摘要 [目的]弄清丹寨縣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)稻田土壤硒、鋅含量及分布,以期為當?shù)赝寥牢\資源開發(fā)利用提供科學依據(jù)。[方法]采集丹寨縣6個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)主要稻田土壤樣品,測定其硒、鋅含量,分析其分布。[結果]該縣稻田土壤耕作層硒含量在0.09~0.45 mg/kg, 平均含量為0.25 mg/kg,其中足硒土壤占85.31%,少硒土壤占10.49%,缺硒土壤占4.20%,無高硒和過硒土壤;有效態(tài)鋅含量在3.12~91.33 mg/kg,平均值為15.33 mg/kg,絕大多數(shù)稻田土有效態(tài)鋅含量超過5.00 mg/kg。土壤耕底層硒含量在0.04~0.68 mg/kg, 平均含量為 0.27 mg/kg,其中足硒土壤占77.62%,少硒土壤占9.09%,缺硒土壤占4.09%,高硒土壤占8.39%,沒有過硒土壤;有效態(tài)鋅含量在3.00~65.21 mg/kg,平均值為11.15 mg/kg,絕大多數(shù)稻田土有效態(tài)鋅含量超過5.00 mg/kg。[結論]丹寨縣域稻田土壤多為足硒土壤,有少量的缺硒、少硒和高硒土壤分布,不存在過硒土壤;多數(shù)稻田土為很高鋅稻田土,少數(shù)為高鋅,沒有低鋅、少鋅和缺鋅稻田土。

Investigation of Selenium and Zinc Contents in Paddy Soil in Danzhai County of Guizhou Province

Abstract [Objective]To find out the range and distribution of Se and? Zn contents in paddy soils in the villages and towns of Danzhai County, and to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of Se and Zn resources in the local soil. [Method]Samples were collected from the main paddy soils in six villages and towns of Danzhai County, the contents of total selenium, total zinc and available zinc were determined and their distribution was analyzed. [Result]The results showed that the content of Se in the cultivated layer of paddy soil in Danzhai County of Guizhou Province ranged from 0.09-0.45 mg/kg, and the average content was 0.25 mg/kg, of which 85.31% was full-Se soil, 10.49% was low-Se soil, 4.20% was low-Se soil, and no high-Se or over-Se soil.The available zinc content was 3.12-91.33 mg/kg, the average was 15.33 mg/kg, and the available zinc content was over 5.00 mg/kg in most paddy soils. The content of Se in the bottom of tillage soil ranged from 0.04 mg/kg to 0.68 mg/kg, and the average content was 0.27 mg/kg. Among them, Se-rich soil accounted for 77.62%, low selenium soil for 9.09%,Se-deficient soil for 4.09%,soil high in selenium for 8.39%.The available zinc content was 3.00-65.21 mg/kg, the average was 11.15 mg/kg, and the available zinc content was over 5.00 mg/kg in most paddy soils. [Conclusion]The results showed that the soil of paddy field in Danzhai County was full of Se,there were little Se-deficient soil,little Se-deficient soil and high Se-rich soil, and there was no excess Se soil, no low-zinc, low-zinc and zinc-deficient paddy soil.
