東海蛾螺科(軟體動物: 腹足綱)一新記錄屬和一新記錄種*

深海蛾螺屬 Bathyancistrolepis, 隸屬于腹足綱Gastropoda, 新腹足目 Neogastropoda, 蛾螺科Buccinidae。Habe等(1968)以產自日本的Chrysodomus trochoideus Dall, 1907為模式種建立了該屬。據以往報道, 該屬蛾螺僅分布于日本沿海, 主要特征為: 貝殼薄, 卵圓形, 白色, 被有黃色殼皮;螺旋部相當低, 由 5個螺層構成; 體螺層大、膨圓;貝殼表面具粗細不均的螺肋; 殼口大, 呈卵圓形;前水管溝短, 彎曲。到目前為止, 該屬僅發(fā)現一種,即: 車軸深海蛾螺 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus(Dall, 1907)。作者在整理1978年和1981年于東海沖繩海槽采集的蛾螺科標本時發(fā)現了這一東海新紀錄屬種。標本保存于中國科學院海洋研究所海洋生物標本館。

形態(tài)描述 貝殼小, 寬短, 殼高 22.3mm, 殼寬17.3mm。螺層約5層, 胚殼常被侵蝕, 殼表具淡橄欖色的薄殼皮。螺旋部低, 圓錐形, 體螺層寬大。成體螺層上具 2—4條發(fā)達的粗螺肋, 其形成明顯的龍骨狀突起, 并在螺層中部形成肩角, 在主螺肋之間, 還夾雜一些細的次級螺肋; 體螺層基部具7條近等距排列的螺肋。殼面白色或黃白色, 無縱肋, 僅具細密的生長線, 殼皮在生長線上形成規(guī)則的、等間距的薄片狀突起。殼口寬圓, 內部為白色, 外唇薄; 內唇呈弧形, 光滑; 前水管溝寬短, 向側面傾斜。厴角質, 棕色,長卵圓形, 核位于前端。

齒舌齒式為典型的1+1+1。中央齒近方形, 前端中央凹陷呈拱形, 后端具 4—5個齒尖, 中間的齒尖最為發(fā)達, 其余齒尖弱或不明顯。側齒由3個齒尖構成, 外側的齒尖最為發(fā)達, 中間的齒尖最弱(圖d)。

習性與地理分布 本種通常棲息于深海中, 生活于水深100—2050 m之間(Okutani, 2000)。我們在東海采集的3號(5個)標本棲息于水深850—1680m的軟泥質海底。見于中國東海(沖繩海槽)、日本(橫濱、紀伊半島、相模灣、伊豆島、駿河灣、斗犬灣、鹿島、三陸、沖繩海槽)。

討論 本種蛾螺最早由 Dall (1907)發(fā)現于日本的橫濱水域, 被命名為 Chrysodomus trochoideus(Chrysodomus后來被認為是 Ancistrolepis的同物異名)。Habe 等(1968)通過觀察 Chrysodomus trochoideus的齒舌后認為, 在其側齒的兩個大齒尖中間存在小齒尖, 這些小齒尖明顯小于 Habe等(1972)所描繪的Ancistrolepis grammatus側齒中的小齒尖, 并為此建立了新屬: 深海蛾螺屬Bathyancistrolepis。但事實上,在不少學者(如Azuma, 1965; Okutani, 1966; Habe et al, 1972; Bouchet et al, 1986)描繪的齒舌中, 這些小齒尖并不比Ancistrolepis grammatus側齒中的小齒尖小很多。本研究也觀察到齒舌側齒兩個大齒尖中間有一小的齒尖, 這個齒尖小于 Ancistrolepis grammatus側齒中的小齒尖。但作者認同Okutani等(1992)的觀點,認為這些小齒尖的大小在不同的個體之間存在變化,因此Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus和Ancistrolepis grammatus這兩個種齒舌中小齒尖的差異很可能屬于屬內變異, 并不能作為區(qū)分屬的可靠依據。

Habe等(1965)在日本的東北海域采集到一種分布于 100—500m 水深的深海蛾螺屬種類, 并將其作為車軸深海蛾螺 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus的亞種, 即: Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus ovoideus, 他們認為 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus ovoideus與Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus的不同之處在于其螺肋更粗, 且分布于淺水而非深海中, 但有學者認為, 螺肋的粗細應屬于車軸深海蛾螺 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus的種內變異, 因此將 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus ovoideus 看做車軸深海蛾螺Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus的同物異名(見Okutani et al, 1992)。

在我國以往對車軸深海蛾螺 Bathyancistrolepis trochoideus (Dall, 1907)從未進行過分類研究, 此文為首次報道; 同時, 深海蛾螺屬Bathyancistrolepis在我國也是首次報道。
