海南切花月季產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的三維SWOT分析

摘要：通過引入古典戰(zhàn)略思想，完善SWOT的層次結構和分析功能，同時從行業(yè)角度對相關因素進行分析，以避免由于SWOT內(nèi)外環(huán)境嚴格分割而造成的缺陷。通過創(chuàng)建三維SWOT分析方法研究海南反季節(jié)切花月季產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，層次性更強、更清晰。結果表明，海南切花月季產(chǎn)業(yè)仍處于初級和上升階段，要利用海南冬春氣候優(yōu)勢，實施增長型戰(zhàn)略。
