摘要:為了解決機械測量儀器測量電容精度不高和速度不快的問題,該文基于PICOCAP測量原理,利用帶有內部DSP單片機的單芯片電容測量方案PCAP01,設計電子測量系統實現微小電容的檢測。該系統硬件主要由PCAP01芯片及其應用電路,搭配STM32最小系統、供電電路以及OLEDssd1306顯示模塊組成。系統軟件包括電容數據采集、Pcap01與STM32之間的通信以及數據轉換、STM32與OLED液晶顯示器之間的通信、OLED的顯示等。通過最后測試結果分析可知:基于Pcap01的微電容測量系統可以完成從幾fF—幾百nF的電容測量,測量周期最低可達us級。該設計可以被應用于液位測量、物位測量、加速度測量等微電容傳感器測量領域。
