摘 要:構(gòu)建汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)模塊化產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)對(duì)適應(yīng)客戶多樣性需求和提高空調(diào)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有重要意義。本文研究了模塊化產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并構(gòu)建了空調(diào)系統(tǒng)模塊化產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)。首先,從客戶需求出發(fā),通過(guò)分析需求-模塊的映射關(guān)系和模塊之間的影響關(guān)系,得到模塊變異指數(shù)和模塊傳播指數(shù)?;谀K變異指數(shù)和傳播指數(shù)識(shí)別出模塊類型,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)模塊化產(chǎn)品平臺(tái),驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。

The Air Conditioning System of Automotive Modular Product Platform Design

Abstract:Modular product platform strategy enable economies of scale and scope while satisfying various requirements of customers. This article investigated the method of modular product platform design,and established a modular product platform about air conditioning system of automotive. Firstly,the module's variation index and propagation index are obtained by analyzing the mapping relationship between demand and module,and the influence relationship between module and module. Then identify the module type by using variation index and propagation index. After that,based on the results of module type identification,the modular product platform of automotive air conditioning system is constructed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
