一、教學目標
1.能聽懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫單詞a policeman,a policewoman,a waiter,a waitress,a driver,a worker,a farmer,a cook,并能發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)單詞的構詞規(guī)則,拓展了解其他職業(yè)的單詞。
2.能聽懂、會說和讀寫句型What’s your/his/her job?I’m/He’s/She’s a...What are their jobs?They’re...How old are you/is he/she?I’m/He’s/She’s a...
3.能正確運用本課句型詢問或介紹他人年齡的職業(yè),激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣,調動學習的積極性,引導學生積極與他人合作,在活動中培養(yǎng)學生的協(xié)作精神和競爭意識,樹立遠大的理想。
4.幫助學生學會在比較中發(fā)現(xiàn)知識,并歸納、整體感悟、呈現(xiàn)知識的學習結構,養(yǎng)成有序的、結構性的思考方式,滲透有條理的思維習慣,培養(yǎng)學生在小組活動中主動參與、獲取信息、有效合作的能力。
二、教材分析
本單元主要圍繞“談論人物”這一話題展開教學,主要涉及詢問人物姓名(What’s your name?)、年齡(How old are you/is he/she?)、職業(yè)(What’s your/his/her job?)等。本節(jié)課主要呈現(xiàn)給學生的是有關職業(yè)的八個新單詞,以及詢問職業(yè)的兩種單復數的句型。該句型是本單元的教學重點之一。在句型操練中也滲透了本課的新單詞,也有助于復習鞏固。在教學過程中應該多創(chuàng)設情境,采用多種教學方法幫助學生記憶,如單詞的音,形,義,用相結合;詞不離句,句不離篇相結合。
三、教學過程
Step one:Warm-up,課件播放歌曲:①T-S:Greetings;②Daily report.2 students.
讓第一個學生進行自我介紹,老師向全班同學提問:What’s his/her name?How old is he/she?
讓第二個學生進行自我介紹,老師向全班同學提問:What’s his/her job?由此提出一個新的單詞job(呈現(xiàn)PPT),讓學生根據已經學習過的音素自己感知job的發(fā)音。
Step two.Presension:①在學生學習了job的意思后再次提問T:What’s his/her job?(指著最后一個學生)
S:He/She is a student.(該句是第一單元所學的句型)學生應該容易掌握。T:Yes.What’s your job?S:I’m a student.T:So,You are all students.T:What are their jobs?Ss:They are students.教師反過來問全班學生該句子以此來呈現(xiàn)jobs & their兩個新詞。其中their的同音詞是學習過的over there;T:jobs(帶讀)their jobs——their(呈現(xiàn)課件學習該詞).T:What are their jobs?S:They are students.
該環(huán)節(jié)新授了What’s.../What are句型及答句并從音形義三個不同的方面介紹job/jobs,their這兩個單詞。②T:Yes,you are right...I have some photos,let’s have a look.(過渡語)PPT1呈現(xiàn)本班的數學老師的照片,讓學生在原來學習的基礎上用新的句子操練本課的句子。
T:Look at this photo.T:What’s her job?Ss:She’s a teacher.(操練了she單數)該部分T-Ss問答。PPT2呈現(xiàn)本班的體育老師的照片。T:How about this one?Work in pairs with your partner.A:What’s his job?B:He’s a teacher,too.(操練了he單數)該部分S1—S2問答。PPT3呈現(xiàn)本校很多老師的照片。T:What are their jobs?
Ss:They are teachers.(操練了their)該部分T-Ss問答。PPT4呈現(xiàn)本班很多學生的照片。T:Let’s go on.Who can try?S1:What are their jobs?S2:They are students.
T:You did a good job.But can you find some differences between these dialogues?你能發(fā)現(xiàn)我們這4組對話中有什么不同嗎?(用以下單詞組織對話a policeman,a policewoman,a waiter,a waitress,a driver)Step three.Practice.①T:There are many jobs in our life,what are they?Who knows?Ss:要說出來。T:Close your mouths please.Please do the actions for us,OK?讓學生自己去做一些動作,讓全班同學去猜猜是什么職業(yè)。T:What’s his job?S:He is a teacher.T—S問答;S—S問答;②用新句型的單復數形式結合八個新單詞進行操練。
