銀杏酮酯滴丸口服的皮膚美白效果觀察

[摘要]目的：探討銀杏酮酯在皮膚美白應(yīng)用中的效果。方法：選取2017年1月-2018年2月筆者醫(yī)院皮膚科招募的志愿者50例，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法，將其分為觀察組（n=26）和對照組（n=24），其中對照組僅給予面部清潔保濕及熏蒸;觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予銀杏酮酯，口服銀杏酮酯滴丸5粒/次，3次/d，連續(xù)用3個月，在熏蒸上加入銀杏酮酯滴丸5粒。觀察兩組美白效果、皮膚干燥改善情況等。結(jié)果：觀察組美白效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05），總有效率達(dá)到84.62%;觀察組干預(yù)后皮膚干燥評分為（1.10±0.23）分，明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）;觀察組干預(yù)后皮膚pH值和黑色素值分別為（4.52±0.31）和（32.54±9.54），明顯低于對照組（P<0.05），而皮膚含水量為（39.54±8.11）%，明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）;兩組治療期間未發(fā)現(xiàn)有丘疹、劇烈瘙癢等不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：銀杏酮酯滴丸口服有較好皮膚美白效果，值得推廣使用。

Abstract： Objective? To investigate effect of Ginkgo ketone ester on skin whitening. Methods? 50 volunteers recruited from the Department of Dermatology in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n =26） and control group （n= 24） by random number table method， the observation group was given Ginkgo biloba ketone ester on the basis of the control group， Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills were taken orally 5 tablets/time， 3 times/day for 3 months， and 5 tablets were added to the fumigated Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills. while the control group was only given facial cleansing and moisturizing fumigating， and the whitening effect and the improvement of skin dryness and so on were observed. Results? The whitening effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P<0.05）， and the total effective rate was 84.62%; The dry skin score of the observation group was 1.10±0.23， which was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）; The skin pH value and melanin value of the observation group after intervention were 4.52±0.31 and 32.54±9.54， which were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）， and the skin moisture content was （39.54±8.11）%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. No adverse reactions such as papules and severe itching and so on were found in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion? Ginkgo ketone ester has good effect in skin whitening and is worthy of promotion.

皮膚美白一直是皮膚科面臨的熱點(diǎn)話題，目前臨床上應(yīng)用的皮膚美白用品較多，主要是通過補(bǔ)充膠原蛋白達(dá)到美白保濕并減輕色素沉著的效果，目的是延緩皮膚老化的作用[1]。銀杏是傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學(xué)中最為常見的中藥材，可以發(fā)揮斂肺平喘、活血化瘀的作用，現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)證實銀杏能夠調(diào)節(jié)人體血脂代謝，具有降低膽固醇和甘油三酯的作用，在心腦血管疾病中廣泛應(yīng)用[2]。本文旨在觀察銀杏酮酯在皮膚美白中的應(yīng)用效果，以期為臨床提供指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1? 資料和方法

1.1 一般資料：選取2017年1月-2018年2月筆者醫(yī)院皮膚科招募的50例志愿者。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：①對膚色不滿意，非皮膚病引起的面部偏黑、皮膚干燥及脫屑者;②入組前3個月未使用過皮膚美白產(chǎn)品;③女性，年齡18～40歲;④知情同意并簽署同意書。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：①有銀屑病、單純皰疹等皮膚病;②有化妝品過敏史;③妊娠或哺乳期女性;④有系統(tǒng)性疾病。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法，將志愿者隨機(jī)分為觀察組（n=26）和對照組（n=24），兩組年齡、體重指數(shù)等比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。見表1。
