to Implement the Quality Management of Operating Room Nursing

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of introducing PDCA management method into operating room nursing work. Methods In September 2017， the PDCA cycle management method was introduced into the operating room nursing work， and the quality of the operating room nursing work from September 2016 to August 2017 before the PDCA cycle management method was retrospectively analyzed. The quality of operating room care during the PDCA cycle management approach was compared from September 2017 to August 2018. Results In terms of nursing safety scores， PDCA management was significantly higher than before implementation， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. In the operating room nurse management comprehensive score， PDCA management was significantly higher than before implementation. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The patient's quality of life score was significantly higher than that before the implementation of PDCA management， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Applying the PDCA management method to the operation room management work can comprehensively improve the medical level of the operating room， which is worthy of large-scale implementation.

隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展而日益成熟，最新的科學(xué)技術(shù)被廣泛應(yīng)用于手術(shù)室中。手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作牽涉面較廣，手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的安全系數(shù)與患者的生命健康密切相關(guān)[1]。使用PDCA循環(huán)管理法后，在手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量提升方面取得了良好的成效。該文主要研究PDCA戴明循環(huán)管理法應(yīng)用于手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理工作中的管理成效，對(duì)比實(shí)施前后手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作質(zhì)量，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

選擇開(kāi)展PDCA循環(huán)管理法前（2016年9月—2017年8月期間）的收治的需進(jìn)行手術(shù)的患者170例患者和與開(kāi)展PDCA循環(huán)管理辦法后（2017年9月—2018年8月期間）需進(jìn)行手術(shù)的170例患者，參與護(hù)理工作的人員相同，共有45名。實(shí)施PDCA管理前后的患者與護(hù)理人員共同作為研究對(duì)象。實(shí)施PDCA管理前患者男女比例為91：79，年齡為21～69歲，平均年齡為（42.7±6.2）歲;實(shí)施PDCA管理后患者男女比例為91：79，年齡為22～67歲，平均年齡為（41.5±6.4）歲。護(hù)理人員45名中男女比例為17：28，年齡為（21～52）歲，平均年齡為（32.7±6.8）歲。實(shí)施管理前后患者和護(hù)理人員基線資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），可進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。所有患者均在意識(shí)清醒狀態(tài)下同意參與研究，該次研究已取得科室項(xiàng)目申報(bào)資格，所有研究流程均符合科室研究規(guī)定。
