Xi Jinping and Mao Zedong put political loyalty of the armed forces in a prominent position in the thought of building military in different historical periods.Mao Zedong gradually established the thought of political loyalty of the armed forces through the adaptation of Sanwan and Gutian Conference.Since the 18thCPC national congress, Xi Jinping has profoundly recognized the international and internal problems during the current army building.In order to better achieve the goal of strengthening the army, Xi Jinping’s political loyalty of the armed forces thought has been gradually formed.Xi Jinping has upheld and deepened the party’s absolute leadership over the armed forces and constantly promoted the political work of the military in the new era.It is the firm inheritance and creative development on Mao Zedong’s political loyalty of the armed forces.At present, national defense and army building are ushering in a new era, and an in-depth analysis of Xi Jinping’s continuation and innovation on Mao Zedong’s political loyalty of the armed forces thought is theoretically and practically valuable to build a powerful military in the new era.

Research on the Legal Protection of Overseas Chinese Investment Rights and Interests Under the "Belt and Road" Initiative

Overseas Chinese are the main participants, promoters and practitioners of the “Belt and Road”Initiative, playing an important “bridge and link” role, and a key force role as well.But the geopolitical risks are complex and changeable, the protection problems of overseas Chinese investment rights and interests are becoming increasingly prominent, which needs to take certain measures to coordinate and resolve in time.At present,the domestic legislation of protecting overseas Chinese investment rights and interests lags behind,which reflects in the lack of national legislation and subject's application scope of overseas investment laws and regulations.Overseas Chinese investment rights and interests cannot share the same legal protection as domestic citizens and juridical person.Moreover, according toChina’s attendance in the bilateral investment treaties and regional freet rade agreements,it was not able to commonly adopt a more relaxed criterion for identifying qualified investors,and the protection rules in existing international investment agreements cannot be applied to overseas Chinese investment activities in many cases.Therefore,we can explore the construction and improvement of the legal protection system for overseas Chinese investment rights and interests from both domestic and international levels in the future.Specifically, it includes the enactment of the law on the protection of overseas Chinese rights and interests at the national level, the adjustment of subject's application scope of domestic overseas investment laws and regulations, and the revision of the"qualified investors" clause in investment agreements through consultation with other contracting parties,and then gradually establish a diversified international investment dispute resolution mechanism in China,so as to better protect overseas Chinese investment activities in the “Belt and Road” Initiative through the legal way.

Thailand is one of the ASEAN members.Its foreign direct investment (FDI) in the ASEAN countries accounts for a large proportion of its total foreign direct investment.After the Asian financial crisis in 1997,Thai’s economy was greatly affected.Accordingly, Thai’s foreign investment fell sharply, and direct investment in ASEAN was also affected.It has only gradually recovered in recent years.For Thailand's direct investment in ASEAN after the crisis, there are few relevant domestic studies.Therefore, this paper aims to analyze Thai’s foreign direct investment in ASEAN countries after the 1997 financialcrisis, and learn from the experience and lessons so as to provide a reference for China's foreign direct investment.

On English-Chinese Translation of Children’s Literature from the Perspective of Reception Aesthetics: a Comparative Study of Two Chinese Versions of Charlotte’s Web

The major readers of the translation of children’s literature(CL) were children.Compared with adults,they had different reading levels, receptive abilities and aesthetic requirements.The theory of Reception Aesthetics emphasized the role of readers and held that the literary work could achieve its aesthetic value and social function only when the reader understood and accepted it.The basic views of Reception Aesthetic had great inspiration for the study of CL translation.Based on the theory of Reception Aesthetics, the thesis made a comparative analysis on two Chinese versions ofCharlotte’s Webin order to demonstrate that because translators of different versions had shown their consideration for child readers to some different extents and adopted different translation strategies as well.That was why children accepted and liked those versions with different degrees.Only the translation which was reader-oriented and which realized the communication with the original text as well as the communication between the translated text and the child readers could produce aversion adored by children.

Second, who will promote the development of rule of law, thatis, the relationship between the party, the people, and the rule of law?
