The Second Plenary Session of the Sixth Chongqing Municipal Committee emphasized that it is necessary to build new advantages based on comprehensive reform and innovation， promote holistic reform led by digital transformation， boost industrial development with scientific and technological innovation， and advance pilot cities of innovative business environment.

Growth comes from stimulated innovation， and innovation leads to the future.

For industry or governance and mechanism or system， only reform and innovative thinking can find a way out of conundrums.

On the way to building a great modern socialist Chongqing in all respects in the new era， we must look for impetus from reform and innovation as a way to have our own modernization.
