摘? 要:MOOC又稱慕課,是21世紀初美國高校“開放資源運動”中開發(fā)的新型課程模式。其個性化的課程內(nèi)容、便捷化的學習方式、更加靈活的線上交互模式逐漸被各大高職院校認可,影響范圍不斷擴大。隨著MOOC的興起,國內(nèi)也出現(xiàn)了一股MOOC熱潮,并在各大高職院校教學過程中廣泛使用。2019年,中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關于深化新時代學校思想政治理論課改革創(chuàng)新的若干意見》,其中明確指出“要大力推進思政課教學方法改革,提升思政課教師信息化能力素養(yǎng),推動人工智能等現(xiàn)代信息技術在思政課教學中應用,建設一批國家級虛擬仿真思政課體驗教學中心?!毖芯縈OOC下的高職院校思政課教學模式,不僅為推動高職院校思政課信息化水平提升指明了方向,也為提升思政課教學質(zhì)量打開了新局面。

Abstract: MOOC, also known as admiration course, is a new curriculum model developed in the "Open Resources Movemen" of American colleges and universities in the early 21st century. Its individualized curriculum content, convenient learning mode and more flexible online interaction mode are gradually recognized by various higher vocational colleges, and the influence scope is constantly wide. With the rise of MOOC, there is also a MOOC boom in China, and widely used in the teaching process of higher vocational colleges. In 2019, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "Some Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of the School's Ideological and Political Theory Classes in the New Era". The document clearly states that it is necessary to vigorously promote thereform the teaching method of politics course, improve the information ability of ideological and political teachers, promote the application of modern information technology such as artificial intelligence in ideological and political teaching, and build a batch of national virtual simulation ideological and political course experience teaching center. The teaching mode of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges under the research MOOC not only points out the direction for promoting the information level of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, but also opens up a new situation for improving the teaching quality of ideological and political courses.

慕課(MOOC)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展是網(wǎng)絡技術與教育結合而催生出的一次教學重大改革成果,為我國高?;旌鲜浇虒W模式和翻轉課堂發(fā)展提供了契機。截至2019年,我國線上慕課數(shù)量已達7000門,高校學生和社會學習者選學人數(shù)突破8000萬人次,超過1500萬人次獲得慕課學分。在國內(nèi)慕課發(fā)展迅猛的勢頭下,思政課作為學生思想政治教育的關鍵課程要緊跟MOOC改革潮流,從一線教改實踐經(jīng)驗出發(fā),抓住信息化浪潮帶來的教學變革,研究MOOC下的高職院校思政課教學改革發(fā)展路徑,對提高教學質(zhì)量有著重要的意義。
一、MOOC下的思政課教學特點
(一)豐富的教學資源
當今社會,信息技術迅猛發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為學生日常學習生活中必不可少的部分。2012年教育部發(fā)布了《教育信息化十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011-2020年)》,規(guī)劃中提出要在2020年基本建成人人可享有優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的信息化學習環(huán)境。隨著人工智能、云計算等信息技術的突破和發(fā)展,國內(nèi)教育界一直倡導的終身教育、個性化教育有了重要的技術保障,MOOC就是在這樣的背景之下產(chǎn)生的。MOOC的產(chǎn)生不僅為學生在線學習、查找資料、下載資源提供了便利,也讓教師手中的教學資源不僅僅局限于教材和課本。MOOC中巨大的教學資源庫讓教師授課前準備更加充分,授課過程更加豐富,因此教學資源庫的建設成為MOOC課程建設的重要組成部分。思想政治理論課作為公共必修課,受教學生人數(shù)眾多,教學資源需求量大,而MOOC平臺眾多的國家級精品課程、慕課視頻可以滿足這種需求,如在MOOC中國、慕課網(wǎng)、中國大學MOOC、學堂在線等國內(nèi)知名慕課網(wǎng)站上都有大量的思政課教學資源供教師教學和學生學習使用,這為線上思政課教學活動的有效開展提供了有力的保證。
