還記得香港中環(huán)的砵典乍街嗎?地面由一塊塊大石板砌成,街道兩旁的攤檔是香港的生活特色之一,充滿香港風情。這一香港經(jīng)典街景在山城重慶的這個初秋被還原在一處階梯,走過,路過,讓人仿佛身臨香港市井。
9月10日至21日,由香港特別行政區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡處主辦,重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會、重慶市人民政府港澳事務辦公室、南岸區(qū)人民政府合辦的“香港3D奇幻之旅”立體錯視藝術展在長嘉匯購物公園舉行。
市政協(xié)副主席張玲出席開幕式并致辭。市政協(xié)港澳臺僑外事委主任李長明、市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜、南岸區(qū)政府副區(qū)長包茹華、市商務委二級巡視員蔣中全、市工商聯(lián)(市總商會)副主席王進等出席藝術展開幕式。
張玲在致辭中表示,重慶靠江,香港臨海,都是山、水、城共生之地,有著深厚的文化藝術底蘊,此次藝術展不僅能讓大家體驗重慶與香港的建筑、飲食和人文風景,感知兩座城的魅力,更能感受到兩地思想的碰撞、文化的交流。重慶與香港各方面交流不斷擴大,兩地經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、文化教育、科技創(chuàng)新等各領域合作不斷推進。當前,渝港兩地都肩負著搶抓機遇,聚焦發(fā)展的使命,希望以此次“香港3D奇幻之旅”立體錯視藝術展為契機,進一步拓展渝港合作平臺和空間,深化合作。
香港特別行政區(qū)政府駐成都經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易辦事處主任李蘊妍在致辭中表示,近年來,重慶與香港經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、交流合作進一步深化。在文化藝術產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面成績斐然。香港在全球藝術市場的占有率接近四分之一。2019年,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)占香港 GDP的2%,約為600億港元,發(fā)展勢頭非常好。此次,將香港的3D藝術帶到重慶這個網(wǎng)紅3D城市進行跨界交流,希望通過藝術展覽向重慶民眾展示香港風景、建筑、美食等旅游文化元素,并推動雙地文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的交流。
據(jù)介紹,藝術展共展出7幅立體畫作,分為香港新老城市景觀、交通工具、旅游名勝景點、傳統(tǒng)文化及美食等4個主題。以立體繪畫的方式,把香港最具特色的旅游和文化元素呈現(xiàn)給山城市民,開啟一趟香港立體奇幻旅程,游客站在最佳拍照點就可以融入畫中。
此外,當天還舉行了由香港特別行政區(qū)政府駐成都經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易辦事處和香港特別行政區(qū)政府駐重慶聯(lián)絡處,聯(lián)合重慶市商務委員會及重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會舉辦了“香港×成渝沙龍:文創(chuàng)與商業(yè)品牌的疊加效應”活動。
本次沙龍活動邀請到香港插畫師協(xié)會前會長、香港插畫公司Fine Effort Illustration創(chuàng)始人黃俊飛,向成渝地區(qū)企業(yè)介紹香港插畫文化和插畫在香港的商業(yè)應用;成都睿橋商業(yè)運營管理有限公司創(chuàng)始人暨首席執(zhí)行官陳振華,探討文創(chuàng)力量如何助力商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項目引流;成都八檔文化傳播有限公司合伙人梁子榮,分享如何利用文創(chuàng)重塑品牌和精準營銷;香港維岸畫廊有限公司行政總裁鄧良軍,分析當代藝術如何與商業(yè)跨界聯(lián)乘。60名香港、成都和重慶企業(yè)嘉賓代表參加活動。
近年來,重慶與香港經(jīng)貿(mào)往來、交流合作進一步深化。2021年1—6月,重慶與香港進出口314.02億元,同比增長137.2%,是重慶排名第三位的貿(mào)易合作伙伴。香港是重慶第一大外資來源地,累計占比55.9%,港資企業(yè)是重慶改革開放的重要參與者、推動者和見證者,在推動重慶城市面貌的提升和重慶擴大對外開放等方面發(fā)揮了獨特和重要的作用。

Do you still remember Pottinger Street in Central of Hong Kong? With the ground paved with large stone slabs, stalls on both sides of the street are one of the characteristics of Hong Kong life as they ooze Hong Kong style. This classic street view of Hong Kong is presented in a ladder in the early autumn of Chongqing. When visitors pass by, they feel as if they are in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong.
From September 10 to 21, sponsored by the Chongqing Liaison Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and jointly organized by Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Nan'an District People's Government, “The Hong Kong 3D Fantasy Journey” Stereoscopic Art Exhibition was held at the Landmark Riverside Park.
Zhang Ling, vice chairwoman of the Chongqing People's Political Consultative Conference, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Li Changming, director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chongqing People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Yaxi, deputy director general of the Hong Kong and Macao Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, Bao Ruhua, deputy chief of Nan'an District Government, Jiang Zhongquan, Level-II inspector of Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, and Wang Jin, vice chairman of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chongqing General Chamber of Commerce), attended the opening ceremony of the art exhibition.
Zhang Ling said in her speech that as Chongqing is adjacent to the river and Hong Kong is close to the sea, both cities are symbiotic places of mountains, water and cities with profound cultural and artistic heritage. This art exhibition can not only let visitors experience the architecture, cuisine and cultural scenery of Chongqing and Hong Kong, perceive the charm of the two cities, but also feel the clashes of ideas and cultural exchanges between the two places. Exchanges between Chongqing and Hong Kong have been expanding in all aspects, and cooperation between the two places in economic and trade exchanges, culture and education, scientific and technological innovation and other fields has been continuously promoted. At present, both Chongqing and Hong Kong shoulder the mission of seizing opportunities and highlighting development. It is hoped to take “The Hong Kong 3D Fantasy Journey” as an opportunity to further expand the platform and space for Chongqing-Hong Kong cooperation and deepen cooperation.
Li Wan-in, director of the Economic and Trade Office of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR in Chengdu, said in her speech that in recent years, Chongqing and Hong Kong have further deepened economic and trade exchanges, communication and cooperation. Great achievements have been made in the development of culture and art industry. Hong Kong accounts for nearly a quarter of the global art market. In 2019, taking 2% of Hong Kong's GDP, or about HK $60 billion, the creative industry has seen an excellent momentum. At this time, Hong Kong's 3D art is brought to Chongqing, a popular 3D city for collaborative exchanges. We wish to show Chongqing people Hong Kong's landscape, architecture, cuisine and other tourism and cultural elements via art exhibitions, and promote the exchanges of cultural and creative industries between the two places.
It is introduced that seven three-dimensional paintings are on display in the art exhibition, which consists of four sections, such as new and old urban landscape, means of transportation, scenic spots, traditional culture and cuisines in Hong Kong. By means of three-dimensional painting, the most distinctive tourism and cultural elements of Hong Kong are presented to mountainous citys citizens. Visitors can embark on a stereoscopic fantasy journey in Hong Kong by standing at the optimal photo point as a part of the painting.
In addition, on the same day, the Economic and Trade Office of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR in Chengdu and the Chongqing Liaison Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, together with Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce and Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, held the event of "Hong Kong × Chengdu & Chongqing Salon: Superimposed Effect between Culture and Creativity and Commercial Brands."
The Salon invited Fei Wong, the former chairperson of the Hong Kong Society of Illustrators and the founder of Fine Effort Illustration, a Hong Kong illustrator company, to introduce Hong Kong illustration culture and its commercial application of illustration to enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing; Chen Zhenhua, founder and CEO of Chengdu Ruiqiao Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd., to discuss how culture and creativity galvanizes the diversion of commercial real estate projects; Liang Zirong, partner of Chengdu Eight Culture Communication Co., Ltd., to share how to use culture and creativity to reshape brand and for precision marketing; Vincent L.J. Deng, CEO of Hong Kong VA Gallery Limited, to analyze how contemporary art collaborates with commerce. 60 enterprise guest representatives from Hong Kong, Chengdu and Chongqing attended the events.
In recent years, economic and trade exchanges, communication and cooperation between Chongqing and Hong Kong have been further deepened. From January to June 2021, the import and export volume between Chongqing and Hong Kong totalled 31.402 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 137.2%, making Hong Kong the third trading partner of Chongqing. As the largest source of foreign investment in Chongqing, Hong Kong takes 55.9% of cumulative foreign investment to the city and its enterprises are important participants, drivers and witnesses of Chongqing's reform and opening up. It have played a unique and important role in promoting the improvement of Chongqing's urban outlook and the city's expansion of opening up.
