精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式在體檢中心中的應(yīng)用效果

[摘要]目的 分析精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式在體檢中心的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2016年4月～2017年4月我市體檢中心的54名體檢者作為參照組，采取傳統(tǒng)常規(guī)管理模式，選取2017年5月～2018年5月我市體檢中心的54名體檢者作為研討組，采用精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式，比較兩組體檢人員的服務(wù)滿意度、對(duì)健康知識(shí)掌握程度與生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果 兩組體檢者在我市體檢中心體檢結(jié)束后，研討組體檢者的服務(wù)總滿意度明顯高于參照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;研討組體檢者對(duì)健康知識(shí)的總知曉率高于參照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;研討組體檢者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯高于參照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 通過對(duì)體檢中心采取精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式，改善了體檢者的護(hù)理滿意度，應(yīng)用效果理想，在今后的體檢管理工作中值得進(jìn)一步推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of fine physical examination management mode in physical examination center. Methods A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group， which received traditional conventional management mode. A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the seminar group， which received fine physical examination management mode. The service satisfaction， mastery of health knowledge and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the physical examination of the two groups， the total satisfaction of the medical examinees in the seminar group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the seminar group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The scores in the seminar group were higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The nursing satisfaction of physical examination patients is improved by adopting the fine management mode of physical examination in physical examination center. The application effect is ideal. It is worth further popularizing in the future physical examination management.

近年來，隨著中國(guó)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步與人民生活水平的不斷提高，各類疾病的發(fā)生率均有不同程度的提高，體檢作為預(yù)防疾病的一個(gè)必要手段，愈加被健康生活人士所青睞[1-2]。意識(shí)的提高，隨之而來的需求也日益增加，目前各大體檢中心日常接診的人數(shù)不斷攀升，管理更應(yīng)強(qiáng)化[3]。因此在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的健康體檢行業(yè)中，如何堅(jiān)守“以人為本，以客戶為尊，以質(zhì)量為重”的服務(wù)理念，為顧客提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、精準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)特別重要[4]。精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式注重各個(gè)細(xì)微環(huán)節(jié)，規(guī)范體檢流程，提升體檢服務(wù)水平[5-6]。本研究主要圍繞精細(xì)化健康體檢管理模式在體檢中心的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行深入探討，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料

選取我市體檢中心的108名體檢者作為研究對(duì)象，其中2016年4月～2017年4月的54名體檢者作為參照組，2017年5月～2018年5月的54名體檢者作為研討組。參照組中，女25名，男29名;年齡40～72歲，平均（52.57±3.28）歲。研討組中，女28名，男26名;年齡41～73歲，平均（52.39±3.76）歲。兩組體檢者的一般資料比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。所有體檢者均自愿參與本研究，并簽署知情同意書，排除妊娠、哺乳期、重要臟器功能不全、患有精神障礙等人員。本研究已經(jīng)相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。
