教學目標:
1.知識與技能目標:
(1)掌握四會單詞airplane(plane),train, fast, slow, faster, slower.
(2)聽懂、會說句型____ is faster(slower) than ____.并能用此句型表達實際生活事物的快慢。
2.情感態(tài)度價值觀目標:
(1)培養(yǎng)學生熱愛生活的情感。
(2)培養(yǎng)學生小組合作中互幫互助的競爭意識。
教學重點、難點:
能夠正確運用句型“____ is faster(slower) than ____.”表達事物的快慢。
教具準備:
錄音機、單詞卡片、交通工具圖片、多媒體課件。
教學過程:
一、問侯(Class Opening)
T: Class begin.
S: Hello, Miss Gong.
T: Hello, everyone. How are you?
S: I’m fine. Thank you.
T: How do you go to school?
S:By bus.( By bike. By car…… )
(在問侯這一環(huán)節(jié)自然引出交通工具,為下一步復習交通工具,學習本課新的表示交通工具的四會單詞做好鋪墊。)
二、復習(Review)
1. 做Spell It游戲復習同學剛剛說到的和以前學過的幾種表示交通方式的詞。bicycle, car, cab, truck, ship. 教師將全班同學分成兩組,(分組貫穿整節(jié)課)在黑板上寫出這些詞匯,單詞的個別字母畫上空白線。兩組學生輪流猜這個單詞是什么,空白線處應填什么字母。哪位同學先猜出來為獲勝者,猜對的同學大聲把這個單詞拼讀出來。教師在黑板上為這個同學所在的小組下方畫上星星或小旗做為獎勵。
2. 指名學生在黑板的單詞旁邊畫上與單詞相配的圖片。
師:想一想這些單詞是表示什么的?(交通工具)你還知道哪些交通工具?(飛機、火車)
(通過復習,學生對以前學過的交通工具進行再認,不但引出新授內(nèi)容,而且還培養(yǎng)了學生對知識進行歸類的能力。)
三、新授
1. 教學單詞airplane(plane),train, fast, slow。
T: (屏幕出示李明的圖片)Look, this is our friend Danny. He wants to go on a trip to Canada. How can he go there?By bus?
S: No.
T: Canada is far from China. A bus is slow. (貼上公共汽車圖片并在旁邊板書busslow領(lǐng)讀)He can go there by airplane. (拿出飛機單詞卡片貼在黑板上,教學airplane(plane), 向?qū)W生介紹飛機的兩種寫法。)
T: An airplane is fast. (在飛機的圖片旁邊板書fast并領(lǐng)讀)
T: Li Ming wants to go to Beijing on this Children’s Day. How can he go to Beijing? By bus\\car\\or airplane?
S: By car.
T: But I don’t have a car.
S: By airplane.
T: Oh. The airplane is fast, but I don’t have enough money. I think I can go there by train. The train is cheaper\\slower than the airplane and faster than the bus. I think the train is just right for me. (在黑板上貼火車圖片板書 train領(lǐng)讀。)
2.教學句型 _______is faster than_________.
_________is slower than ________.
T: Which one is fast? Which one is slow?(教師指黑板火車與飛機圖片提問)
S: An airplane is fast. A train is slow.
T: Yes. An airplane is faster than a train. A train is slower than an airplane.
T: Look, What’s this?which one is faster? Which one is slower? (多媒體出示火車、公共汽車、自行車圖片)
S: A train is faster than a bus. A bus is slower than a train
3.歌曲演唱。(Let’s sing a song.)
四.鞏固練習(Practice)
1.出示組圖,讓學生說出圖片要表達的內(nèi)容。(遇到?jīng)]學過的單詞可以說漢語,能正確表達事物的快慢即可。)
(1)出示自行車、出租車、飛機圖片。
S: A cab is ______ than an airplane bus but _____ than a bicycle.
(2)出示烏龜和兔子圖片。
S: A rabbit is _____ than a tortoise. A tortoise is _____ than a rabbit.
(3)出示劉翔和教師圖片。
S: Li Xiang is _____ than our teacher. Our teacher is _____ than Li Xiang.
(借助有趣的動物形象和生活中熟悉的人物,鼓勵學生模仿說句子。學生通過圖片對比,自主調(diào)動已有的生活經(jīng)驗,運用句型____ is faster(slower) than ____.正確表達事物的快慢。不僅增強了趣味性,還在不知不覺中掌握了新知。)
2.運用活動手冊。(Student book)
T: We know Li Ming wants to go on a trip to Beijing. How do Li Ming and his mother go to Beijing? Let’s listen to the audiotape and try to find the answers.
3.Make a dialogue.
T: Boys and girls, On holiday, Where do you want to go ? How do you go there? Talk about it with your friends.
(多媒體為學生提供創(chuàng)編對話時所需的地點、各種交通工具的詞及句型)
On holiday,I want to go on a trip to ________.A_________is________. I don’t want to go by ______, I want to take a ________._________is faster than _______.________is slower than________.
(通過創(chuàng)設真實的語言情境鞏固本課所學單詞及句型。)
五、布置作業(yè)(Homework)
讓學生調(diào)查身邊的人或事物,寫一寫_____________is faster /slower than___________.句子。
教學反思:
這節(jié)課是一節(jié)典型的關(guān)于比較級的語法課。小學階段的語法教學應體現(xiàn)隱性語法教學原則,作為教師不應為學生直接講解語言中出現(xiàn)的語法概念,而是應通過創(chuàng)設的語言情境,讓學生在活動中去感悟、理解出現(xiàn)的語法現(xiàn)象,從而掌握所學的語法知識。
本節(jié)課,以分組激勵學生,使學生整節(jié)課興趣盎然。教師為學生呈現(xiàn)了交通工具以及生活中熟悉的動物、人物的圖片,來教學比較級句型________is faster than________._________is slower than __________. 為學生提供了學習英語創(chuàng)設了情境,提供了用英語交流展示的平臺。通過本課的學習,學生能較好地掌握所學單詞和句型,并能積極主動地加以運用,從而達到預期的教學目標。
不足之處:
1.教學預設還應更加充分,教學方法還需更加靈活。
2.學生表達有待進一步提高。
