They are expecting a visit by the director of the company.

Tom receives this email from his boss.

Activity 1 Tom made some notes to help to plan the meeting.

"Hi there： thanks a lot for all your help in the past and I hope you can help thistime too！ We're having an important meeting next week and l'd like to order thethings we need from you.

There'll be twenty people at the meeting， so we'll need pens and notebooks foreverybody. I've got ten folders， so we'll need ten more. We'll also need two padsof flipchart paper and a pack of A4 paper. We'd also need water – two people canshare a bottle – and glasses.

Lastly， do you re nember that poster you made for us last year， with thecompany name and logo？ Could you send us two more？
