病案信息管理技術在醫(yī)院等級評審中的作用分析

摘要：目的? 探討醫(yī)院等級評審中病案信息管理技術的應用價值。方法? 選取2017年6月～2018年5月我院病案信息2000份為研究對象，通過分析病案信息管理中存在的問題，并利用病案信息管理技術對問題進行有效的解決，同時對病案信息管理技術應用前后我院的病案信息記錄合格率進行分析和比較。結果? 在應用病案信息管理技術后，我院病案信息記錄合格率為100.00%，高于應用前的96.90%，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論? 在醫(yī)院等級評審工作中積極運用病案信息管理技術，可顯著提高病案信息記錄的合格率，改善病案數據的整體質量，值得應用。

Abstract：Objective? To explore the application value of medical record information management technology in hospital grade review. Methods? From June 2017 to May 2018， 2000 medical records of our hospital were selected as research objects. The problems in the management of medical record information were analyzed， and the problem information management technology was used to solve the problem effectively. At the same time， the medical record information management technology was applied. Before and after the application， the medical record information pass rate of our hospital was analyzed and compared. Results? After applying the medical record information management technology， the pass rate of medical record information in our hospital was 100.00%， which was higher than 96.90% before application，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? The active use of medical record information management technology in hospital grade review can significantly improve the pass rate of medical record information and improve the overall quality of medical record data， which is worthy of application.

現(xiàn)階段，病案信息管理技術在我國臨床上有著一定的應用，能夠為醫(yī)院等級的評審提供較大的幫助[1]。相關資料顯示，病案信息管理技術的合理運用不僅有助于確保病案信息的真實性和有效性，同時還能顯著提高醫(yī)院病案信息管理的效果[2]。病案信息管理技術的應用，還能通過對互聯(lián)網等現(xiàn)代化技術進行使用的方式，實現(xiàn)信息資料間的共享，以進一步提高資料信息的透明化和公開性，從而有助于改善資料信息收集的質量[3]，與此同時，還能對工作人員行為進行嚴格的規(guī)范，以有效提升病案信息記錄的合格率，讓病案信息能夠充分發(fā)揮出其自身的價值[4]。本文將針對我院病案信息管理工作中存在的問題，經綜合分析后，運用病案信息管理技術進行干預，取得了較為理想的成效，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料? 選取2017年6月～12月廣西醫(yī)科大學附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院未應用病案信息管理技術期間的病案信息1000份以及2018年1月～5月該院應用病案信息管理技術期間的病案信息1000份，回顧性分析其醫(yī)院等級評審的情況，同時對相關資料進行統(tǒng)計分析，并得出最終的結果。

1.2方法? 對我院2017年6月～12月病案管理工作的實行情況進行綜合分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，我院病案信息管理工作中存在有比較多的問題，如：缺乏相關技術，專業(yè)技術不完善，以及檔案收集不主動等。對于上述問題，經分析后找到原因，并提出相應的解決對策，合理應用病案信息管理技術，以期提高本院病案信息管理的質量，為后期醫(yī)院等級評審奠定堅實的基礎。
