上海世博會(huì)大幕開啟

導(dǎo)讀：舉世矚目的中國(guó)2010年上海世界博覽會(huì)開幕式(opening ceremony)4月30日晚在上海世博文化中心隆重舉行，黃浦江畔流光溢彩，異彩紛呈。全世界的目光都聚焦在中國(guó)上海。本屆上海世博會(huì)成為，繼北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)之后，中國(guó)舉辦的又一個(gè)世界性盛會(huì)。

中國(guó)國(guó)家主席胡錦濤周五晚在上海世博文化中心宣布2010上海世博會(huì)開幕。 Chinese President Hu Jintao declared the opening of the World Expo 2010 in the Expo Culture Center in Shanghai Friday evening.

胡錦濤主席發(fā)表致辭后，貝殼形設(shè)計(jì)的世博文化中心內(nèi)回蕩著觀眾們的歡呼，黃浦江兩側(cè)5.28平方公里內(nèi)更是一片沸騰。Hu’s announcement was echoed by thunderous cheers from spectators in the seashell-shaped venue at the Expo park,which spreads across 5.28 square kilometers along both sides of the Huangpu River.

歷時(shí)6個(gè)月之久的世博會(huì)當(dāng)晚8時(shí)10分拉開帷幕，黃浦江畔隨之上演了絢爛的大型燈光焰火表演。The six-month event of the Expo kicked off at 8:10pm with a lavish riverside display of fireworks and lights.

室內(nèi)文藝表演群星薈萃，除了2300名演員外，還云集了功夫巨星成龍，日本音樂藝人谷村新司，鋼琴演奏家郎朗和歌唱家安德烈·波切利等。隨后，眾位來賓移步室外，觀賞了燈光焰火和音樂噴泉表演。6000只LED發(fā)光球,變幻著紅、橙、黃三色順流而下，與旗船一起匯聚到黃浦江，倒映在夜晚的江面上，形成一派錦繡燦爛的場(chǎng)面。The star-studded indoor festivities included action star Jackie Chan,Japanese singer Shinji Tanimura,concert pianist Lang Lang and opera star Andrea Bocelli,among 2,300 performers.Afterward,guests moved outside for a lights,music and fireworks jubilee.Some 6,000 LED fuchsia,red and yellow balls floated into the Huangpu River,creating a bright sea of balloons against the black water.

世博園于本周六正式對(duì)公眾開放，預(yù)計(jì)將吸引七千萬人前來參觀。本屆世博會(huì)共有近200個(gè)國(guó)家參展，其展館設(shè)計(jì)均詮釋了城市可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的主題“城市，讓生活更美好”。 The Expo Park will officially open to the public Saturday and is expected to draw 70 million people to pavilions from almost 200 nations designed to reflect the urban sustainability theme of“Better City,Better Life.”

此外，許多本地館和聯(lián)合館中設(shè)立了各式各樣的“城市最佳實(shí)踐區(qū)”，展現(xiàn)了可持續(xù)性城市技術(shù)。In addition,a wide range of “urban best practices”will be on show in many local and corporate pavilions,showing sustainable urban technologies.

具有159年歷史的世博會(huì)自1851年在倫敦舉辦以來，第一次在發(fā)展中國(guó)家舉辦。It was the first time for the 159-year-old World Expo to be held in a developing country since the inaugural fair in London in 1851.

8年前上海取得了2010年世博會(huì)舉辦權(quán)，之后全國(guó)上下一直在積極籌備中。繼2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)之后，這是中國(guó)舉辦的又一盛事。China has been preparing for the event since Shanghai won its bid to host the World Expo 2010 eight years ago.It is another grand event for the country after the successful Beijing Olympics in 2008.

在歷時(shí)6個(gè)月的展會(huì)中，從美國(guó)到韓國(guó)，共有189個(gè)國(guó)家與會(huì)展示魅力；此次世博會(huì)預(yù)計(jì)將吸引7000萬名海內(nèi)外游客，極可能成為歷史上最大規(guī)模的一屆世博會(huì)。From the United States to Republic of Korea,a total of 189 countries would present their best at the six-month event,which is expected to attract 70 million visitors from China and abroad and likely to be the largest World Expo ever.
