摘 要:目的 該試驗旨在通過對三種日糧模式下泌乳奶牛尾動脈和陰外動脈血漿中氨基酸含量的比較,探討在乳腺對氨基酸攝取效率等研究中是否可以用尾動脈血代替陰外動脈血。方法 選用體況良好,體重相近(554±21)kg,產奶量24.30±kg/d左右,荷斯坦奶牛30頭,分為3組,每組10頭。試驗設計為完全隨機試驗設計,飼喂日糧分別為苜蓿+全株玉米青貯+羊草和混合粗飼料日糧組(MF),概略養(yǎng)分水平約同MF秸稈日糧組(CSA)和秸稈全部替代MF組粗飼料日糧組(CSB)。試驗持續(xù)28d,試驗期最后2d分別采集陰外動脈和尾動脈血樣,并測定尾動脈及陰外動脈血漿中游離氨基酸的含量。結果 結果表明:三種不同日糧模式下尾動脈與陰外動脈血漿中大多數單一氨基酸含量差異均不顯著(P>0.05),只有少數氨基酸含量差異顯著(P<0.05)。結論 從以上結果得出,在一定情況下可以用尾動脈血代替陰外動脈血研究乳腺對氨基酸的攝取效率。

Comparison of Three Model of Diets on Amino Acids Content in Plasma of Caudal Artery and External Pudic Artery of Lactating Dairy Cows

Abstract:Objective The experiment was conducted to adopt the comparison of three model of diets on amino acids content in plasma of caudal artery and external pudic artery of lactating dairy cows,discuss whether could replace by blood of caudal artery instead of external pudic artery on amino acid uptake of mammary gland efficiency. Method Thirty Holstein dairy cows at good body condition and similar body weight and milk yield was 25 kg/d into three groups(MF, CSA, CSB), each group of ten. The experiment designed for completely randomized. Feeding different diets to dairy cows, MF was lucerne and whole crop corn silage and guinea grass and mix with roughage group, CSA was straw that General nutrition level was MF group, CSB was straw roughage instead of MF group. Test lasted 28 d ,blood of caudal artery and external pudic artery was collected in the last 2 d, take measure of content in plasma of FAA. Result The results indicated that there was no significant difference in the seport of most single amino acids content in plasma of caudal artery and external pudic artery(P>0.05). Just few was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion It could be seen that it could replace by blood of caudal artery instead of external pudic artery on amino acid uptake of mammary gland efficiency.
