CPAPD Vice President Yu Hongjun Meets with the East Asia Foundation Delegation of the ROK
On the afternoon of November 7, 2018, Yu Hongjun, Vice President of the CPAPD met with the East Asia Foundation Delegation of the Republic of Korea. Both sides exchanged views on issues of common interests.
CPAPD Delegation Visits Japan and the Philippines
A CPAPD delegation headed by Secretary General An Yuejun visited Japan and the Philippines from November 25 to December 1, 2018.
In Japan, the delegation had discussions with Hiroshima Peace Culture Foundation, Japan NPO World, Japan Congress against A-and-H Bombs, Japan Council against A-an-H Bombs, Japanese Peace Committee, Japanese Association for Inheriting and Developing Murayama Statement, Nakasone Peace Institute and Toda Peace Institute
During the visit in the Philippines, the delegation met with former Senator Ferdinand Marcos, Acting Mayor and Administrator of Tagaytay City respectively, and had discussions with Philippine National Defense College, Philippine Council for Foreign Relations, Philippine Institute for Peace, Violence and Terrorism Research, Philippine Integrated Development Studies Institute, Asian Institute of Management, and Philippine Political and Electoral Reform Institute.
Secretary General An Yuejun Meets with Presidium Member of the Korean National Peace Committee
On December 4, 2018, CPAPD Secretary General An Yuejun met with O Ryong Il, Presidium Member of the Korean National Peace Committee of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Both sides exchanged views on cooperation between two organizations and other issues of common interest.
