穴位敷貼聯(lián)合銀甲丸、抗生素口服治療濕熱瘀結(jié)型慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果

[摘要]目的 探討中藥穴位敷貼配合銀甲丸、抗生素口服治療濕熱瘀結(jié)型慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年1月～2018年2月在本院婦科門診就診的80例濕熱瘀結(jié)型慢性盆腔炎患者，按簡單隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組各40例。對照組僅予銀甲丸、抗生素口服治療，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上配合中藥穴位敷貼治療。觀察兩組治療后的視覺模擬評分（VAS）、中醫(yī)癥候積分、總有效率、復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 觀察組治療1、2周的VAS評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05），兩組治療4周的VAS評分比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。治療后，觀察組的中醫(yī)癥候積分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，觀察組的總有效率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組治療后6個月的復(fù)發(fā)率低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 中藥穴位敷貼聯(lián)合治療濕熱瘀結(jié)型慢性盆腔炎的臨床效果顯著，可迅速緩解疼痛，降低復(fù)發(fā)率。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with oral Yinjia Pills and antibiotics treating chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type. Methods From January 2016 to February 2018， 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type treated in gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected. They were divided into the observation group and control group according to simple random number table method， 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with oral Yinjia Pills and antibiotics， while the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Visual analogue score （VAS）， TCM symptom score， total effective rate and recurrence rate were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 and 2 weeks of treatment （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups at 4 weeks of treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 6 months treatment （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stagnation type is remarkable， which can quickly relieve pain and reduce the recurrence rate.

慢性盆腔炎即盆腔炎后遺癥（sequelae of pelvic inflammation disease，SPID），系盆腔因上生殖道感染從而引發(fā)的慢性炎癥性疾病，為婦科常見病。有研究顯示，15～50歲女性的發(fā)病率為4%～20%[1]，SPID的特點是常治久病，遷延不愈，因此嚴重影響了婦女的身心健康，目前尚無確切有效的治療方法，藥物治療主要包括抗生素、糖皮質(zhì)激素、生物制劑糜蛋水解酶類等，但均具有一定的局限性[2]，故臨床以綜合治療為主。近年來，我科以中藥穴位貼敷配合抗生素、中藥內(nèi)服治療SPID，取得較好的效果，現(xiàn)報道如下。
