3 第六屆中拉基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施合作論壇舉行

The Sixth China-LAC Infrastructure Forum held

12月2日至3日，第六屆中國(guó)與拉美加勒比國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施合作論壇在中國(guó)澳門(mén)成功舉辦?；A(chǔ)設(shè)施是中拉互利合作的重點(diǎn)和亮點(diǎn)，拉美加勒比地區(qū)是中國(guó)第二大海外投資目的地和第三大承包工程市場(chǎng)。

On December 2-3, the Sixth China-Latin American Countries (LACs) Infrastructure Forum was held in Macao, China. Infrastructure is the focus and highlight of mutually beneficial cooperation between China and LACs and the latter is China’s second-largest overseas investment destination and third-largest market of construction contracts.

4 中新啟動(dòng)自貿(mào)協(xié)定升級(jí)后續(xù)談判

China and Singapore launch follow-up negotiations on upgrading the China-Singapore FTA

12月8日，中國(guó)和新加坡宣布啟動(dòng)中新自貿(mào)協(xié)定升級(jí)后續(xù)談判。雙方將基于負(fù)面清單模式開(kāi)展自貿(mào)協(xié)定項(xiàng)下服務(wù)和投資自由化相關(guān)后續(xù)談判，以期進(jìn)一步提升兩國(guó)服務(wù)和投資自由化便利化水平。

On December 8, China and Singapore announced to launch the follow-up negotiations on upgrading the China-Singapore FTA. The follow-up negotiations will focus on services and investment liberalization under the FTA based on the negative list model, aiming to further enhance service and investment liberalization and facilitation between the two countries.

5 中國(guó)與馬來(lái)西亞簽署疫苗合作協(xié)定

China and Malaysia sign an agreement on vaccine cooperation

11月18日，中國(guó)與馬來(lái)西亞政府正式簽署了《中華人民共和國(guó)政府與馬來(lái)西亞政府關(guān)于疫苗開(kāi)發(fā)和可及性的合作協(xié)定》，中馬雙方將支持和鼓勵(lì)在疫苗尤其是新冠疫苗領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展科研等合作。

Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of Malaysia on Vaccine Development and Accessibility

7 “一帶一路”國(guó)際商事調(diào)解中心海牙調(diào)解室成立

The B＆R Mediation Center Stichting (The Hague) inaugurated

11月26日，“一帶一路”國(guó)際商事調(diào)解中心海牙調(diào)解室在荷蘭海牙正式掛牌成立。調(diào)解室致力于維護(hù)在中國(guó)、荷蘭及歐洲各國(guó)從事經(jīng)濟(jì)、投資、商業(yè)活動(dòng)及其他實(shí)體的合法權(quán)利和利益。

On November 26, the B＆R Mediation Center Stichting (The Hague) was officially inaugurated in the Hague, the Netherlands. The Center is committed to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of economic, investment, commercial activities and other entities in China, the Netherlands and other European countries.
