為充分發(fā)揮先進(jìn)典型表率示范作用，激勵(lì)全辦干部職工和全體黨員、黨組織奮發(fā)進(jìn)取、創(chuàng)先爭(zhēng)優(yōu)，以實(shí)干實(shí)績(jī)迎接黨的二十大勝利召開(kāi)，6月30日，市政府外辦召開(kāi)“慶七一 喜迎二十大”座談會(huì)。

市政府外辦黨組書(shū)記、主任王雯出席座談會(huì)，并講專(zhuān)題黨課；辦黨組成員、二級(jí)巡視員、機(jī)關(guān)黨委書(shū)記王廣成主持會(huì)議。辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、離退休老領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，“光榮在黨50年”老黨員，“資深地方外事工作者”，“兩優(yōu)一先”獲獎(jiǎng)個(gè)人及基層黨組織負(fù)責(zé)人，機(jī)關(guān)各處室、直屬單位正副職，各支部黨員代表參加座談會(huì)。市政府外辦其他干部職工、離退休人員通過(guò)線(xiàn)上視頻收看座談會(huì)實(shí)況。

在雄壯激昂的國(guó)歌聲中，會(huì)議拉開(kāi)序幕。與會(huì)全體黨員面對(duì)黨旗，集體重溫入黨誓詞，錚錚誓言鐫刻于心。會(huì)議向“光榮在黨50年”老黨員、外交外事戰(zhàn)線(xiàn)上的“資深地方外事工作者”代表頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書(shū)，對(duì)全辦一年來(lái)黨建工作表現(xiàn)突出的先進(jìn)集體和個(gè)人給予表彰。

5名“光榮在黨50年”老黨員，“資深地方外事工作者”“兩優(yōu)一先”代表分別結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷，立足本職崗位，暢談心得體會(huì)，就進(jìn)一步做好外事工作，推動(dòng)重慶外事高質(zhì)量發(fā)展等方面發(fā)表感言。大家紛紛表示，要以老黨員、老同志和先進(jìn)典型為榜樣，深刻感悟作為黨員和地方外事工作者的光榮與擔(dān)當(dāng)，始終銘記黨的百年光輝歷史，堅(jiān)定理想信念，謳歌黨的偉大與輝煌，傳承紅色基因，庚續(xù)紅色血脈，汲取繼續(xù)奮進(jìn)的智慧與力量，增強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)和履職創(chuàng)新能力，堅(jiān)持圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局，忠實(shí)履職盡責(zé)，為推動(dòng)全市外事港澳友協(xié)工作奉獻(xiàn)力量。

會(huì)上，王雯圍繞“堅(jiān)定捍衛(wèi)‘兩個(gè)確立’，堅(jiān)決做到‘兩個(gè)維護(hù)’，以實(shí)干實(shí)績(jī)迎接黨的二十大勝利召開(kāi)”主題，為大家講授了一堂生動(dòng)的黨課。王雯談到，我們要深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十九屆六中全會(huì)精神和市第六次黨代會(huì)精神，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化政治機(jī)關(guān)意識(shí)教育和對(duì)黨忠誠(chéng)教育，通過(guò)感悟“兩個(gè)確立”蘊(yùn)含的歷史邏輯、理論邏輯、實(shí)踐邏輯，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)對(duì)“兩個(gè)確立”的政治認(rèn)同、思想認(rèn)同、理論認(rèn)同、情感認(rèn)同，進(jìn)一步提高做到“兩個(gè)維護(hù)”的思想自覺(jué)、政治自覺(jué)、行動(dòng)自覺(jué)，不斷增強(qiáng)維護(hù)意識(shí)、堅(jiān)定維護(hù)行動(dòng)、提高維護(hù)能力、確保維護(hù)效果，努力在統(tǒng)籌謀劃工作上“扣扣子”、在干事創(chuàng)業(yè)上“擔(dān)擔(dān)子”、在工作落實(shí)上“釘釘子”，切實(shí)把思想統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，把力量凝聚起來(lái)，努力為推動(dòng)全市外事港澳友協(xié)事業(yè)取得更大榮光奉獻(xiàn)力量，以實(shí)干實(shí)績(jī)迎接黨的二十大勝利召開(kāi)！

Themed Event on “Remembering the Glorious History, Carrying Forward the Hongyan Spirit,Earnestly Studying the Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, and Scaling New Heights for Chongqing’s Foreign Affairs Work” Held at Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office

6月15日，市政府外辦黨組書(shū)記、主任王雯帶隊(duì)來(lái)到紅巖革命紀(jì)念館，開(kāi)展“銘記光榮歷史 傳承紅巖精神 深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平外交思想 努力開(kāi)創(chuàng)重慶外事工作新局面”主題活動(dòng)。王雯要求，全體參學(xué)人員要用功學(xué)，深學(xué)篤用習(xí)近平外交思想，宣傳貫徹落實(shí)市第六次黨代會(huì)精神；要用心看，潛心體會(huì)，身臨其境感受這里所進(jìn)行的偉大斗爭(zhēng)和永載史冊(cè)的艱辛實(shí)踐；要用情悟，深切緬懷革命先烈、重溫光榮歷史、傳承紅巖精神；要用力做，立足本職，銳意進(jìn)取，努力開(kāi)創(chuàng)重慶外事工作新局面。辦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各處室（直屬單位）負(fù)責(zé)人、年輕干部代表，以及市級(jí)部門(mén)、區(qū)縣外事干部代表等30余人參加此次活動(dòng)。

在紅巖革命紀(jì)念館，鮮紅的黨旗下，大家重溫入黨誓詞，莊嚴(yán)宣誓對(duì)黨忠誠(chéng)，為共產(chǎn)主義奮斗終生。在中共中央南方局舊址，紅巖聯(lián)線(xiàn)授課人員結(jié)合黨史故事講微黨課；市政府外辦黨組書(shū)記、主任王雯帶領(lǐng)大家學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平外交思想，并圍繞增強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略自信進(jìn)行了交流研討。

王雯表示，在中共中央南方局舊址的參觀見(jiàn)學(xué)，讓大家身臨其境追憶崢嶸歲月，緬懷革命先烈，感受重慶作為我們黨外事工作者的搖籃，在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期和解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)初期，在毛主席和黨中央的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，周恩來(lái)帶領(lǐng)中共中央南方局在這里所進(jìn)行的偉大斗爭(zhēng)和永載史冊(cè)的艱辛實(shí)踐。通過(guò)參觀、學(xué)習(xí)、交流，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)黨史和習(xí)近平外交思想的學(xué)習(xí)，啟發(fā)大家思考，以史為鑒，開(kāi)創(chuàng)未來(lái)，在市第六次黨代會(huì)精神的指引下，踔厲奮發(fā)、跨越趕超，努力干出新時(shí)代“第一等的工作”，推動(dòng)全市外事港澳友協(xié)事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

National Day Celebration of the Republic of Italy Held in Chongqing

On June 1, the Consulate-General of Italy in Chongqing celebrated the National Day or Festa della Repubblica of Italy Chongqing. The event was attended by Madam Zhang Ling,Vice-Chairperson of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC,and Mr. Guido Bilancini, Consul-General of Italy in Chongqing. Mr. Luca Ferrari, the Italian Ambassador to China sent congratulations via video.

Zhang Ling said that Italy is an important country in the European Union and a major partner of Chongqing in its economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges with Europe. This year, as the China-Italy Year of Culture and Tourism is about to be relaunched,it is hoped that exchanges and cooperation will be deepened with Italy,especially in the fields of sub-national friendly exchanges, culture,education, and tourism. Meanwhile, continuous efforts will be made in the manufacturing sector, science and technology innovation, and the high-end service industry for wider scope and a higher level of cooperation, and the implementation of more projects.

Bilancini said that the Chongqing Municipal Government, especially its Foreign Affairs Office, has offered substantive support to the Consulate-General of Italy in holding activities in Chongqing. The friendly ties between the Consulate-General of Italy in Chongqing and the relevant departments of the Chongqing Municipal Government are the epitome of the sound bilateral relations between the two countries, which have withstood various challenges and inspired key and rich interactions and cooperation.

意大利共和國(guó)國(guó)慶日慶祝活動(dòng)在渝舉行

6月1日，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館在渝舉辦意大利共和國(guó)國(guó)慶日慶?；顒?dòng)，重慶市政協(xié)副主席張玲、意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事畢嵐祺出席活動(dòng)。意大利駐華大使方瀾意通過(guò)視頻向意大利同胞致以節(jié)日祝賀。

張玲表示，意大利是歐盟重要國(guó)家，是重慶在歐洲重要的經(jīng)貿(mào)人文合作伙伴。今年，在中意文化旅游年即將重啟的大背景下，希望與意大利重點(diǎn)深化在地方友好、文化、教育、旅游領(lǐng)域的交流合作。同時(shí)，繼續(xù)以制造業(yè)、科技創(chuàng)新、高端服務(wù)業(yè)為著力點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步拓寬合作領(lǐng)域、提升合作層次，促成更多項(xiàng)目落地。

畢嵐祺表示，重慶市政府特別是市政府外辦對(duì)總領(lǐng)事館在渝舉辦活動(dòng)給予了大力支持。意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館與重慶市政府各相關(guān)單位的良好關(guān)系是兩國(guó)雙邊關(guān)系的一面鏡子，經(jīng)受住了各種考驗(yàn)，也碰撞出重要又豐富的交往合作。

UK’s Queen Elizabeth II’s Birthday Reception and Platinum Jubilee Celebration Held in Chongqing

On June 9, the British Consulate-General in Chongqing held Queen Elizabeth II’s Birthday Reception and Platinum Jubilee Celebration in Chongqing. The event was attended by Consul-General Stephen Ellison and staff of the British Consulate-General in Chongqing, representatives of British businesses and expatriates in Chongqing, representatives from Chongqing and relevant provinces within the consular district of the British Consulate-General in Chongqing, and consuls general and representatives of various countries in Chongqing.

6月9日，英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館在渝舉辦英國(guó)女王生日酒會(huì)暨白金禧年慶典，英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事史云森及領(lǐng)館人員、在渝英國(guó)企業(yè)及僑民代表、重慶市及英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)區(qū)相關(guān)省的代表、各國(guó)駐渝總領(lǐng)事及代表等出席活動(dòng)。

Swiss National Day Reception Held in Chongqing

On June 20, the Swiss National Day Reception was held at the China-Swiss Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area. In her speech, Consul-General Conny Camenzind, who was about to complete her posting and return to Switzerland,said that she was often asked “What is the secret of Switzerland’s prosperity?”, and “Why is Switzerland such an innovative country?” These questions will be answered at a public diplomacy event of Switzerland in China this year titled “Swissplained”. The Consulate-General of Switzerland in Chengdu will continue to seek cooperation platforms with Southwest China.

瑞士國(guó)慶招待會(huì)在渝舉行

6月20日，瑞士國(guó)慶招待會(huì)在中瑞（重慶兩江）產(chǎn)業(yè)園舉行。即將離任回國(guó)的高凱琳總領(lǐng)事在致辭中表示，經(jīng)常被問(wèn)到“瑞士如此繁榮，秘訣是什么？”“為什么瑞士是具有創(chuàng)新力的國(guó)家？”這些問(wèn)題將在今年的瑞士駐華公共外交活動(dòng)“瑞釋一下”中一一解答。瑞士駐成都總領(lǐng)事館將繼續(xù)與中國(guó)西南地區(qū)尋求合作平臺(tái)。

Chongqing-HK Joint Delegation Paid an Inspection Tour to Dazu District and Yongchuan District

From June 21to 22, Zhang Yaxi, Deputy Director-General of the Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office (CQFAO) led a Chongqing-HK joint delegation to Dazu and Yongchuan Districts, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the industrial development in the two districts and the demand for promoting further development with resources of foreign as well as Hong Kong and Macao affairs. The event was part of the efforts to build Chongqing as a Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China and provide strong dynamism for opening-up and development. Also attending the investigation were Wang Jun, Level-II Inspector of the Department of Exchanges of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council; Wang Nuojun, Director of the Liaison Office of the Hong Kong SAR Government in Chongqing; and Wang Bingxuan,Deputy Director of the Office of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Chongqing.

The research group had discussions with relevant departments of both Dazu and Yongchuan District Governments. Zhang Yaxi said that the CQFAO is willing to continue to act as a bridge to build Chongqing into a Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China by utilizing the existing foreign, Hong Kong and Macao affairs resources to build an exchange platform and provide information for the interactions between the districts/counties of Chongqing and Hong Kong and Macao, and enhance coordination in multiple fields of cooperation.

渝港聯(lián)合調(diào)研組赴大足、永川考察

6月21日至22日，市政府外辦副主任張婭茜率渝港聯(lián)合調(diào)研組赴大足區(qū)、永川區(qū)調(diào)研，深入了解兩區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況和對(duì)外事港澳資源助力發(fā)展的需求，推動(dòng)中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，高質(zhì)量服務(wù)開(kāi)放發(fā)展。國(guó)務(wù)院港澳辦交流司二級(jí)巡視員王軍、香港特區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處主任王諾君、香港貿(mào)易發(fā)展局重慶代表處副主任汪冰璇等出席調(diào)研和考察對(duì)接活動(dòng)。

調(diào)研組一行分別與大足區(qū)、永川區(qū)政府及有關(guān)部門(mén)進(jìn)行座談交流。張婭茜表示，市政府外辦愿繼續(xù)發(fā)揮橋梁紐帶作用，圍繞中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，利用現(xiàn)有外事港澳資源，積極搭建交流平臺(tái)，提供信息，為區(qū)縣與香港澳門(mén)交流牽線(xiàn)搭橋，促進(jìn)各項(xiàng)合作對(duì)接。

調(diào)研組一行考察了大足區(qū)企業(yè)及農(nóng)文旅融合發(fā)展情況，永川綜合保稅區(qū)建設(shè)進(jìn)展情況。

The delegation inspected the development of companies in Dazu District and the integrated development of agriculture, culture, and tourism, and learned about the progress of the construction of the Yongchuan Comprehensive Free Trade Zone.

The event was also attended by the persons in charge of the Division of Hong Kong and Macao Affairs and the Information Division of CQFAO.

British Consul-General in Chongqing Led a Business Delegation to Fuling District

On June 15, Li Mingquan, Deputy Director-General of the CQFAO, led the relevant divisions, together with Stephen Ellison, the British Consul-General in Chongqing, led a British business delegation to Fuling District.During the inspection tour, they discussed matters regarding promoting exchanges and cooperation between Fuling District, Chongqing and the UK in fields such as culture and creativity, automobiles, advanced manufacturing, and chemicals.

Li Mingquan and the persons in charge of relevant divisions of the CQFAO attended a work meeting on foreign affairs in Fuling District, where they discussed:

● Thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping’s Thought on Diplomacy, the spirit of the Sixth Chongqing Municipal Congress of the CPC, and the spirit of the work conference on foreign affairs in Chongqing;

● Making concerted efforts to build Chongqing as a pioneer of opening-up in inland China and a Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China;

● Giving full play to Fuling’s advantages and making good use of various foreign-related resources to serve national diplomacy and promote local opening-up and development;

● Striking a balance between development and safety and doing a good job in managing foreign-related services in the new era.

The meeting was also attended by the persons in charge of relevant departments of Fuling District.

英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事率商務(wù)代表團(tuán)考察調(diào)研涪陵

6月15日，市政府外辦副主任李明全率相關(guān)處室與英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事史云森率領(lǐng)的英國(guó)商務(wù)代表團(tuán)一行赴涪陵區(qū)考察，探討促進(jìn)重慶市涪陵區(qū)與英國(guó)在文化創(chuàng)意、汽車(chē)、先進(jìn)制造和化工等領(lǐng)域的交流合作事宜。

李明全及市政府外辦相關(guān)處室負(fù)責(zé)人參加了涪陵區(qū)外事工作座談會(huì)，就深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平外交思想、市第六次黨代會(huì)精神和全市外事工作會(huì)議精神，緊扣內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放高地建設(shè)和中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，充分發(fā)揮涪陵特色優(yōu)勢(shì)，用好各類(lèi)涉外資源，服務(wù)國(guó)家總體外交，助力地方開(kāi)放發(fā)展；統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展和安全，高質(zhì)量做好新時(shí)期涉外服務(wù)管理工作等主題進(jìn)行了座談交流。涪陵區(qū)相關(guān)職能部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人出席會(huì)議。

Research on Developing the Demonstration Site for International Cooperation on Rural Revitalization in Pengshui County

From June 21to 22, Feng Zimin, Member of the Leading Party Members’Group and Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, led a team to Pengshui County for special research on the development of the demonstration site for international cooperation on rural revitalization. He had a meeting with Wang Fanpeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Pengshui County Committee and Executive Vice County Mayor of Pengshui as well as Liu Yu, Vice County Mayor of Pengshui.

Given the rural revitalization and socio-economic development in Pengshui County, the two sides had an in-depth exchange in the following areas: 1)jointly developing the demonstration site for international cooperation on rural revitalization; 2) supporting and cooperating with the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs in its pairing-up assistance work; 3) boosting the development of the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China; and 4) serving the overall national diplomacy and Chongqing’s economic and social development. They both agreed that the top priority is to integrate and optimize resources, plan key programs for cooperation, and generate visible results of demonstration projects.

During the research, Deputy Director-General Feng Zimin and his colleagues also paid a visit to the Training Center of Dongliu Village, Baojia Town, Pengshui County, the Xinxiwang Modern Breeding Base, and the Demonstration Site of Culture-Tourism Integrated Development in Zhoujiazhai Village, Shangan Township

The research tour was also attended by heads of the Secretariat of the Office of Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee,the Department of Asian Affairs of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, relevant departments of Pengshui County, and Pengshui towns/townships.

調(diào)研彭水縣鄉(xiāng)村振興國(guó)際合作示范點(diǎn)建設(shè)工作

6月21日至22日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任馮子敏帶隊(duì)赴彭水縣，開(kāi)展鄉(xiāng)村振興國(guó)際合作示范點(diǎn)建設(shè)工作專(zhuān)題調(diào)研，并與彭水縣委常委、縣政府常務(wù)副縣長(zhǎng)王凡鵬及縣政府副縣長(zhǎng)劉鈺座談交流。

雙方結(jié)合彭水縣鄉(xiāng)村振興及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際，就合作共建鄉(xiāng)村振興國(guó)際合作示范點(diǎn)，支持配合中央外辦定點(diǎn)幫扶工作，助推中西部國(guó)際交往中心建設(shè)，積極服務(wù)國(guó)家總體外交和全市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入交流。雙方商定，當(dāng)務(wù)之急是整合優(yōu)化資源，抓緊謀劃一批重點(diǎn)合作共建事項(xiàng)，形成一批示范性項(xiàng)目和可視化成果。

在調(diào)研中，馮子敏一行還前往彭水縣保家鎮(zhèn)東流村培訓(xùn)中心、新希望現(xiàn)代化養(yǎng)殖基地、善感鄉(xiāng)周家寨村文旅融合示范點(diǎn)等地。

Launched in Chongqing: The 1Workshop on Poverty Reduction and Development for SCO Countries Cross-Border E-Commerce & Digital Economy Training Program for Mexican Middle and Senior Managers

On June 22, under the guidance of the National Rural Revitalization Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the 1edition of the“Workshop on Poverty Reduction and Development for SCO Countries 2022” started at Southwest University, Chongqing. This program was co-organized by the Chongqing Rural Revitalization Administration and the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China, and the Embassy of China in Uzbekistan.

6月22日，在中國(guó)國(guó)家鄉(xiāng)村振興局和外交部指導(dǎo)下，由重慶市鄉(xiāng)村振興局、市政府外辦主辦，烏茲別克斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與減貧部、烏茲別克斯坦駐華大使館、中國(guó)駐烏茲別克斯坦大使館支持的上合組織國(guó)家減貧與發(fā)展2022年重慶第一期研修班在西南大學(xué)開(kāi)班。

來(lái)自烏茲別克斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)與發(fā)展減貧部和塔什干州、撒馬爾罕州等地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展部或經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展總局的30名學(xué)員通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程同步在線(xiàn)培訓(xùn)。本次培訓(xùn)為期10天，開(kāi)設(shè)“重慶脫貧攻堅(jiān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹”“蠶桑絲綢：科學(xué)、技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展”等12個(gè)專(zhuān)題講座，全方位展現(xiàn)重慶市減貧經(jīng)驗(yàn)、鄉(xiāng)村振興成功做法。

根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施計(jì)劃，未來(lái)3年，重慶將為上合組織國(guó)家培訓(xùn)約200名減貧與發(fā)展領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人才。促進(jìn)重慶與上合組織國(guó)家及有關(guān)地區(qū)友好合作關(guān)系深入發(fā)展，造福各方人民。

6月7日，墨西哥中高級(jí)管理人員跨境電商/數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)班儀式在重慶舉行，來(lái)自墨西哥地方政府的近30名學(xué)員線(xiàn)上參加。

本次培訓(xùn)是在紀(jì)念中墨建交50周年背景下，兩國(guó)地方開(kāi)展交流的典型項(xiàng)目。培訓(xùn)課程由重慶工商大學(xué)承辦，采用“線(xiàn)上直播+錄播”方式進(jìn)行。課程包括“企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型與創(chuàng)新”“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式/互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)”等。在近1個(gè)月時(shí)間里，學(xué)員系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)了中國(guó)在跨境電商/數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將有利于促進(jìn)墨西哥電商產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。

30 participants from the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the local economic development departments and the General Directorate for Economic Development of Tashkent and Samarqand Region received the online training. The program provided 12 lectures in 10 days, including“Introduction to Chongqing’s Experience in Poverty Alleviation” and“Sericulture and Silk: Science, Technology and Industrial Development”,which shared Chongqing’s experience in poverty alleviation and best practices for rural revitalization in an all-round way.

According to the plan, Chongqing will train nearly 200 professionals in poverty reduction and development for SCO countries in the next 3 years, thus enhancing friendly cooperation between Chongqing and countries and regions of the SCO and delivering tangible benefits to all.

On June 7, the Cross-Border E-Commerce & Digital Economy Training Program for Mexican Middle and Senior Managers was inaugurated in Chongqing. About 30 managers from Mexican local governments attended the training via the internet.

This program was an excellent example of local exchanges between China and Mexico amid the 50anniversary of China-Mexico diplomatic relations. Organized by Chongqing University of Technology and Industry,this training was conducted through online live streaming and pre-recorded lectures. Specific courses included “Digital Transformation and Innovation of Enterprises” and “Internet Business Model/Internet Marketing”, etc.In nearly one month, the participants will systematically learn about China’s advanced experience in cross-border e-commerce/digital economy,promoting the development of Mexico’s e-commerce industry.

2022 Chongqing International Coffee Culture Festival& The First International Coffee Roasting and Trendy Drinks Exhibition

From June 2to 5, the 2022 Chongqing International Coffee Culture Festival & The First International Coffee Roasting and Trendy Drinks Exhibition was held in Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street.Zhao Shiqing, Secretary of the CPC Yuzhong District Committee, Huang Maojun, Vice District Mayor of Yuzhong, Zhou Yi, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government, and consular officials from Japan, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Hungary, Canada,the Philippines, and Uruguay in Chongqing attended this event.

Zhou Yi said in his speech that coffee consumption is an important symbol for Chongqing to become a center for international consumption.And this event is expected to promote pragmatical cooperation and cultural exchanges between Chongqing and Latin American countries, and to help Chongqing in its efforts of becoming the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China.

H.E. Jesús Seade, Ambassador of Mexico to China, and H.E. Leonardo Kam, Ambassador of Panama to China, delivered speeches via video link,saying that Mexican and Panamanian coffee producers are willing to be one of the main suppliers of premium coffees for China and hope that Chinese consumers can taste the fine specialty coffees from both countries.

重慶國(guó)際咖啡節(jié)暨咖啡烘焙·潮流飲品展舉行

6月2日至5日，重慶國(guó)際咖啡節(jié)暨咖啡烘焙·潮流飲品展在解放碑步行街舉行。渝中區(qū)區(qū)委書(shū)記趙世慶、區(qū)政府區(qū)長(zhǎng)黃茂軍，市政府外辦副主任周毅，菲律賓、日本、緬甸、荷蘭、匈牙利、加拿大、烏拉圭等外國(guó)駐渝領(lǐng)事官員參加活動(dòng)。

周毅致辭表示，咖啡消費(fèi)是重慶建設(shè)國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心城市的一個(gè)重要符號(hào)。希望此次活動(dòng)促進(jìn)重慶與拉美國(guó)家的務(wù)實(shí)合作和文化交流，助推重慶建設(shè)中西部國(guó)際交往中心。

墨西哥駐華大使施雅德、巴拿馬駐華大使甘林通過(guò)視頻致辭表示，墨西哥、巴拿馬咖啡生產(chǎn)商愿意成為中國(guó)特色咖啡的主要供應(yīng)商之一，希望中國(guó)消費(fèi)者能品鑒到兩國(guó)的精品特色咖啡。

The Touring Exhibition of “Japanese Gift-Giving Culture” in Chongqing

From June 1to 21, the 2022 Japan Foundation for International Exchange traveling exhibition, “The Beauty of Exchanging Gifts in Japan: Giving Shape to One’s Thoughts and Emotions”, was launched at the Ecool New Neighborhood Art Center in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Takada Mari, Consul-General of Japan in Chongqing and Wang Guangcheng, Vice President of the Chongqing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries attended the opening ceremony.

Consul-General Takada Mari said that this year marks the 50anniversary of the normalization of China-Japan diplomatic relations. With the support of Japanese and Chinese friends, the Japanese Consulate-General will be committed to promoting China-Japan cooperation and exchanges in various fields such as economy and culture.

According to Vice President Wang Guangcheng, there has been a sound foundation for cooperation and great potential for development between Chongqing and Japan. 6月1日至21日，2022日本國(guó)際交流基金巡回展《日本佳禮 心意成形—日本傳統(tǒng)饋贈(zèng)之美》，在重慶九龍意庫(kù)新鄰里藝術(shù)中心展出。日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事高田真里、市對(duì)外友好協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)王廣成出席開(kāi)幕式。
