流形，分形，拼形

奇石館前曲后折，山水一體流動(dòng)變化，我稱之為“流形”。建筑空間形體采用拓?fù)渥儞Q和分形幾何的無(wú)規(guī)自相似自仿射變化。曲——水的典型特征，折——山的典型特征，在一個(gè)形體中互不矛盾和諧統(tǒng)一，格柵是拼形。

Manifold-metamorphosis, fractal, quasicrystal-mosaic

Liuzhou Suiseki Hall looks curvy in the front and zig-zag from the back, symbolizing the dynamic change of water and mountain. I call it "manifoldmetamorphosis". The architectural form is generated through topological transformation and the random variation of self-similar and self-affine fractal geometries. Curve and polyline which are typical characteristics of water and mountain respectively are harmonious in one. Grates are quasi-crystal-mosaic.
