淺談制約安徽省民辦高校自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)因

摘要：目前我省在辦學(xué)機(jī)制、專業(yè)特色、教學(xué)質(zhì)量、就業(yè)導(dǎo)向上，民辦高校都發(fā)揮了自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)，為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了大量的應(yīng)用型人才。但民辦高校存在著制約自身發(fā)展的眾多問題，本文從融資渠道、辦學(xué)規(guī)模、人才培養(yǎng)、人員管理等方面分析問題、解決問題。
Abstract:At present， Private Higher Vocational Colleges take the advantage by oneself. such as the running mechanism， the professional characteristics， teaching quality and employment orientation. they are cultivating the large quantities of applied talents. But Private Higher Vocational Colleges restricted the development of their own numerous problems， from the perspectives of financing channels， scale of running school， talent cultivation and management to analyze and solve problems
