友誼的橋梁 文化的使者

為進一步推動文化交流互鑒、促進中外民心相通、搭建中外青少年線上線下相融合的文化交流平臺，中國宋慶齡基金會現(xiàn)啟動2022中國宋慶齡基金會“文化小大使”活動，期待通過本次活動產(chǎn)生更多“文化小大使”，為中外青少年文化交流作出貢獻。

2021年6月至2022年2月，首屆中國宋慶齡基金會“文化小大使”活動成功舉辦?；顒拥玫絹碜晕宕笾?2個國家的青少年熱情參與，衍生活動精彩紛呈，關注熱度不斷攀升，產(chǎn)生了很好的社會反響。

2022年活動以“我最喜歡的中國藝術”為主題，鼓勵海內(nèi)外青少年以視頻形式交流中華文化、講述精彩故事?；顒拥玫搅宋幕吐糜尾繃H交流與合作局、光明網(wǎng)等機構的大力支持，由中國宋慶齡青少年科技文化交流中心聯(lián)合各海外中國文化中心共同承辦。活動詳情請見后附公告。歡迎廣大海內(nèi)外青少年、相關單位踴躍報名！

In order to promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning，tighten people-to-people bonds between different countries，China Soong Ching Ling Foundation launches the 2022"Junior Cultural Ambassadors"event. The event is expected to build a platform for young people all over the world to make the acquaintance of each other both online and offline， and bring out more junior cultural ambassadors who would make their own share of contribution to people-to-people exchanges.

The first China Soong Ching Ling Foundation"Junior Cultural Ambassadors"event held from June 2021 to February 2022 was concluded with great success.Theevent，along with other rich and colorful activities，saw enthusiastic participation of young people from 32 countries 5 continents，which has received increasing attention and positive feedback from the public.

The 2022 event，under the theme of"Get Connected Through Art： My Favorite Chinese Arts"，encourages young people to exchange ideas and tell stories about Chinese culture by videos.With the support of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and GuangmingOnline，the event is hosted by the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Culture Center for Young People and China Cultural Centers Overseas.Please check the attached announcement for details of the event.Young friends and relevant organizations at home and abroad are warmly welcome to actively participate in the event.

文明因交流而多彩，文明因互鑒而豐富，不同的文明交相輝映，共同構成了百花齊放的世界文化。為進一步促進中外青少年交流，譜寫友誼篇章，在文化和旅游部國際交流與合作局支持下，中國宋慶齡基金會聯(lián)合各海外中國文化中心向全球13～16歲青少年發(fā)出邀請，共同參與“友誼的橋梁文化的使者2022中國宋慶齡基金會“文化小大使'”活動。具體安排如下：

Exchange among civilizations spurs diversity，mutual learning promotes richness of civilizations. Different civilizations complement each other and together constitute a world that blooms with cultures. Teenagers aged 13 and 16（born between January 1st，2006 and December 31st， 2009） are eligible to participate.

評選“文化小大使”稱號獲得者30名，并授予證書和獎品

V.Awards

1.Title of "Junior Cultural Ambassador"

A total of 30 "Junior Cultural Ambassadors"will be selected and awarded certificates and prizes.

二、優(yōu)秀獎

評選“優(yōu)秀獎”30名，并授予證書和獎品

2.Excellence Award

Certificates and prizes of Excellence Award will be presented to 30 teenagers.

三、優(yōu)秀組織獎

對于積極組織青少年參與活動且成績突出的機構，授予優(yōu)秀組織獎

3.Excellent Organizer Award

Institutions that actively promote teenagers to participate in activities and perform outstandingly，will be conferred with Excellent Organizer Award.

四、其他

酌情設置人氣獎等其他獎項，并為參加者頒發(fā)紀念證書

4.Others

Other awards such as the Popularity Award will be set up as appropriate，and commemorative certificates will be awarded to participants.

VI.Entry Format

一、語言要求

推薦使用聯(lián)合國六種工作語言，即漢語、英語、法語、俄語、阿拉伯語和西班牙語。鼓勵海外青少年使用漢語，評審時予以加分

1.Languages

It is recommended to use UN working languages in the video. These include Chinese， English，F(xiàn)rench， Russian，Arabic，andSpanish.Participants who are not of Chinese origin using Chinese，will be given extra points during the review.

總時長不超過4分鐘。其中，自我介紹與結尾時長不超過1分鐘，視頻主體時長不超過3分鐘。

2.Video Length

The total duration of the video should be less than 4 minutes. The duration of the self-introduction and ending part of the video should be less than 1 minute， and that of the main body should be no longer than 3 minutes.

2.視頻主體：以“我最喜歡的中國藝術”為主題創(chuàng)作視頻。可以通過書寫、演奏、表演、制作等方式，展示繪畫、書法、器樂、戲曲、建筑、民間手工藝、服飾等領域的中國藝術，或講述心中的中國藝術故事。視頻要求內(nèi)容豐富、緊扣中國藝術主題、制作精美，有較強的表現(xiàn)力和感染力

（2） Main body：Videos should be created under the theme of "Get Connected Through Art：My Favorite Chinese Arts".Participants could show a Chinese art in the fields of painting， calligraphy， music instruments，opera，architecture， costumes， folk arts and crafts，etc.，or tell your stories about Chinese arts through writing，performing，producingetc.The video shall be rich in content，closely linked to the theme of Chinese art，beautifully produced， and have strong expressiveness and appeal. （3）End：Please offer good wishes for the Event.

四、視頻要求

視頻需畫質(zhì)清晰、畫面穩(wěn)定，構圖完整，音畫同步。視頻格式為無壓縮的avi、mov、wmv、mpg等格式，分辨率為1920x1080，要求橫屏拍攝。不得使用資料視頻，不得出現(xiàn)水印、商業(yè)廣告和字幕

4.Video Format

The video should be clear， stable， well-composed，and the image should be synchronized with the sound.The video should be an uncompressed .avi，.mov，.wmv or.mpg file.The resolution ratio should be 1920 x 1080， and the video must be shot in landscape （widescreen panoramic）.Non-original videos will not qualify， and please do not add watermarks or subtitles to the video.

IX.Review and Award-Giving

The entries submitted will be subject to preliminary review， online display and poll， and a final review by professionals before the awards are determined. The award ceremony willI be held in December 2022.More information will be released from the web-page of the Event.

一、申報作品應緊扣活動主題，內(nèi)容積極健康，充分展現(xiàn)對中國文化的理解和熱愛

1.The entries should be consistent with the theme of the event，featuring healthy and positive content， and demonstrate understanding and enthusiasm for Chinese arts.

二、參與者應承諾所提交作品為原創(chuàng)作品，不得侵犯任何第三方的著作權、專利權、商標權、名譽權及其他合法權益。如發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合條件者，主辦單位有權在任何階段單方面取消其參評及獲獎資格

2. All entries submitted should be original and with no infringement of the copyright， patent rights， trademark rights，reputation rights， and/or other legal rights of any third party. 在“家”過六一

在北京麥當勞叔叔之家歡度兒童節(jié)

2021年9月，由中國宋慶齡基金會麥當勞叔叔之家慈善基金資助的“麥當勞叔叔之家”—北京市東城區(qū)麥當勞叔叔之家患兒家庭援助中心正式運營。

這座由中國宋慶齡基金會和愛心企業(yè)共同搭建的溫暖小屋，為來京就醫(yī)的經(jīng)濟困難大病患兒和家長提供免費住宿。2022年6月1日，這座溫暖小屋迎來了運營后的第一個兒童節(jié)。工作人員、入住患兒和家長一起度過了這個特別的兒童節(jié)。

中國宋慶齡基金會成立40年來，認真做具體的事、努力幫具體的人，讓宋慶齡精神在一個又一個普通人中間傳遞。看到久病的孩子們和陪伴孩子四處奔波求醫(yī)的家長們的臉上露出開心的笑容，我們知道，宋慶齡先生對孩子們始終不渝的愛，已在這座溫暖的小屋里開花結果。

特殊的兒童節(jié)

“北京的六月鮮花盛開，麥當勞叔叔之家的六月充滿了歡樂，六一是我們小朋友的節(jié)日，六一是我們最快樂的一天?！眮碜园不盏南南暮秃颖钡奶焯鞊瘟寺?lián)歡會小主持人，臺下是來自內(nèi)蒙古的浩浩、遼寧的涵涵、山東的萱萱等10名小朋友和他們的家長。

這里的小朋友很多都是從小就和家長一起四處求醫(yī)，沒有經(jīng)歷過正常的幼兒園、小學生活，也沒有機會和自己的同伴用聯(lián)歡會的方式慶祝屬于自己的節(jié)日。看著孩子們的表演，家長一邊使勁鼓掌一邊對身邊的北京麥麥義工團的志愿者說：“因為生病，孩子從來沒有上過學，這是孩子第一次和‘同學們一起過兒童節(jié)?！?/p>

多才多藝的小天使

天天和婷婷合唱的開場曲《孤勇者》令人驚艷，這里的每一個孩子都是勇敢的小戰(zhàn)士;浩浩則向大家展示了有趣的科學小實驗……最后在夏夏演唱的《你笑起來真好看》中才藝表演環(huán)節(jié)告一段落。孩子們一個又一個的精彩表演，引起一陣陣熱烈的掌聲。

麥當勞叔叔之家還為小朋友們準備了游園會。為了讓小朋友玩得既開心又安全，并符合防疫要求，工作人員貼心地將叔叔之家分成“親子拋接球”“兒童高爾夫”“益智跳房子”等5個游戲區(qū)域。參與“球行萬里”游戲的小朋友小心翼翼，讓爸爸媽媽不要說話，怕發(fā)出的聲音把球吹掉;“益智跳房子”需要一家人共同參與，爸爸在前，媽媽在后，護送著孩子一起向前，也許戰(zhàn)勝病魔的路就像這個游戲一樣，一家人只要在一起，就沒有過不去的坎兒！小朋友們玩得不亦樂乎，忙著拍照的志愿者感嘆道：“這才是童年該有的樣子！”

半個多月前，1歲多的楚楚來到這里，剛來時走到哪里都讓媽媽抱著，把頭埋到媽媽肩膀上不敢看外人。而在今天這個節(jié)日里，楚楚學著哥哥姐姐們的樣子把自己的游戲積分卡主動遞到工作人員手里，還露出甜甜的微笑。楚楚媽媽說：“在這個‘家，才讓楚楚有了和其他孩子安全自由接觸的機會，可以像正常孩子一樣，接觸更多的人，看到更大一點的世界?！?/p>

在一起就是家

北京麥當勞叔叔之家負責人周煒談道，六一兒童節(jié)活動雖然結束了，但希望這份快樂給孩子們留下美好的記憶，讓孩子們在和病魔的戰(zhàn)斗中多一份力量。這份力量來自全社會，它將不斷匯聚變大，給更多異地就醫(yī)的大病患兒支持和鼓舞！最后，在歡聲笑語中，大家一起合影留念。孩子們齊聲喊道：“在一起就是家，祝全國的小朋友六一節(jié)快樂，健康成長！”

自2021年9月9日北京麥當勞叔叔之家啟動運營至今，已為來自全國21個省區(qū)市共73個異地就醫(yī)家庭經(jīng)濟困難的大病患兒提供住宿支持。希望通過基金會、愛心企業(yè)、志愿團隊的共同努力，讓這些不幸的家庭相聚在這個家以外的“家”，讓孩子們的童年再多一點溫暖和快樂。
