激情洋溢拓展訓(xùn)練（下）

上期我們介紹了拓展訓(xùn)練的基本概念和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，本期將繼續(xù)介紹拓展訓(xùn)練的意義。

●新時尚標(biāo)志

Modern sense: Outward training is one of the group activity forms， which are the most praised highly. It is a sign of a kind of fashion.

現(xiàn)代感：拓展活動是目前最受推崇的團(tuán)隊活動形式之一，是一種時尚的標(biāo)志。

International: Outward training comes from the training of international famous OUTWARD BOUND， it is different from China's traditional education and training method. The idea that she pursues is the international popular education idea at present， such as environmental protection， the open air， experience， temper the group， challenge ourselves.

國際性：拓展活動源于國際知名的OUTWARD BOUND 訓(xùn)練，不同于中國傳統(tǒng)的教育和培訓(xùn)方式。她推行的理念是目前國際流行的教育理念，如環(huán)保、戶外體驗、團(tuán)隊熔煉，挑戰(zhàn)自我。

●拓展培訓(xùn)的意義對團(tuán)隊的意義

通過團(tuán)隊協(xié)作共同完成各項艱巨任務(wù)，樹立相互配合、相互支持的團(tuán)隊精神及合作意識。
