王寶泉，中國女排新主帥

The former(以前的)nationalassistant(助手)coach Wang Baoquan will replace Cai Bin as the head coach of the Chinese Women Volleyball Team.The Chinese Volleyball Association(CVA)announced(宣布)the news.

前任國家助理教練王寶泉將接替蔡斌成為中國女排的主教練。這條新聞是由中國排球協(xié)會(huì)宣布的。

“Cai expressed his wish toresign(辭職)on February 18 and we decided to accept hisresignation(辭職)after thorough(徹 底 的)thinking,”said vice-presidentofthe CVA.During one year and two days incharge(任職),Cai disappointed(使失望)us in the following results，but the Chinese Women Volleyball Team werechampions(冠軍)of theAthens(雅典)Olympic and thebronze medalists(季軍)of the Beijing Games.

中國排球協(xié)會(huì)副主席這樣說道：“蔡斌在2月18就表達(dá)了自己辭職的想法，然后我們經(jīng)過慎重的考慮接受了他的要求?！痹谌温氁荒炅愣炖铮瘫蟮闹笓]戰(zhàn)績一直是不令人滿意的，而之前中國女排曾經(jīng)是雅典奧運(yùn)會(huì)的冠軍和北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的季軍。

The 49-year-old Wang has a proud history in club coaching.He has taken his Tianjin Club to the peak of thepodium(聯(lián)賽)in the Chinese women’s league in the past eight years. “I’d like to devote(奉獻(xiàn))myself to establishing a successful national Women Volleyball Team,”he said at thepress conference(記者招待會(huì)).“This year，we will try to be the top four in the World Championships(世界錦標(biāo)賽)and become champion at the Guangzhou Asian Games.”

現(xiàn)年四十九歲的王寶泉在指導(dǎo)俱樂部方面有著驕傲的戰(zhàn)績。在過去的八年里，王寶泉曾經(jīng)將其指揮的天津俱樂部送至中國女子排球聯(lián)賽的最高峰。在媒體招待會(huì)上，王寶泉這樣說道：“我想全心全意地奉獻(xiàn)自己的全部精力，重塑一只成功的中國女子排球隊(duì)伍。今年我們力爭使中國女排在世錦賽中成為前四，同時(shí)在廣州舉行的亞洲運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上獲得冠軍。”

The CVA also announced the latestroster(花名冊)of the Chinese Women Volleyball Team at the conference.Thetraining camp(訓(xùn)練營)is in Zhangzhou，F(xiàn)ujian province city.

中國排球協(xié)會(huì)也在媒體招待會(huì)上公布了最新的女排花名冊。訓(xùn)練營地選在了福建省的漳州市。
