陽曲縣農(nóng)業(yè)用地生產(chǎn)潛力特征及適宜性評價(jià)

摘要 選取1980、1990、2000和2010年陽曲縣生產(chǎn)潛力影像和經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，采用ArcGIS 10.4.1將研究區(qū)農(nóng)田生產(chǎn)潛力分類，根據(jù)適宜性評價(jià)方法，探究1980—2010年研究區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)用地生產(chǎn)潛力時空格局演變，分析區(qū)域適宜性布局。結(jié)果表明：陽曲縣農(nóng)業(yè)用地生產(chǎn)潛力格局高值區(qū)集中在中部，其余分布于南部，西部分布較低，西南部最低。研究區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)用地生產(chǎn)潛力水平演變?yōu)檎w呈下降趨勢，表現(xiàn)為“中心—外圍”模式。研究區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)用地適宜用地主要集中在中部，一般適宜用地仍集中在中部，較不適宜用地呈零散狀分布在適宜用地和一般適宜用地的邊緣，不適宜用地主要集中在東部和西部，禁止用地主要集中在西南部。

Potential Productivity Characteristics and Suitability Assessment of Agricultural Land in Yangqu County

Abstract Based on potential productivity images and economic data of Yangqu County in 1980， 1990， 2000 and 2010， this paper classifies the potential productivity of farmland in research area by ArcGIS 10.4.1， explores the spatial-temporal pattern evolution of the potential productivity of agricultural land in research area from 1980 to 2010， and analyzes the regional suitability layout according to the suitability assessment method. The result shows that the high value areas of potential productivity of agricultural land in Yangqu County are concentrated in the center， the rest are distributed in the south with the distribution of the west relatively low and the southwest the lowest. The level of agricultural land potential productivity in research area shows a downward evolution trend as a whole and manifests a “center-periphery” mode. The suitable land for agricultural use in research area mainly concentrates in the middle;the general suitable land also concentrates in the middle;the less suitable land is scattered on the periphery of the suitable land for agricultural use and the general suitable land;the unsuitable land mainly concentrates in the east and west and the forbidden land mainly concentrates in the southwest.

在人口壓力學(xué)和宴享學(xué)中，農(nóng)業(yè)所提供的物資保障影響人類生活的品質(zhì)。農(nóng)業(yè)不僅是生活品、輕工業(yè)品、重要原料的來源，也是一個國家資本積累的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此，農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展被認(rèn)定為最具潛力的產(chǎn)業(yè)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，特別是工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)入加速階段后，城市居民生活質(zhì)量不斷提高，但我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和鄉(xiāng)村人口不斷下降，農(nóng)業(yè)可使用土地減少，且農(nóng)村勞動力欠佳[1]。與此同時，快速的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展也帶來了城鄉(xiāng)不平衡問題，進(jìn)一步降低了農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量。為此，2020年中央一號文件提出農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展要穩(wěn)定糧食生產(chǎn)，加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施建設(shè)，并以糧食生產(chǎn)區(qū)和重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)保護(hù)區(qū)為重點(diǎn)加快高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田建設(shè)，破解鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展用地難題，堅(jiān)守永久基本農(nóng)田保護(hù)紅線，優(yōu)化農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)空間布局。
