在開放中拔節(jié)生長

從地圖上看，重慶位于中國西部、長江上游。

地處內陸，不靠海、不沿邊的重慶，如何全面落實習近平總書記的重要指示精神，努力在推進新時代西部大開發(fā)中發(fā)揮支撐作用、在推進共建“一帶一路”中發(fā)揮帶動作用、在推進長江經(jīng)濟帶綠色發(fā)展中發(fā)揮示范作用？

答案之一，一定是開放。

但開放所指，不盡是地理位置，而是開放的決心；不是一句口號，而是舉措，是行動。終極目的，是成效。

從中歐班列（重慶）到西部陸海新通道，從“渝滿俄”班列到渝甬班列、長江黃金水道，重慶馬不停蹄，打開通向世界的新通道；從兩江新區(qū)到重慶自貿試驗區(qū)，改革開放的“試驗田”奮力生長，重慶對外開放的大門越開越大……

開放的足音如此響亮，我們看到，越來越多的“洋面孔”來到山城，越來越多的貨物在重慶中轉，越來越多的國際級展會在這里舉辦。

應開放而興，重慶正以更加開放的廣闊胸懷與積極行動，在建設內陸開放高地中不斷拔節(jié)生長。

As a city located in the inland and away from the sea and the border, how can Chongqing fully implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and strive to play a supporting role in advancing the development of the western region in the new era, a leading role in jointly building the "Belt and Road" Initiative, and an exemplary role in advancing the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt?

One of the answers must be opening up.

However, opening up refers not only to geographical location but also to the determination to open up; it is not a slogan, but a measure and an action. The ultimate goal of opening up is to achieve effectiveness.

From the CHINA RAILWAY Express (Chongqing) to the New Land-Sea Corridor in the west, from the "Chongqing-Manchuria-Russia" RAILWAY Express to the Chongqing-Ningbo RAILWAY Express and the Golden Waterway of the Yangtze River, Chongqing has been on the move to open new routes to the world. From Liangjiang New Area to Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone, the "experimental area" of reform and opening up is struggling to grow, and Chongqing is opening its door even wider to the outside world...

Chongqing has developed greatly during the opening up, and we can see that more and more "faces of expats" appear in this mountain city, more and more goods are transited in Chongqing, and more and more international exhibitions are held here.

By adhering to the opening up strategy, Chongqing is boosting its construction of the inland open highlands and embracing a rapid growth with an open mind and positive actions.
