“又是一年博覽會(huì),這次只能麻煩代理商作為全權(quán)代表去寧波啦!”伊萬(wàn) · 奧西斯是拉脫維亞里加油漆涂料工廠總裁,他的中國(guó)生意基本是“攜手寧波”發(fā)展起來(lái)的。
那是2019年5月20日,中國(guó)(寧波)—拉脫維亞跨境電子商務(wù)港灣在里加港正式啟動(dòng)。伊萬(wàn)的瑞客牌油漆獲選首航產(chǎn)品發(fā)往寧波。
“其實(shí)在此之前,瑞客油漆憑借過(guò)硬的品質(zhì),已經(jīng)獲選北京大興機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓的指定用漆,在業(yè)界也算小有名氣。”中國(guó)總代理、瑞客礦物涂料(北京)有限公司史文杰坦言,受限于經(jīng)費(fèi)等原因,廠方并未多作宣傳,當(dāng)時(shí)拉脫維亞官方對(duì)此都一無(wú)所知。對(duì)廣大中國(guó)消費(fèi)者而言,它更屬“小眾”,藏于深閨、隱于幕后。
這是拉脫維亞瑞客油漆與寧波的首次“同框”,也是瑞客油漆全面打開(kāi)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的重大轉(zhuǎn)折。
自此,一切像是按下了“快進(jìn)鍵”。
2019年6月,瑞客礦物漆赴寧波參加首屆中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家博覽會(huì)。官方為其“大興機(jī)場(chǎng)指定用漆”背書(shū),來(lái)自近60個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的2.5萬(wàn)名境內(nèi)外客商與其“打了個(gè)照面”;
2019年9月,大興機(jī)場(chǎng)正式投入運(yùn)營(yíng),瑞客礦物漆的噴涂面積超過(guò)10萬(wàn)平方米,其中1425桶油漆發(fā)自寧波;
2019年11月,第二屆進(jìn)博會(huì)上,拉脫維亞首度設(shè)立國(guó)家館,瑞客礦物漆獲邀參展;
2020年2月,瑞客礦物漆入選商務(wù)部“一帶一路”特色產(chǎn)品推薦品牌……
“如果說(shuō),入選大興機(jī)場(chǎng)用漆是瑞客自身質(zhì)量使然,那么,與寧波相遇,就是全面打通了入華的‘特快專(zhuān)線!”至今回想,史文杰仍激動(dòng)不已。
去年6月8日,當(dāng)瑞客礦物漆再度回到寧波,寧波在全國(guó)首創(chuàng)的中東歐商品云上展上,將拉脫維亞駐華大使馬尼卡、商務(wù)參贊英格及中國(guó)總代理史文杰請(qǐng)入直播間,進(jìn)行帶貨首秀,活動(dòng)吸引了數(shù)百萬(wàn)網(wǎng)友在線觀看。瑞客礦物漆成為拉脫維亞“國(guó)家名片”,進(jìn)一步打開(kāi)了其云上拓市的想象空間。
勢(shì)如破竹!此后,更多的榮譽(yù)加諸一身。
今年2月,中國(guó)—中東歐國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會(huì)公布成果清單,入選的53項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)商業(yè)合作文件中,瑞客油漆獨(dú)占3項(xiàng),分別是《蘇州金螳螂建筑裝飾股份公司、拉脫維亞里加油漆涂料工廠及瑞客礦物涂料(北京)有限公司戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議》《中國(guó)—中東歐(滄州)中小企業(yè)合作區(qū)與拉脫維亞里加油漆涂料工廠以及瑞客礦物涂料(北京)有限公司開(kāi)展戰(zhàn)略合作備忘錄》《哈爾濱市人民政府、拉脫維亞里加油漆涂料工廠關(guān)于引入拉脫維亞瑞客環(huán)保礦物漆參與哈爾濱市老舊小區(qū)改造的戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議》。
單一產(chǎn)品獲得3項(xiàng)成果,在清單中首屈一指。
如今,又是一年仲夏之約?;氐健皦?mèng)開(kāi)始的地方”,史文杰信心滿(mǎn)懷:“目前我們?cè)诟=āV東、江蘇已經(jīng)有一定的運(yùn)營(yíng)基礎(chǔ),下一步要將寧波作為整個(gè)南方市場(chǎng)的核心運(yùn)營(yíng)區(qū)域,從寧波向南輻射。本次中東歐盛會(huì),還有重要嘉賓親臨我們展臺(tái),希望借助寧波平臺(tái),更好地拓展中國(guó)市場(chǎng)和提高我們的服務(wù)水平!”
Development together with Ningbo
“Another edition of the China-CEEC Expo in Ningbo, but this time we had to ask our agents to participate as our representatives!” said Ivars Osis, president of Riga Varnish and Paint Factory. In the past few years, his business has gradually developed “together with Ningbo”.
Indeed, when the China (Ningbo)-Latvia Cross-border E-commerce Hub was officially on May 20, 2019 in Riga, Rilak, the paint that Osiss factory produces, was among the first batch of products flown to Ningbo.
“In fact, before that, Rilak had already made its name in in paint industry in China, having been selected as one of the official paints for the construction of the Daxing International Airport,” said Shi Wenjie, Rilaks general agent in China. However, due to a lack of funding, there wasnt much publicity about the selection from Riga Varnish and Paint Factory, and even the Latvian authorities knew nothing about it at the time. For Chinese consumers, the paint is more of a niche product.
“While Rilaks high quality has made itself the official paint for Daxing International Airport,” Shi recalled excitedly, “the encounter with Ningbo has surely propelled it onto the ‘fast lane of development in the Chinese market.”
In June 2019, Rilak was taken to Ningbo for the first China-CEEC Expo, during which it was officially endorsed the “designated paint for Daxing International Airport”. Over 25,000 businessmen from nearly 60 countries and regions came to know it.
In September 2019, Daxing International Airport was officially put into operation. The area that is covered with Rilak paint exceeded 100,000 square meters, of which 1,425 barrels paint came from Ningbo.
In November 2019, Latvia set up a national pavilion for the first time in the second China International Import Expo (CIIE), and Rilak among those products invited for exhibition.
In February 2020, Rilak was selected as the recommended brand of “Belt and Road” featured products by Chinas Ministry of Commerce.
On June 8, during the CEEC Products Online Fair, Maija Manika, the Latvian ambassador to China, did a live stream selling session for Rilak, attracting millions of viewers and making Rilak a national brand of Latvia.
More recently in February 2021, Rilak signed three national cooperation agreements with Chinese clients following the China-CEEC Summit. “Next, we will take Ningbo as the core operation area of the whole southern market and radiate southward to Fujian and Guangdong provinces,” Shi the general agent was full of confidence. “We hope to further leverage the China-CEEC Expo o better expand the Chinese market and improve our service.”
