力帆在俄羅斯舉行十周年慶典 首款7座SUV邁威在俄上市

俄羅斯時(shí)間9月5日晚，“力帆俄羅斯十周年慶典”在莫斯科舉行。慶典上還舉行了力帆首款7座SUV邁威的上市活動(dòng)。俄羅斯政府、中國(guó)駐俄貿(mào)促會(huì)的相關(guān)人士及力帆公司相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人參加了活動(dòng)。俄羅斯各大銀行、Google、yandex、Uber等合作伙伴，以及近150名來(lái)自俄羅斯各地的經(jīng)銷商前來(lái)祝賀。

渝企“牽手”新加坡大華銀行進(jìn)軍東南亞市場(chǎng)

9月4日，重慶國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作（集團(tuán)）有限公司與大華銀行（中國(guó)）簽署合作備忘錄。根據(jù)備忘錄，大華銀行將進(jìn)一步利用自身在東南亞區(qū)域的網(wǎng)絡(luò)及合作伙伴資源，助力重慶國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作（集團(tuán)）有限公司在東南亞業(yè)務(wù)的拓展。大華銀行調(diào)研分析，在中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)下，更多重慶企業(yè)意欲通過(guò)新加坡進(jìn)入東南亞市場(chǎng)，但運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、現(xiàn)金流量等問(wèn)題成為制約其“走出去”的重要因素。

西南鋁船用鋁材獲日本船級(jí)社認(rèn)證

9月7日，西南鋁業(yè)集團(tuán)消息，西南鋁生產(chǎn)的鋁合金船用板材，已通過(guò)日本船級(jí)社認(rèn)證，取得進(jìn)入日本市場(chǎng)的資質(zhì)。至此，西南鋁已相繼獲得中國(guó)、美國(guó)、法國(guó)、英國(guó)、挪威和日本共6家國(guó)際級(jí)船級(jí)社認(rèn)證，是國(guó)內(nèi)獲得船級(jí)社認(rèn)證最多的鋁加工企業(yè)。在接受日本船級(jí)社的檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，西南鋁從源頭、工序等方面控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，包括在-196℃條件下，對(duì)船用鋁材產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行拉伸試驗(yàn)、撕裂試驗(yàn)等并獲得成功，由此一舉通過(guò)認(rèn)證。

為跨境電商“打假” 中日韓三方共建產(chǎn)品溯源平臺(tái)

9月7日，2017（第十屆）亞洲通訊營(yíng)銷產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大會(huì)在重慶舉行。為促進(jìn)跨境電商健康發(fā)展，預(yù)防部分商家以“海淘”的名義賣假貨，中日韓三方將共建產(chǎn)品溯源平臺(tái)，為跨境電商“打假”。亞洲通訊營(yíng)銷產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大會(huì)創(chuàng)辦于2008年，由中國(guó)電子商會(huì)、韓國(guó)在線購(gòu)物協(xié)會(huì)、日本通信販賣協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)合主辦。大會(huì)每年一屆，由三國(guó)輪流承辦。

中歐班列（重慶）首次運(yùn)輸大型成套設(shè)備

9月12日，重慶西部物流園消息，裝載價(jià)值70萬(wàn)美元大型成套機(jī)電設(shè)備的中歐班列（重慶）回程班列已抵達(dá)沙坪壩區(qū)團(tuán)結(jié)村。本次運(yùn)輸對(duì)中歐班列（重慶）而言有兩大突破：一是首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了大型成套設(shè)備通過(guò)國(guó)際鐵路運(yùn)輸，打破以往大型設(shè)備只采取海運(yùn)的常規(guī)，豐富了中歐班列（重慶）回程貨源，提高了貨源價(jià)值；二是首次通過(guò)開立信用證，實(shí)現(xiàn)了中歐班列（重慶）的國(guó)際貿(mào)易結(jié)算模式創(chuàng)新。

1—8月全市規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值同比增長(zhǎng)10.1%

9月18日，市統(tǒng)計(jì)局消息，今年1—8月，全市規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值同比增長(zhǎng)10.1%，固定資產(chǎn)投資、社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額等經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)保持兩位數(shù)增長(zhǎng)；房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)銷售平穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)，去庫(kù)存效果明顯。在“6+1”支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)中，汽車制造業(yè)增長(zhǎng)7.8%，電子制造業(yè)增長(zhǎng)26.6%，裝備制造業(yè)增長(zhǎng)11.4%，化工醫(yī)藥行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)12.7%，材料行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)6.9%，消費(fèi)品行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)9.7%，能源工業(yè)下降9.0%。

重慶海關(guān)首臺(tái)大型集裝箱檢查設(shè)備投用

9月19日，重慶海關(guān)消息，為減少通關(guān)時(shí)間、提升查驗(yàn)效率，重慶海關(guān)建設(shè)了重慶鐵路口岸“H986”項(xiàng)目（大型集裝箱檢查設(shè)備），并于近期順利通過(guò)海關(guān)總署驗(yàn)收。今后，重慶鐵路口岸適合非侵入式查驗(yàn)的貨物，將優(yōu)先通過(guò)該設(shè)備查驗(yàn)，沒有問(wèn)題的集裝箱可“即查即放”。這是重慶海關(guān)投用的第一臺(tái)大型集裝箱檢查設(shè)備，截至9月18日，該設(shè)備共掃描集裝箱車輛331車次、662個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱，電子車牌讀取和箱號(hào)識(shí)別成功率達(dá)100%。

重慶大學(xué)、西南大學(xué)入選教育部“雙一流”建設(shè)名單

9月20日，教育部、財(cái)政部、國(guó)家發(fā)改委印發(fā)《關(guān)于公布世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校及建設(shè)學(xué)科名單的通知》，公布世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科（簡(jiǎn)稱“雙一流”）建設(shè)名單。我市重慶大學(xué)入選世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)高校，西南大學(xué)生物學(xué)學(xué)科入選世界一流學(xué)科建設(shè)。此次公布的“雙一流”建設(shè)名單，為“雙一流”建設(shè)專家委員會(huì)綜合國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略、行業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展急需國(guó)際評(píng)價(jià)等因素，最終遴選認(rèn)定。

恩智浦中國(guó)汽車電子應(yīng)用開發(fā)中心落戶兩江新區(qū)

9月21日，恩智浦半導(dǎo)體公司與市經(jīng)信委、兩江新區(qū)簽約，恩智浦中國(guó)汽車電子應(yīng)用開發(fā)中心落戶兩江新區(qū)。恩智浦是全球汽車半導(dǎo)體的龍頭企業(yè)。該中心作為我市首個(gè)專注于汽車半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，將在傳統(tǒng)車身、新能源、無(wú)人駕駛和智能互聯(lián)四大應(yīng)用及九大技術(shù)領(lǐng)域建立基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)平臺(tái)，重點(diǎn)支持我市車企轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)需求。將為包括重慶在內(nèi)的中國(guó)整車廠和汽車零部件供應(yīng)商提供汽車電子產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用支持和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)咨詢服務(wù)，并積極參與中國(guó)汽車電子新技術(shù)預(yù)研和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定。

我市超高層建筑數(shù)量位居中國(guó)內(nèi)地第四

9月21日，“超高層建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際峰會(huì)?2017中國(guó)重慶”消息，我市已建成或封頂，高度在200米以上的超高層建筑共有41棟，數(shù)量位居中國(guó)內(nèi)地第四位，僅次于上海、廣州和深圳。其中，最高的建筑為環(huán)球金融中心，高度為339米。目前，我市在建的超高層建筑最高的是江北嘴國(guó)際金融中心，高度為470米。據(jù)了解，若算150米以上的超高層建筑，重慶共有110座，僅次于上海，位居中國(guó)內(nèi)地第二。

The First Seven-seat Crossover Myway Came into Russian when Lifan Group Celebrated its 10th Anniversary in Russia

Officers of the Russian government and China Trade Promotion Association and heads of Lifan Group attended the celebration held on September 5. Besides, business partners of the Group including Russian banks, Google,Yandex, Uber and almost 150 dealers sent their congratulation.

Since its access to the Russian market in 2007,Lifan Goup has built a national business network.With good products, brands, services, technology and finance, it provides a whole set of solutions to customers. Figures released by the European chamber AEBRUS show that as an independent auto brand, Lifan Group has topped Chinese auto producers in Russia for consecutive six years since 2011.

United Overseas Bank of Singapore Enters the Southeast Asian Market by Joining Hands with Chongqing Enterprises

Chongqing International Economic and Technical Cooperation (Group) Limited and United Overseas Bank (China) signed a memorandum of cooperation on September 4. Drawing on its commercial framework and business partners,the bank will take further steps to support Chongqing based company to expand business in Southeast Asia. Research and analysis by the United Overseas Bank show that an increasing number of Chongqing enterprises, which are driven by China-Singapore (Chongqing) strategic interconnection demonstration projects intended to enter the Southeast Asia market through Singapore. But operation costs and cash fl ow are main constraints on their going global.

Marine Aluminium Material of Southwest Aluminium(Group) Authenticated by Japanese Classi fi cation Society

According to the news released by Southwest Aluminium (Group)on September 7, aluminum alloy marine panels produced by Southwest Aluminium(Group) were authenticated by Japanese Classification Society to enter into Japanese market. Up to now, Southwest Aluminium (Group) has been certificated by six national Classi fi cation Society including that of China, US, France,UK, Norway and Japan, ranking first in aluminum fabrication enterprises certi fi cated by Classi fi cation Society in China. During the verification process, Southwest Aluminium (Group) ensured products quality from the beginning and during the process,including conducting tensile and tearing tests on marine aluminium material successfully at minus 196 Celsius, therefore got the certi fi cation instantaneously.

China, Japan and Korea Jointly Build a Platform for Tracing the Origin of Products for Cross-border E-commerce to Crack down on Counterfeit Goods

The (Tenth) Asia Communication Marketing Industrial Development Conference was held in Chongqing on September 7, 2017. China, Japan and Korea will make a joint effort to build a platform to trace the source of products and crack down on counterfeit goods for cross-border electronic commerce in order to promote the healthy development of cross-border electronic commerce and prevent some merchants selling fakes in the name of “overseas products”. Asia Communication Marketing Industrial Development Conference was launched in 2008, and co-sponsored by China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, Korea Online Shopping Association and Japan Communication and Traf fi cking Association. The conference is held annually by these three countries in turn.

Chongqing’ s Added Value of Large-scale Industrial Enterprises Increased by 10.1% Compared with Last Year from January to August This Year

From January to August this year, Chongqing’s added value of large-scale industrial enterprises increased by 10.1% compared with last year, and fi xed asset, total retail sales of consumer goods and other economic indicators maintained double-digit growth; real estate market sales grew steadily, inventory cutting of excess urban real estate was effective. In the “6+1” pillar industry, motor industry grew by 7.8%, electronic manufacturing industry by 26.6%,equipment manufacturing industry by 11.4%, chemical and pharmaceutical industry by 12.7%, material industry by 6.9%,consumer products by 9.7% and energy industry declined by 9.0%, Chongqing Statistics Bureau news reports on September 18.

First Large Container Inspection Equipment is Put into Use in Chongqing

Chongqing Customs constructed a railway project “H986”(large container inspection equipment) to reduce clearance time and improve inspection efficiency, and had recently passed the inspection of the General Administration of Customs. From then on, cargo in Chongqing railway port that suitable for non-invasive inspection would be inspected by the equipment, a container with no problem could be“checked and released” at the same time. This was the first time for Chongqing Customs to put large container inspection equipment into use. The equipment had scanned 331 container vehicles and 662 standard containers until September 18. The success rate of electronic license plate reading and box number identification had reached 100%,Chongqing Customs news reports on September 19.

Chongqing University and Southwest University Selected into the List of “Double First-Class” Initiative

On September 20, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission issuedNotice on the Issue of Selected List of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplinesand released a selected list of world-class universities and fi rstclass disciplines (“Double First-Class” initiative). Chongqing University were ranked into first-class educational institutions, biology subject of Southwest University was recognized as fi rst-class disciplines. The “Double First-Class”initiative was selected and con fi rmed by “Double First-Class”Construction Expert Committee according to factors such as national strategy, urgent need of industrial and regional development, international evaluation, etc.

NXP Electrical Application Development Center Settles Down in Liangjiang New Area

On September 21, NXP Semiconductors (NXP) contracted with Chongqing Economic and Information Commission and Liangjiang New Area that NXP Electrical Application Development Center would settle down in Liangjiang New Area. NXP is the global leader in automotive semiconductors.The center, as the fi rst research and development institute focusing on automotive semiconductors in Chongqing,would establish a underlying technology platform for four applications in traditional automobile body, new energy,unmanned vehicles and “smart + connected” and nine fi elds of technology, with major support on transformation and upgrading of Chongqing’s vehicle enterprises. It would also provide consulting services on application support and product development of automobile electronic products to all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and automobile components suppliers in China, and play an active role in electronic technical pre-research and standard establishment for China’s automobile.

The Number of High-rise Buildings in Chongqing Ranks Fourth in Mainland China

News of “Ultra High-rise Building Summit ? 2017 Chongqing,China” reports on September 21 that the number of completed and capped high-rise buildings over 200 meters has reached 41, ranking forth in mainland China, the top three are Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The highest building among which is World Financial Center of 339 meters. Up to now, the highest building under construction in Chongqing is Jiangbeizui International Financial Center of 470 meters. It’s known that there are 110 high-rise buildings over 150 meters in Chongqing, ranking second in mainland China, second only to Shanghai.
