齊齊哈爾在春節(jié)期間2個(gè)BSC A口話務(wù)負(fù)荷較高,但 BSC側(cè)A口無資源可擴(kuò)容,為確保本地話務(wù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全。話務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果如下:
使用利舊和閑置的設(shè)備進(jìn)行擴(kuò)容調(diào)整,即可以節(jié)省購買設(shè)備和調(diào)測(cè)的費(fèi)用,也可以縮短工程周期,及時(shí)適應(yīng)市場變化的需要,解決現(xiàn)網(wǎng)存在的問題。
報(bào)廢BSC屬于2I設(shè)備,是諾基亞最老的BSC,與目前3I比較,其軟件和硬件版本相對(duì)較低,處理話務(wù)能力也較低,由于齊齊哈爾現(xiàn)網(wǎng)3I設(shè)備擁有空閑TC機(jī)框10個(gè),但無單板,而2I與3I的TC在機(jī)框、單板類型方面相同,經(jīng)過調(diào)試發(fā)現(xiàn),只要把2I中TC1TC框和ET2E框中的單板在軟件上進(jìn)行升級(jí),并在BSC側(cè)集成TC對(duì)應(yīng)的硬件即可實(shí)現(xiàn)。
在MSC與BSC之間進(jìn)行語音壓縮時(shí)需要TC(Transcoder),TCSM2(Transcoder Submultiplexer)是BSC的一個(gè)功能單元,BSC通過OMU與TCSM2的TRCO之間的 LAPD LINK監(jiān)控TCSM2,LAPD LINK 位于在MSC與BSC之間承載TCH/CCS7的2Mb/sPCM幀上第一時(shí)隙的頭兩個(gè)比特,是一個(gè)16Kb/s的LINK.LAPD LINK也用于配置、告警、下載軟件給TCSM2。TCSM2的軟件保留在BSC中(TRCO/ET/TR16,3 BLOCKS),需要時(shí)可從BSC下載;TCSM2的硬件配置也存在BSC中,它定義了A口PCM的類型和數(shù)目,此信息用于TCSM2在重啟時(shí)配置它的PCM。

由于TC側(cè)軟件版本低,不能直接從BSC側(cè)登錄到TC進(jìn)行硬件診斷和相應(yīng)參數(shù)調(diào)整,只能利用串口線在TCSM本端進(jìn)行調(diào)測(cè)之后刷新TC和ET2E單板的軟件版本

利用現(xiàn)有機(jī)柜,共擴(kuò)容10個(gè)TC框,擴(kuò)容單板數(shù)量130塊(其中30塊ET板,80塊TR16板,10塊TRCO板,10塊電源板),增加A口電路40條,device數(shù)1280個(gè),調(diào)整之后的現(xiàn)網(wǎng)比調(diào)整之前至少多吸收780 Erlang話務(wù)量,緩解了春節(jié)期間高話務(wù)負(fù)荷帶給網(wǎng)元的壓力,同時(shí)也大大提升了用戶對(duì)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的滿意度和感知度。
