[摘要] 質(zhì)量常數(shù)評價方法是一種綜合性飲片等級評價方法,但是在用于甘草飲片等級評價時,因指標(biāo)成分甘草苷和甘草酸的含量差異較大,權(quán)重不合理,導(dǎo)致等級評價出現(xiàn)偏離。為解決這一問題,該文建立了相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)用于甘草飲片的等級評價。該研究共收集了29批不同質(zhì)量的甘草飲片,最終以檢驗合格的17批甘草飲片為研究對象,研究結(jié)果顯示其相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)范圍1.78~11.49。 如果把甘草飲片劃分成3等級,則:一級甘草飲片相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)≥9.19,二級甘草飲片相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)<9.19且≥5.75,三級甘草飲片相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)<5.75。該研究表明,相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)能夠科學(xué)、合理、客觀、準(zhǔn)確的劃分飲片的等級,解決了質(zhì)量常數(shù)評價方法存在的問題,為多指標(biāo)成分的中藥飲片等級劃分提供了新的模式。

[Abstract] Quality constant evaluation is a comprehensive method for grades evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, but when it comes to Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces, grades evaluation is diverged due to significant difference in contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid and unreasonable weight of index. To solve this problem, we have established a relative quality constant method in this paper to evaluate grades of Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces. Twenty-nine batches of different quality samples were collected and tested, and finally, 17 batches of them were chosen as researcher objects. The results revealed that the range of the relative quality constant of these samples was from 1.78 to 11.49. When Glycyrrizae Radix et Rhizome pieces are divided into three grades: the relative quality constant of first grade is greater than or equal to 9.19;the second grade is greater than or equal to 5.75 but less than 9.19;while the third grade is less than 5.75. This research indicates that relative quality constant can divide the grades of herbal pieces in a scientific, reasonable, objective and specific way and remedy the shortage of quality constant perfectly. It provides a novel mode for grading pieces of Chinese medicine that contains multi-target ingredients.

甘草為豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、脹果甘草G. inflate Bat. 或光果甘草G. glabra L. 的干燥根和根莖。其味甘性平,歸心、肺、脾、胃經(jīng),具有補(bǔ)脾益氣、清熱解毒、祛痰止咳、緩急止痛、調(diào)和諸藥等功效[1],常以“國老”、“眾藥之王”著稱。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,《傷寒論》和《脾胃論》中含甘草的方劑分別為62%,58%[2];臨床上甚至慣以“十方九草”之說??梢?,甘草在中醫(yī)臨床上非常重要且用藥廣泛。它在其他行業(yè)(食品、化妝品等)同樣也具有廣闊的應(yīng)用[3]。但是除1984年建立的甘草藥材等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[4]外,甘草飲片等級劃分的研究鮮有文獻(xiàn)報道。因此,有必要建立一套科學(xué)、合理、可操作性強(qiáng)、實用性好的甘草飲片等級評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來客觀的評判甘草飲片質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣,這不僅能夠保障臨床用藥的良好療效,而且對于甘草飲片的合理配置、實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)優(yōu)價、規(guī)范市場及利于有關(guān)部門監(jiān)管具有重要意義。
中藥質(zhì)量常數(shù)是衡量中藥藥材和飲片質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣的綜合評價指標(biāo)。本課題組前期對黃芩飲片[5]等級評價的研究表明,該方法能將外觀性狀和內(nèi)在指標(biāo)量化,形成具有明確數(shù)值范圍的中藥商品規(guī)格等級。當(dāng)質(zhì)量常數(shù)評價方法應(yīng)用于多指標(biāo)質(zhì)控的中藥飲片等級評價時,就會遇到基于不同指標(biāo)成分的質(zhì)量常數(shù)加和問題。如果指標(biāo)成分的含量基本一致,將每個質(zhì)量常數(shù)加和用于等級評價是基本合理的;但是如果指標(biāo)成分含量差別較大,必然會導(dǎo)致某個質(zhì)量常數(shù)在總和中占比較大,從而扭曲了等級評判。為了解決這一問題,作者在質(zhì)量常數(shù)(公式1)的基礎(chǔ)上建立了相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)A′,即每個指標(biāo)成分的質(zhì)量常數(shù)A與其藥典規(guī)定限量值c之比(公式2)。相對質(zhì)量常數(shù)可以很好的權(quán)衡多指標(biāo)成分,更加科學(xué)、合理的劃分多指標(biāo)成分的中藥飲片等級(公式3)。
