高職院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展方式研究

摘? 要：隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展，我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的階段，專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)和輸出對(duì)于國家的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展有著極其重要的影響。高職院校作為培育社會(huì)應(yīng)用型人才的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，近些年來招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，學(xué)生人數(shù)逐年增多。因此，學(xué)生的教育和管理工作越來越復(fù)雜、要求越來越高。輔導(dǎo)員作為管理和學(xué)生思想政治教育的主要力量，在對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行組織、指導(dǎo)和政治思想教育中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化是對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員在工作中具有足夠的專業(yè)知識(shí)、專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)道德的基本要求。輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)化對(duì)高職院校的發(fā)展以及學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成極其重要。該文首先介紹了高職院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，其次介紹了高職院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展的基本途徑。

Research on the Professional Development Mode of counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： With the development of the times， my country has entered a stage of rapid social and economic development. The training and export of professional talents has an extremely important impact on the steady development of the country. As a key field for cultivating socially applied talents， vocational colleges have been expanding their enrollment scale and the number of students has increased year by year. Therefore， the education and management of students is becoming more and more complex and demanding. As the main force of management and ideological and political education of students， counselors play a vital role in organizing， guiding and ideological education of college students. The professionalization of counselors is the basic requirement for counselors to have sufficient professional knowledge， professional skills and professional ethics in their work. The professionalization of counselors is extremely important for the development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities. This article first introduces the status quo of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges， and then introduces the basic ways of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges.

1? 高職院校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀

1.1 輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不足

根據(jù)對(duì)各大高校以及高職院校的輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及專業(yè)能力的調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，當(dāng)前我國很多高職院校在輔導(dǎo)員的選拔過程中并沒有嚴(yán)格的制度體系，導(dǎo)致輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及專業(yè)能力參差不齊。很多輔導(dǎo)員的學(xué)歷較低、專業(yè)能力不足，缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及專業(yè)技能，在管理在校學(xué)生的過程中缺乏基本的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和方法。從而致使學(xué)生管理以及政治思想教育工作不夠完善，在一定程度上影響了高職院校的教育質(zhì)量以及高職院校平穩(wěn)、健康地進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。例如：當(dāng)前我國高職院校中有很多輔導(dǎo)員所修專業(yè)與代理班級(jí)專業(yè)不符，學(xué)歷層次較低，輔導(dǎo)員需要具備的教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、哲學(xué)、管理學(xué)等專業(yè)技能和素養(yǎng)不足，對(duì)所帶學(xué)生的專業(yè)不夠了解，無法全面透徹地了解學(xué)生、引導(dǎo)和教育學(xué)生[1]。從而造成與學(xué)生之間產(chǎn)生了一定的隔閡，影響了輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)學(xué)生的管理以及教育工作，也影響了對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的基本保障。
