一、注重前后貫通,讓舊的知識“活”起來

4A Unit 7 I’m late教師在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對主要句型What’s the time? It’s... 和What time do you...? I... at...進(jìn)行一系列復(fù)習(xí)后,繼續(xù)提問,激活學(xué)生的英語思維。
T: Hi, A. What’s this?
A: It’s a football.
T: Do you like football?
A: Yes, I do.
T: Me, too. Do you play football in the afternoon?
A: Yes, I do.
T: What time do you play football?
A: I play football at three fifteen.
T: I see. Let’s play football together next time.
A: OK.

句型What time do you...? Do you like...?是4A教材中的重點學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容,play football, play the violin為3B教材教學(xué)內(nèi)容,兩者混合運用把舊的知識變“活”了。不僅活躍了學(xué)生思維,培養(yǎng)了創(chuàng)新意識,又發(fā)展了語言的綜合運用能力。老師在復(fù)習(xí)時要注意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生將分散的知識點進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理、歸納和對比,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行縱向、橫向串聯(lián),做到學(xué)一點,懂一片,學(xué)一片,會一面。
二、合理拓展引申,讓舊的知識“新”起來
[案例]
本課復(fù)習(xí)的內(nèi)容是4A Unit 9 What’s the matter?教師在帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行一系列熱身運動后,操練了What’s the matter? I’m... Here’s ... for you.等句型。
T: Just we ate a lot and drank a lot. Are you hungry and thirsty?
Ss: No, we’re not.
T: Are you happy?
Ss: Yes, we’re happy.
T: But there is a little girl, she is not happy. Look, who is she?
Ss: She is 賣火柴的小女孩。

復(fù)習(xí)的目的旨在鞏固所學(xué)的內(nèi)容,幫助學(xué)生進(jìn)一步梳理知識,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生以少馭多,以不變應(yīng)萬變,能舉一反三,觸類旁通,達(dá)到“溫故而知新”的目的。復(fù)習(xí)課一味沿用舊材料會給人“炒冷飯”的感覺,教者要以舊帶新,如提供與本單元話題相近的句型、短文,作為補(bǔ)充。這樣學(xué)生不僅會有耳目一新的感覺,又開闊了視野,提高了能力。本課在復(fù)習(xí)中生成的新知What’s the matter with...?He’s/She’s/They’re...是課本句型What’s the matter?I’m...的派生,在日常生活中運用非常廣泛,學(xué)生習(xí)得此句型能大大地豐富語言輸出,提高交際的能力。
