本課選自人教版新目標(biāo)英語七年級(jí)(下)第三單元。
一、教學(xué)過程
Step 1 Lead in
Play a video and ask the students to answer what kinds of transportation Wang Baoqiang and Xu Zheng take in the movie?
Go over the words about transportation and lead in the topic “How do you get to school?”
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】通過觀看視頻《人在囧途》中男主人公乘坐的交通工具引出本課的詞匯和話題。既喚起注意力,又激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣,同時(shí)也明確任務(wù):視頻中有哪些交通方式,句子問答展示。
Step 2 Presentation
T:I walk to school every day. How about you?
The students will answer “I go to school on foot /by bus”. The teacher will introduce the verb structure.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】通過師生對(duì)話引出本課表示乘坐某種交通工具的動(dòng)詞形式。并通過圖片,由詞的學(xué)習(xí)過渡到詞組表達(dá),達(dá)到由視覺輸入到語言輸出的轉(zhuǎn)化。
Step 3 Pair work
The students practice in pairs.
A: How do you get to school?
B: I take/ ride +a/the... /walk to school.
A: How long does it take?
B: It takes 10 minutes.
Then the teacher asks the third student “How does he get to school?” lead in the third person singular.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】通過兩人一組的結(jié)對(duì)活動(dòng),進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)句型:
A:How do you get to school?
B: I take a bus. /ride a bike / walk.
A: How does he/she go to school?
B: He /She takes a bus /rides a bike...
小組對(duì)話練習(xí),熟悉所學(xué)句式并熟練掌握目標(biāo)語言。由第二人稱到第三人稱單數(shù)的訓(xùn)練,由普遍對(duì)話到特殊句型,加深練習(xí)的深度與廣度。
Step 4 Listening
Two tasks in this part:
1. Listen and write.
2. Listen and number.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】學(xué)生通過1a,對(duì)本課的重點(diǎn)知識(shí)進(jìn)一步鞏固,提升聽力水平又在聽力中鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí)。
Step 5 Group work
The weekend is coming. Ask three students about their vacation plans and fill in the chart. Then report to us. Think about what we should pay attention to when we go to other places for vacation,then make a survey and report in oral.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】周末即將到來,采訪三位學(xué)生,了解他們的假期計(jì)劃,以小組方式匯報(bào)。填寫表格,每組選出一名學(xué)生做報(bào)告。通過設(shè)置情景,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在生活中運(yùn)用英語的能力,并提醒學(xué)生出行時(shí)須要注意的事項(xiàng),實(shí)現(xiàn)情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀目標(biāo)。
Step 6 Homework
1. Collect more words about transportation. Show them to others tomorrow.
2. Interview your friends and your parents how to get to school, and give a report.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】分層作業(yè),請(qǐng)學(xué)生根據(jù)自己的程度選擇作業(yè),讓不同程度的學(xué)生有事可做。
