【編者按】

形成性評價（formative assessment）是1967年由美國的評價學(xué)專家斯克里芬（M. Scriven）提出來的，后被美國的教育學(xué)家布盧姆（B. S. Bloom）引進(jìn)教學(xué)領(lǐng)域。近50年的時間，中外教育學(xué)專家對其充分肯定，形成性評價在教學(xué)領(lǐng)域一直經(jīng)久不衰，它的魅力何在？形成性評價在課堂上是如何操作實施的？讓我們帶著這樣的疑問，走進(jìn)哈爾濱市第七十二中學(xué)的初中英語的課堂，去領(lǐng)略形成性評價的風(fēng)采！

一、教材分析

（EEC版）八年級（上）第五單元是本冊書三個模塊中的第二個，本模塊的主題是The world around us.這個單元在讓學(xué)生利用看、聽、聞、嘗、摸五種感官來體會周圍世界的同時，學(xué)會與此主題相關(guān)的英語表達(dá)法。

二、教學(xué)設(shè)計說明

1. 學(xué)情分析

本課的教學(xué)對象是八年級學(xué)生，這些學(xué)生已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成 ? ? ? 了良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，對英語課的學(xué)習(xí)既感到輕松又有著極高的興趣，語言基礎(chǔ)很好，班級整體的平均分是90分以上。學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識和口語表達(dá)能力比較好，大部分學(xué)生熱愛英語，喜歡表達(dá)自己的觀點，能基本正確地評價他人。況且，本課內(nèi)容與學(xué)生的生活息息相關(guān)，所以，從這一角度來說，再結(jié)合形成性評價表格，學(xué)生掌握本課的知識應(yīng)該很輕松。

2. 教學(xué)策略

（1）以趣激學(xué)：采用做游戲和猜謎等學(xué)生所喜聞樂見的學(xué)習(xí)形式激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情。

（2）以放促學(xué)：開放地處理教材，插入大量有趣的圖片，增加多種趣味活動，充分利用學(xué)生自主搜集的圖文信息，拓寬學(xué)生的視野，實現(xiàn)知識的整合。

（3）以任務(wù)導(dǎo)學(xué)：以話題為綱，以任務(wù)為主線，以合作交際為方式，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語交流，獲取信息和處理信息的能力。

3. 教學(xué)方法

本課主要采用任務(wù)型教學(xué)方法與形成性評價相結(jié)合，同時采用發(fā)現(xiàn)式語法學(xué)習(xí)法，以及有語境的操練教學(xué)、游戲教學(xué)等方法，讓學(xué)生總結(jié)感官動詞的用法，因為這一內(nèi)容不是很難總結(jié)，比較容易發(fā)現(xiàn)基本規(guī)律。同時，八年級學(xué)生正在從形象思維向抽象思維過渡的階段，這樣的活動有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生抽象思維的形成。

4. 媒體設(shè)計

本課須要呈現(xiàn)動態(tài)的畫面，所以必須使用視頻媒體。本課還需要PPT幻燈片，以便更快捷、直接、明了地呈現(xiàn)本課內(nèi)容。

5. 教學(xué)重點

（1）Listening/Speaking：Describing how things feel，taste，smell，hear and sound.

（2）Reading：The difference between taste and flavor.

（3）Writing：Completing a chart of comparison.

（4）Structure：Verbs of perception.

6. 教學(xué)難點

（1）使用目標(biāo)語言提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫的能力。

（2）完成一篇五種感官體會的短文。

三、教學(xué)步驟

Help students review the words that describe feelings from the previous lesson.
