隨著國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)與消費(fèi)水平的迭代升級(jí),新的旅游消費(fèi)需求也隨之產(chǎn)生。近年來,以“數(shù)字文旅”建設(shè)為依托,重慶大力培育文旅融合發(fā)展新業(yè)態(tài),深入推進(jìn)智慧文旅平臺(tái)建設(shè),打造重慶市智慧旅游示范景區(qū),旅游業(yè)數(shù)字化、智慧化融合得到了長(zhǎng)足實(shí)踐和發(fā)展,在服務(wù)、管理等全面開啟智慧文旅新篇。
2021年11月12日,重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會(huì)與市級(jí)多個(gè)部門聯(lián)合,對(duì)市政府印發(fā)的《重慶市培育建設(shè)國(guó)際消費(fèi)中心城市實(shí)施方案》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《實(shí)施方案》)進(jìn)行解讀。其中,提到重慶將利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、區(qū)塊鏈等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),集中打造智慧城市“住業(yè)游樂購(gòu)”全場(chǎng)景集,通過推動(dòng)商場(chǎng)、超市等實(shí)體商業(yè)消費(fèi)數(shù)字化、智能化轉(zhuǎn)型。
重慶市文化和旅游發(fā)展委員會(huì)此前公布的第一批、第二批重慶市智慧旅游示范景區(qū)名單顯示,重慶市智慧旅游示范景區(qū)已達(dá)36個(gè)。其中,重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館、長(zhǎng)江索道、合川釣魚城、南川金佛山、黔江濯水古鎮(zhèn)等熱門景區(qū),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)AR導(dǎo)視導(dǎo)覽、虛擬排隊(duì)、智能安檢、人流監(jiān)控等基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用,以及虛擬景區(qū)、虛擬旅游、AR等智慧旅游體驗(yàn)工程建設(shè),以及視頻監(jiān)控、預(yù)警系統(tǒng)、智能停車場(chǎng)、電子導(dǎo)游、網(wǎng)上購(gòu)票等“智慧”升級(jí),安全、科學(xué)、有效的管理為游客提供更豐富的旅游體驗(yàn)。
2021年6月,重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館三峽文物科技保護(hù)基地的落成,讓我們領(lǐng)略到高新技術(shù)在文物保護(hù)傳播等方面的廣泛應(yīng)用。作為教育基地和科普平臺(tái),這里有令人期待的“數(shù)字體驗(yàn)館”,“交互”這一理念貫穿始終。8個(gè)展項(xiàng)采用數(shù)字化技術(shù)和新媒體手段,集中展示文物保護(hù)修復(fù)、數(shù)字化保護(hù)和展示利用的技術(shù)、成果和案例,觀眾可以在沉浸漫游式觀展中感受文物魅力。通過觀看動(dòng)畫故事短片,了解文物修復(fù)知識(shí)和文物修復(fù)背后的故事。還可通過智能三維交互大屏觀看文物各角度的樣貌。此外,在VR體驗(yàn)區(qū),觀眾戴上頭盔就可以身臨其境體驗(yàn)修復(fù)古琴的奇妙過程。數(shù)字拓印系統(tǒng),還可供觀眾制作“青銅鳥形尊”等數(shù)字文物拓片,洗碑、上紙、打刷、風(fēng)干、上墨、揭取等流程一應(yīng)俱全,點(diǎn)擊屏幕就能感受碑刻書法意趣和青銅器紋飾之美。
受新冠肺炎疫情影響,諸多景區(qū)也加快了智能化升級(jí),提供線上預(yù)約、“云觀賞”、線上互動(dòng)等優(yōu)質(zhì)游覽環(huán)境,越來越多的新技術(shù)被應(yīng)用到智慧旅游場(chǎng)景中。此前,長(zhǎng)江索道排隊(duì)難的問題讓很多游客對(duì)其望而卻步,現(xiàn)在借助預(yù)約服務(wù)和智能排號(hào),不僅可以杜絕票販等亂象,也緩解了客流高峰排長(zhǎng)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)象。重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館在講解方面,提供免費(fèi)語音導(dǎo)覽和免費(fèi)視聽導(dǎo)覽,通過使用館內(nèi)免費(fèi)Wi-Fi,掃描二維碼關(guān)注官方微信,享用涵蓋常設(shè)展覽和重點(diǎn)臨展的講解服務(wù);通過現(xiàn)代VR技術(shù),還可以在官網(wǎng)虛擬展覽一欄中線上參觀常設(shè)展覽和臨時(shí)展覽廳。
南川金佛山景區(qū)通過各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道實(shí)時(shí)推送金佛山的四季美景,也可提前從網(wǎng)上訂票,入園時(shí)直接“刷臉”。在主要景點(diǎn)和游客聚集處設(shè)置導(dǎo)游導(dǎo)覽二維碼,可實(shí)現(xiàn)自助語音導(dǎo)覽。官網(wǎng)還推出虛擬景區(qū),地圖配上每一處景點(diǎn)的圖片和三維實(shí)景,游客可以足不出戶,在線上虛擬景區(qū)盡享無窮樂趣。
大足石刻博物館在官網(wǎng)建立數(shù)字博物館,實(shí)景觀賞加上語音解讀,讓觀眾“云”賞石刻,更能理解石刻背后的故事。此外,在2021上合組織數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)論壇上,大足石刻旅游集團(tuán)與上合組織國(guó)家多功能經(jīng)貿(mào)平臺(tái)、人民文旅簽署了“數(shù)字絲路文化溯源行動(dòng)”戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議,未來將利用“芯屏器核網(wǎng)、云聯(lián)數(shù)算用”等模式,通過數(shù)字溯源、絲路傳播,讓世界感知中國(guó)文化發(fā)展的蓬勃態(tài)勢(shì)。
與此同時(shí),“信息高速路”的日益完善,鄉(xiāng)村也迎來了數(shù)智化變革和升級(jí)。2021年3月,40個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村旅游點(diǎn)列入第三批重慶市智慧旅游鄉(xiāng)村示范點(diǎn)創(chuàng)建單位名單,將著力推進(jìn)智慧旅游鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè),充分利用移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、人工智能等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段,加快全市旅游鄉(xiāng)村數(shù)字化、智能化發(fā)展。
當(dāng)今,重慶文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)正朝著信息化、多元化、智慧化的方向快速發(fā)展,各大景區(qū)正在積極探索智慧文旅領(lǐng)域,致力加速打造智慧景區(qū),通過率先運(yùn)用多種智能化技術(shù)推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)、玩法升級(jí)、體驗(yàn)升級(jí),極大地豐富了重慶文旅新業(yè)態(tài),值得我們?nèi)ビH身體驗(yàn)。

With the iterative upgrading of domestic consumption structure and consumption level, new tourism consumption demands emerge correspondingly. In recent years, relying on "digital culture and tourism" building, Chongqing has vigorously cultivated a new business format of integrated culture and tourism development, deeply advanced the construction of smart culture and tourism platform, and built smart tourism demonstration attractions in the city. The integration of digital tourism and intelligent tourism have been effectively practiced and developed, comprehensively opening up a new chapter of smart cultural tourism in service and management, etc.
On November 12, joint with multiple municipal level departments, Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism interpreted the Implementation Plan of Chongqing's Cultivation and Construction of an International Consumption Center City (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Plan) issued by Chongqing Municipal People's Government. It is mentioned in the Implementation Plan that Chongqing will use the Internet, big data, blockchain and other modern information technologies to build the holistic scenario set of "accommodation, business, tourism, recreation and shopping" of the smart city in a centralized way, and promote the digital and intelligent transformation of traditional commerce consumption such as shopping malls and supermarkets.
According to the first and second batches of smart tourism demonstration attraction lists in Chongqing previously released by Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, the smart tourism demonstration attractions in Chongqing have reached 36. Among them, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum, Yangtze River Cableway, Hechuan Fishing Town, Nachuan Mount Jinfo, Zhuoshui ancient town in Qianjiang and other popular tourist attractions gradually realize basic applications such as AR signage & guidance, virtual queuing, intelligent security inspection and visitor-flow monitoring, etc., construction of smart tourism experience projects such as virtual tourist attractions, virtual tourism, AR, and so on, as well as "smart" upgrading such as video surveillance, pre-warning system, intelligent parking lot, electronic tour guide, and online ticket booking, etc., so as to provide tourists with a richer tourism experience via safe, scientific and effective management.
In June this year, the completion of the Three Gorges Cultural Relics Science and Technology Protection Base of Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum gave us a snapshot of extensive application of high and new technologies in cultural relics protection and dissemination, etc. As an education base and popular science platform, it boasts the much expected Digital Experience Hall, with the concept of "interaction" going from beginning to end. Adopting digital technology and new media means, the eight exhibition items display the technologies, achievements and cases of cultural relic protection and restoration, digitized protection and display utilization in a centralized way, enabling visitors to feel the charm of cultural relics by exhibition roaming and immersion, learn about knowledge of cultural relic restoration and the stories behind it via animated short story film, and view the cultural relics from various angles through the intelligent three-dimensional interactive touchscreen. In addition, in the VR experience area, tourists could experience the fasicnating guqin restoration process on site by wearing helmets. Besides, the digital rubbing system allows visitors to make digital cultural relic rubbings such as "bird-shaped bronze statue". With the complete process encompassing tablet washing, paper placing, rubbing, air drying, inking and stripping, visitors could enjoy the charm of the tablet calligraphy and bronze ware patterns by clicking the touchscreen.
Due to COVID-19, multiple tourist attractions have ramped up intelligent upgrading and offered quality touring environment via online reservation, "cloud viewing", online interaction and other high-quality tour environment. More and more new technologies are being applied in the smart tourism scenes. Previously, the queuing issue of the Yangtze River Cableway made a lot of tourists hesitant to go. But under the help of reservation service and intelligent queuing software, not only ticket scalpers and other chaos could be eliminated, but also the long queues at the tourist peak time could be shortened. In terms of explanation, Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum offers free voice guide and free audio-visual guide. Visitors could connect to free WiFi in the museum, scan QR code, and then follow the official WeChat account, in a bid to enjoy explanation services covering permanent exhibitions and key temporary exhibitions. Through modern VR technology, they can also pay online visits to the permanent exhibition and temporary exhibition halls in the virtual exhibition column on the official website.
Nachuan Mount Jinfo tourist attraction posts its the successive beauty all year round in real time through various network channels, and tickets could be booked online in advance for entry to the park via "facial scanning". The guided tour QR code is set at the main scenic spots and tourist assembly places to realize self-service voice guide. The official website also launched the virtual scenic area, with the map equipped with pictures and three-dimensional real scenes of each attraction, offering tourists infinite fun of visiting virtual scenic areas online without leaving home.
Dazu Rock Carvings Museum has built a digital museum on its official website, providing audience with a "cloud" look at rock carvings via both real scene viewing and voice explanation, by which they can understand the stories behind rock carvings deeper. Moreover, at the 2021 China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Forum on the Digital Economy Industry, Dazu Rock Carvings signed a strategic cooperation agreement on "digital Silk Road culture tracing campaign" with the Trade and Economic Multifunctional Platform for the SCO Countries and People Trip. Looking ahead, it will acquaint the world with the vibrancy of China's cultural evolution through digital tracing and Silk Road dissemination by utilizing modes such as "chip, screen, device, core, Internet and cloud, connectivity, data, computing and application", which is something much expected.
Meanwhile, the gradual improvement of the "information superhighway" has also ushered in digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading for the countryside. In March this year, 40 rural tourist spots were included in the building unit list of the third batch of Chongqing smart tourism rural demonstration sites. With emphasis placed on enhancing the rural smart tourism construction, as well as full utilization of modern information technology means such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, IoT and AI, etc., Chongqing will accelerate the digital and intelligent development of rural tourism throughout the city.
Nowadays, as the culture and tourism industry makes fast headway towards informatization, diversification and intelligence, major tourist scenic areas are actively exploring the intelligent cultural tourism dimension, and striving to accelerate the smart scenic area formation. With product, playability, experience upgrading enabled by pace-setting applications of multiple intelligent technologies, new cultural tourism business formats in Chongqing have been enriched greatly, and are thus worthy of our first-hand experience.
