性激素水平變化與男性2型糖尿病患者的相關(guān)性分析

[摘要]目的 探討并分析性激素水平與男性2型糖尿病的相關(guān)性。方法 選取2013年6月～2015年7月在我院接受治療的男性2型糖尿病患者78例進行研究。以年齡將其分組，平均每10歲為1組，共5組；根據(jù)BMI分為肥胖組與非肥胖組；根據(jù)ED的嚴重程度分為無ED組、輕度ED組、中度ED組以及重度ED組。通過檢測各種性激素水平的變化，研究性激素水平與男性T2DM患者的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 根據(jù)年齡測得各項性激素水平比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），各項指標無相關(guān)性。按照肥胖程度分組時，其中肥胖組的睪酮、促卵泡激素以及黃體生成素均要低于非肥胖組（P<0.05），而肥胖組雌二醇要顯著高于非肥胖組（P<0.05）。無ED組到最后嚴重的ED組，其中T與E2在逐漸的降低，而LH與FSH隨著ED嚴重程度的增加在升高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 性激素變化異常與男性2型糖尿病的肥胖有關(guān)，同時男性2型糖尿病也會逐漸的影響性腺功能。

Study the correlation between sex hormones changed and male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

[Abstract]Objective To explore the correlation between sex hormones changed and male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2013 to July 2015，78 male patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in our hospital were studied.According to the properties of age，they were divided into 5 groups for every 10 years；they were also divided into fat group and not fat group by body mass index，the other one was not fat；according to the severity of erectile dysfunction，the patients were also divided into none ED，mild ED group，moderate ED group，severe ED group.The relationship between sex hormone levels and male T2DM patients was studied by detecting changes in the levels of sex hormones.Results The level of sex hormones was not influenced by age，all the data had no relation，and the data were no significant differences（P>0.05）.The level of sex hormones was influenced by fat，the data of testosterone，follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the fat group were lower than not fat group（P<0.05），while estradiol of fat group was higher than that of not fat group（P<0.05）.levels of FSH and LH increased with the increase of severity of ED，while T and E2 were decreased （P<0.05）.Conclusion The level of sex hormones has correlation with the fat，and the male patients with type 2 diabetes will influence the function of gonad.

隨著人們生活水平逐漸提高，糖尿病患者越來越多，其中2型糖尿?。╰ype 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）約占糖尿病患者的90%[1-2]。臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)，男性T2DM患者與肥胖以及性激素水平異常有很大的關(guān)系[3]，同時也有報道顯示男性T2DM也會影響性腺功能，導(dǎo)致勃起功能障礙（erectile dysfunction，ED）[4]。男性T2DM不僅對患者的身心造成巨大傷害，而且給患者的家庭帶來巨大影響[5]。本實驗通過將患有T2DM的男性患者按照年齡以及肥胖程度分組，探討不同年齡、不同肥胖程度的T2DM患者其性激素水平的情況。同樣根據(jù)ED的嚴重程度分組，探討在不同的ED程度下，性激素水平的差異，現(xiàn)報道如下。
