落子宋韻，起筆不藏鋒

600多年前，明代杭州府學(xué)教授徐一夔遍訪杭州，撰寫《宋行宮考》，尋蹤南宋皇城的印記。如今，雖然已經(jīng)很難考證徐一夔是不是為浙江尋找宋韻的第一人，但不可否認的是，浙江人對于宋文化，始終有著深深的情結(jié)。

宋韻風(fēng)華今安在？浙江看到了時代之問，并積極應(yīng)答。

2021年8月31日，浙江召開高規(guī)格文化工作會議，提出實施“宋韻文化傳世工程”。2022年6月，浙江再次畫下“著重號”—實施宋韻文化傳世工程。宋韻，是浙江立志要打造的一張文化金名片。

11月18日，2022宋韻文化節(jié)啟幕，德壽宮正式亮相。一系列豐富多彩的活動，讓宋韻文化撲面而來。

實施“宋韻文化傳世工程”一年來，浙江做了什么，想了什么？問題的答案逐漸明晰。

小到一只青瓷水杯、一本宋風(fēng)雅韻之書，大到一座皇家宮殿遺址保護，一場城市文化建設(shè)……宋韻，走進生活、滋養(yǎng)人心。銜接起古與今的浩瀚時空與深厚積淀，面向未來的宋韻落子詩畫江南，正在拼接起活力浙江推進共同富裕的文化譜系。

魅力

這幾個月，德壽宮持續(xù)吸引著人們的關(guān)注。

一開始，是一面紅墻—德壽宮“百米紅墻”火上熱搜，引來一波波打卡拍照熱潮。岱赭色宮墻，融入了煙雨江南特有的氤氳與朦朧，帶來濃郁的宋韻氛圍感。

后來，是百花齊放的探營—11月14日，德壽宮舉辦首次探營。人們帶著好奇和期待，追尋著各大媒體的報道，在社交媒體上積極討論如何預(yù)約參觀，爭相拼湊著心目中德壽宮的全貌，想看看這座南宋臨安城內(nèi)的重要宮苑如何“氣象繁盛”。

緊接著，是驚艷登場—11月18日，德壽宮正式亮相。杭州南宋德壽宮遺址博物館館長施云姝介紹：“近20年來，德壽宮遺址經(jīng)過4次較大規(guī)?？脊虐l(fā)掘。2020年底，德壽宮遺址保護展示工程暨南宋博物院（一期）正式開工，依托考古遺址，采取了室內(nèi)展陳、數(shù)字化展示、遺址模擬展示等手段，系統(tǒng)講述南宋歷史文化的全貌。”

老百姓對于德壽宮的熱愛和追捧，也證實了宋韻文化的魅力。我們需要更多更美的“德壽宮”，來觸摸宋韻、感知宋韻。

一年來，這樣充滿“含宋量”的時刻，還有很多。

9月28日，溫州。溫州（朔門）古港遺址重大考古發(fā)現(xiàn)在國家文物局“考古中國”重大項目發(fā)布會上正式官宣。遺址中發(fā)現(xiàn)了古城水、陸城門相關(guān)建筑遺跡、成組碼頭等保存較好的古代遺跡，并出土了兩艘沉船以及數(shù)以噸計的宋元瓷片堆積和形式各樣的漆木器等。其規(guī)模之龐大、體系之完整，為國內(nèi)外罕見，成功再現(xiàn)了宋元時期溫州港的繁榮之景，為“海上絲綢之路”研究提供重要見證。

7月30日，杭州。杭州國家版本館盛大啟幕，揭開充滿“現(xiàn)代宋韻”的時代之作。園景互融、多重院落，是宋文化的“掩映之美”；斷壁修復(fù)成茶壟，是宋人清雅脫俗、淡泊悠遠的畫中意境；奪人眼球的藝術(shù)青瓷屏扇門，來自創(chuàng)新改良的龍泉窯，一出場便風(fēng)靡全網(wǎng)……

9月29日，北京。“中國歷代繪畫大系”成果展驚艷亮相國家博物館。展品中，《千里江山圖》長卷燈光效果圖堪稱絕妙，展現(xiàn)宋畫高峰；“南宋四家”之一馬遠的《踏歌圖》，將百姓的安居樂業(yè)刻畫到極致……這一誕生于浙江的國家級文化工程，從最早的“兩岸故宮宋畫”擴大為《宋畫全集》，拓展延伸到如今的“中國歷代繪畫大系”項目，其成果展觀者如云、一票難約，再次詮釋了宋韻魅力。

還有每時每刻、持續(xù)不斷的努力。書架上，各類宋文化書籍紛紛上新。入門級歷史讀物《宋韻文化簡讀》以200多頁的篇幅，濃縮波瀾壯闊的歷史畫卷；用考古回到現(xiàn)場的《在田野里看見宋朝》，開啟對宋代社會的沉浸式訪問體驗。此外，翻開宋韻文化研究計劃目錄，《宋代制度史》《兩宋歷史文化讀本》《宋畫品匯》等13個系列研究已經(jīng)立項。

引力

宋韻文化一次次“出圈”的背后，是政府推動，也是民意所向。

今年8月，宋韻文化傳世工程指導(dǎo)委員會成立。浙江省委宣傳部牽頭研究編制了《宋韻文化傳世工程實施方案》，提出實施宋韻文化研究、遺址保護、數(shù)字展示、品牌塑造、文旅融合、文化傳播等“六大行動”，有力有效推進宋韻文化保護、提升、研究、傳承等各項工作。

實施“六大行動”，以及謀劃宋韻文化研究全輯、南宋皇城考古遺址公園等10余項標志性成果，基本構(gòu)筑了支撐宋韻文化傳世工程的“四梁八柱”。

無形之韻，正借助有形之載體得以呈現(xiàn)，讓浙江的“含宋量”深入人心。一年來，全省各地奮楫揚帆，不斷擦亮“宋韻文化”名片。

眼下，杭州祭出了“承、工、時”三字訣，即傳承守護宋韻遺跡，將宋韻文化植入生活場景，用現(xiàn)代方式創(chuàng)新宋韻文化。漫步杭城街頭，南宋御街、南宋書房、南宋糕點鋪等，串起一幅宋韻文化的生活圖景；各類宋韻文化展示、宋韻主題講座、宋韻文創(chuàng)研發(fā)、宋韻主題出版等，裝點出城市的“宋韻氣質(zhì)”。

宋韻文化，便以這樣的方式，由遠及近，走近百姓身邊。

它是一卷悠揚的詩—紹興舉辦陸游文化節(jié)，頒出“陸游詩歌獎”，發(fā)布《宋韻越城地圖》與《陸游詩詞地圖· 紹興卷》；

它是一條人文的街—金華圍繞李清照寄居的酒坊巷，以八詠樓為核心，遷建一批與南宋文人有關(guān)的歷史建筑，打造南宋文化風(fēng)情街；

它是一個數(shù)字的館—臺州府城宋韻 · 詩路文化體驗館正式開館，數(shù)字技術(shù)讓宋詩宋詞“活起來”，也借詩詞串起全域旅游；

它是一條蜿蜒的河—在衢州常山，“宋詩之河”文化標識逐步清晰，宋詩元素融入城市建設(shè)……

打造宋韻文化傳世工程的過程中，人們細細數(shù)來，原來，宋韻文化早就悄悄隱于這方水土。如今，隨著生活水平的提高，人們所期待的物質(zhì)豐富、精神富足、文化多元、生活美滿，也與宋韻文化的氣息一脈相承。

我們看到，宋之韻，更加鮮活。博物館、圖書館里的“宋韻奇妙夜”，聽見小朋友們在問“十萬個為什么”；宋韻潮流激發(fā)了今人的想象，宋庭印象絲巾、“氣蘊東方”宋韻美妝、“天下龍泉”青瓷、舌尖上的宋韻等“宋潮”產(chǎn)品，粗粗一數(shù)，已達上百種……

我們記得，宋之景，更加生動。今年央視春晚中，根據(jù)《富春山居圖》創(chuàng)作的音舞詩畫節(jié)目《憶江南》驚喜刷屏。宋韻面對千萬大眾揮一揮衣袖，引來“唱念俱佳、賞心悅目的春晚清流”的贊譽。它讓觀眾沉浸在中國傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代科技結(jié)合的意境之中，體味到國泰民安的山河之美、中華之美。

動力

今天，我們?yōu)槭裁淳劢顾雾崳?/p>

浙江在寫一篇大文章。

這篇文章面向歷史。陳寅恪先生說過：“華夏民族之文化，歷數(shù)千載之演進，造極于趙宋之世?！?/p>

北宋文化的浸潤，南宋文化高峰的厚植，決定了浙江是兩宋文化遺存的富集之地，處處彰顯宋韻文化的氣質(zhì)神韻。宋之于浙江，實在是個很玄妙的東西—它散作滿天星，如空氣般無處不在，浸潤出浙江的風(fēng)土人情。

這篇文章面向當(dāng)代。千年宋韻呈現(xiàn)出的治理智慧、哲學(xué)智慧和文化智慧，正在被當(dāng)下浙江的發(fā)展充分汲取、吸收并運用，千年宋韻從“無形之韻”，嬗變?yōu)檎憬餐辉Ｊ痉秴^(qū)建設(shè)的有形之舉。

這篇文章面向未來。宋韻文化是中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分，也是浙江實現(xiàn)“兩個先行”的重要精神資源，是浙江邁向中國式現(xiàn)代化進程中不竭的動力。

挖掘宋韻文化，是浙江責(zé)無旁貸的使命。我們要做的，正是將滿天星匯聚成一團火，讓這團火燒得旺旺的，在歷史長河中標注出浙江鮮明的文化標識。

一年多來，宋韻文化的起筆正引發(fā)越來越多的關(guān)注，出現(xiàn)在海內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)界、文化界的朋友圈。人們也有了更高的要求、更高的期待：宋韻文化的概念定義如何形成統(tǒng)一的話語體系，應(yīng)用性研究如何加大加強，支撐宋韻文化品牌的標志性成果如何閃亮……

目前，全省各地已謀劃了一批重點項目，初步建立起了宋韻文化傳世工程項目庫。更全面的文旅體驗，更響亮的文化名片……未來，宋韻文化的書寫，終將落筆在每個人身上。

江南一枕錢塘水，宋韻千年入夢來。夢想，正照進現(xiàn)實，它讓我們在古與今的浩瀚時空中，貢獻一塊名為“江南”的珍貴拼圖，找到屬于浙江的精神坐標。

The Sharp Pen of the Song Dynasty Culture

More than 600 years ago, Xu Yikui, a headmaster of Hangzhou Prefectural School in the Ming dynasty (1368-1644),visited Hangzhou all over the place and wroteA Survey of the Auxiliary Palace of the Songto trace the imprints and traces of the imperial city of the Southern Song dynasty (1127-1279). Now, it is difficult to verify whether Xu Yikui was the first person to look for Song Yun, or the charm of Song dynasty culture in Zhejiang,but it is undeniable that Zhejiang people have always had a deep affection for it.

Where is Song Yun today? Zhejiang people know the question of the times and have responded actively. On August 31, 2021, the Zhejiang government held a high-level cultural work conference and proposed the implementation of the program to “pass down the Song dynasty culture for generations”. In June 2022, Zhejiang once again emphasized the program. The Song dynasty culture is a golden business card that Zhejiang is determined to polish.

On November 18, 2022 the Song Yun Cultural Festival kicked off, and the Deshou Palace was officially unveiled. A series of colorful activities brought Song dynasty culture to the fore.In 2022, what has Zhejiang done? A celadon cup, a book on the Song style, or the protection of an imperial palace site, and an urban cultural construction ... The Song dynasty culture enters life and nourishes people’s hearts. Connecting the vast time and space and the profound accumulation of ancient and modern, the future-oriented Song Yun program is localized in the poetic and picturesqueJiangnan(south of the Yangtze River) to promote the cultural foundation of common prosperity.

In recent months, the Deshou Palace has continued to attract people’s attention. In the beginning, it was a red wall —its “100-meter red wall” became suddenly popular, drawing waves of photographers. The ochre-colored palace walls are infused with the mist and haze unique to theJiangnanregion, bringing a strong sense of Song atmosphere. Later, it was various types of probing tours. November 14, 2022 saw the first tour. With curiosity and anticipation, people followed media reports, actively discussing how to make a ticket appointment on social media,and scrambling to piece together the whole picture of the Deshou Palace in their minds, wanting to see how imposing this important palace in Lin’an city (present-day Hangzhou) in the Southern Song dynasty was.

The day November 18 marked the debut of the palace. Shi Yunshu, director of the Southern Song Dynasty Deshou Palace Ruins Museum, said, “In the past 20 years, the site has undergone four large-scale archaeological excavations. At the end of 2020,the site protection and exhibition project and the Southern Song Dynasty Museum Deshou Palace Ruins (Phase I) officially started.Relying on the archaeological site, we adopted the means of indoor exhibition, digital display, site simulation display to systematically tell the whole picture of the history and culture of the Southern Song dynasty.” The citizens’ love and admiration for the Deshou Palace also showed the appeal of Song culture. We need more and more beautiful “Deshou Palaces” to touch and feel the Song dynasty culture.

Over the past year, there have been many such moments of the culture. On September 28, the major archaeological discovery of Wenzhou (Shuomen) Ancient Port Site was officially announced at the major project release of “Archaeological China” by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. In the ruins, well-preserved ancient relics such as the architectural remains of the water and land gates of the ancient city and the wharfs in a chain were found, and two sunken ships, tons of Song and Yuan (1216-1368)porcelain sherds, and various forms of lacquer woodware were unearthed. Its large scale and complete system are rare at home and abroad. It successfully reproduces the prosperity of Wenzhou Port in the Song and Yuan dynasties and provides an important witness for the study of the “Maritime Silk Road”.

On July 30, the grand opening of the Hangzhou branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture unveiled the work of the era full of “modern Song culture”. The blending of garden landscapes and multiple courtyards embodies the “beauty of concealment” of Song culture; the repair of broken quarry surface into tea fields is the artistic conception of Song people’s paintings in an elegant and refined, indifferent and distant style;the eye-catching artistic celadon screen doors made of improved Longquan kiln tiles have become popular all over the Internet as soon as they appeared...

On September 29, the exhibition of achievements in compilingA Comprehensive Collection of Ancient Chinese Paintingswas unveiled at the National Museum in Beijing. Among the exhibits, the lighting effect map of a long-scroll paintingA Panorama of Rivers and Mountainsis wonderful, showing the peak of Song painting; Ma Yuan (1140-1225), one of the “four masters of the Southern Song dynasty”, perfectly portrays in hisDancing and Singingthe people’s peaceful life and work.... This state-level cultural project born in Zhejiang has expanded toA Collection of Song Dynasty Paintingsand now to the current projectA Comprehensive Collection of Ancient Chinese Paintings.The exhibition of achievements in compilingA Comprehensive Collectionwas such a hit that it was difficult to get a ticket. This once again reveals the charm of Song culture.

And the continuous efforts come from every quarter. On the bookshelves, all kinds of Song culture books have been updated.The entry-level historical bookA Brief Reading of Song Culturecondenses the magnificent historical picture scroll in just 200-odd pages;Seeing the Song Dynasty in the Fieldis an archaeological review of the original scenes, which opens an immersive visit experience to the society of the Song dynasty. In addition, 13 series of research projects have been established, such as “The Institutional History of the Song Dynasty”, “Readers in History and Culture of the Northern and Southern Song Dynasties”,“Collections of Comments on Song Paintings” and so on.

The government and the will of the public are behind the recurrent craze of Song culture. In August, local authorities began the work in designing the “Implementation Plan for the Project of Inheriting Song Culture”, proposing “six major actions” such as Song culture research, Song site protection, digital display,brand building, cultural tourism integration, and cultural communication, effectively promoting the protection, upgrading,research and inheritance of Song culture. In the implementation of the “six major actions” and the planning of more than 10 landmark achievements such as a complete collection of Song culture research publications and the Archaeological Site Park of the Southern Song Imperial City, we have basically established the “four beams and eight pillars” that support the project of inheriting Song culture.

The intangible culture is being materialized with the help of tangible carriers. Over the past year, all parts of the province have been constantly polishing our business card of Song Yun.

Right now, Hangzhou plans to inherit and protect the relics of Song culture, to implant Song culture into life scenes and to innovate Song culture in a modern way. Strolling on the streets of Hangzhou, you canfind that the Imperial Street of the Southern Song dynasty, the Study of the Southern Song dynasty, the pastry shops of the Southern Song dynasty, etc. string together a picture of the life of Song culture; and various Song culture exhibitions, Song theme lectures, Song culture creative research and development, Song theme publishing, etc. embellish the city’s“Song temperament”.

It is a volume of melodious poetry: Shaoxing held the Lu You Cultural Festival, awarded Lu You Poetry Award, releasedMap of Yuecheng in the Song Dynasty and Map of Lu You’s Poetry in Shaoxing, in honor of the Southern Song poet Lu You (1125-1210). It is a humanistic street: Jinhua focuses on Jiufang Lane where Li Qingzhao (1084-1155) lived, with the Bayong Building as the core, relocating and building a number of historical buildings related to the literati in the Southern Song dynasty, to form a cultural street of Southern Song folklore. It is a digital museum: With Taizhou Prefecture Song City-Poetry Road Cultural Experience Museum officially opened, digital technology makes Song Poetry alive, and strings together whole-area tourism with poetry. It is a meandering river: In Changshan, Quzhou,the cultural identity of “River of Song Poetry” gradually becomes clear cut, and elements of Song poetry are integrated into urban construction ...

In the process of carrying out the program of inheriting Song culture, people find that Song culture has been quietly hidden in this place for a long time. Today, with the improvement of living standards, the abundance of material and spiritual life, cultural diversity and happiness are in line with the atmosphere of the Song dynasty culture. We can see that Song culture is more vivid. In the“Wonderful Night of Song Culture” in museums and libraries,we hear children asking for “one hundred thousand reasons”. The trend of Song culture has stimulated the imagination of today’s people, “Song Court Impression” silk scarfs, “Orient-style Song”makeup, “Longquan of the World” celadon, Song-style cuisine have appeared by the hundreds ... In the 2022 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, the music, dance, poetry and painting program Recalling Jiangnan based on Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains surprised the audience and brought the praise of “excellent singing and reciting, pleasing to the eye as a clear stream of the Spring Festival Gala”. It allowed the audience to immerse themselves in the artistic conception of the combination of traditional Chinese culture and modern technology, and appreciate the beauty of the mountains and rivers and the beauty of China.
