項(xiàng)目位于巴黎汽車工廠的舊址，需要進(jìn)行深入的改造和擴(kuò)建，開辟出一塊新的占地面積21000平方米的辦公區(qū)，并對各類設(shè)備設(shè)施進(jìn)行升級(jí)。波納爾樓的整體改造項(xiàng)目中主要包括兩個(gè)擴(kuò)建部分。

波納爾樓改造項(xiàng)目的工程分期經(jīng)過考量，將北面的擴(kuò)建部分?jǐn)[在第一位，其中部分面積作為AREP集團(tuán)的附屬用房，另外一個(gè)重要原因是盡快返還相應(yīng)的面積給Mie de Pain組織——巴黎與大巴黎地區(qū)流浪者或無收入人士援助組織，這一社會(huì)組織原有的辦公樓因波納爾樓改造而被拆除。同時(shí)，在北翼的擴(kuò)建中，還新建了一個(gè)社區(qū)托兒所。

項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)上面臨著建筑風(fēng)格與城市規(guī)劃上的雙重挑戰(zhàn)，這也使AREP發(fā)展了自身對可持續(xù)城市和辦公區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)的思考。

The Panhard & Levassor workshops, last remnants of the thriving car industry in Paris, have undergone major rede-velopment and extension so as to create 21,000 sqm of office spaces and public facilities.

The ?lot Panhard global redevelopment project comprises two extensions.

The northern extension now accommodates additional premises for AREP, the premises of the charity La Mie de Pain, already located on the site, and a new day nursery. The new brick fa?ade follows the same building line as the historic fa?ade and echoes the pilaster layout and materials. A metal ‘container’ placed on top of the factory is a technical and sophisticated extension and contrasts with the sawtooth design that covers the building.

Meeting both architectural and urban challenges, this project is part of AREP’s wider reflexion on sustainable development and workspace design.
