山東自貿(mào)實驗區(qū)濟南片區(qū)在全國率先啟動“首席標準官”試點

為發(fā)揮自貿(mào)試驗區(qū)制度創(chuàng)新“試驗田”功能，以制度創(chuàng)新服務國家標準化戰(zhàn)略，近日中國（山東）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)濟南片區(qū)聯(lián)合濟南市市場監(jiān)督管理局共同舉辦“標準化創(chuàng)新發(fā)展研討會暨‘首席標準官試點啟動”活動，通過加強標準化人才智力支撐，促進標準化理念和方法在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理和服務的普及應用和深度融合，助力濟南市打造科技創(chuàng)新與標準一體化發(fā)展核心區(qū)。

山東自貿(mào)試驗區(qū)濟南片區(qū)管委會常務副主任郭凱說：“今年以來，濟南片區(qū)著重抓好科技創(chuàng)新標準化工作，會同濟南市市場監(jiān)督管理局共同出臺《關于推進中國（山東）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)濟南片區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新標準化的若干措施》，從企業(yè)、技術、項目、人才、平臺、區(qū)域、制度創(chuàng)新、國際化等八個方面開展工作，推動標準化與科技創(chuàng)新融合發(fā)展?！?/p>

濟南片區(qū)積極發(fā)揮制度創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢，會同濟南市市場監(jiān)管局印發(fā)《中國（山東）自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)濟南片區(qū)“首席標準官”制度試行方案》，將標準化人才制度建設作為重要抓手和著力點，在全國率先實施推廣“首席標準官”制度，培養(yǎng)標準化人才隊伍、提升企業(yè)標準化管理水平?！笆紫瘶藴使佟敝贫葓猿纸y(tǒng)籌推進、試點先行，選取部分具有行業(yè)代表性的科技創(chuàng)新企業(yè)作為試點單位，積極探索標準官工作的有效舉措，后期面向濟南片區(qū)高新技術、專精特新、“瞪羚企業(yè)”“獨角獸企業(yè)”等優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)進行全面推廣，助力企業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

To fulfill the function of system innovation in the Pilot Free Trade Zone， and to serve the national standardization strategy， Jinan Area of China （Shandong） Pilot Free Trade Zone and Jinan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation jointly hosted the “Seminar on Standardization Innovation and the Launch of the ‘Chief Standard Officer Trail” activity. It will help the city to build a a core area for the integrated development of science and technology innovation and standards， through strengthening the intellectual support of standardization talents， promoting a popular application and deep integration of standardization concepts and methods in the production， operation， management and services of enterprises.
